I checked into Franklin Apartments late at night only to discover the air conditioning was broken. It was a cold night, and when I called reception for help, I was told nothing could be done. Security eventually came to check, and instead of a heater, all they could offer was a single blanket.The room itself was in poor condition: dusty surfaces, a dirty oven, and generally unkept. I followed up with an email to management, but they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply.For a place that markets itself as a serviced apartment, the service was non-existent. When guests are left cold, ignored, and given dirty rooms, it shows that management either doesn’t care or isn’t paying attention.If you’re considering staying here, think twice. The lack of basic care, cleanliness, and customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review gets the attention of management because guests deserve far better
