Rude auctioneer who kept breaking off from the auction to reprimand us for looking at stuff we wanted to bid on. Reminded me that viewing days had happened even though I’ve seen many people inspect items on sale day here and in every other auction house I’ve bought from. There were about 6 people in the auction room so it wasn’t like we were disrupting anything by picking a few items up. I’ve bought a lot from here in the past. Maybe her rudeness was a one off, a bad day - but they just lost this customer. No need for anyone to give business to someone who is so publicly rude to a customer.

Can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Franklin Browns. They helped us with the clearance of an elderly relative's house and provided an excellent service. They identified the items that were suitable for sale at Auction and removed the remaining items for disposal. They were at pains to re-cycle as much of the unsalable contents as possible, to reduce the amount being sent to landfill. The whole process was efficient and painless and Lesley and Frank were great to deal with. An excellent service I have no hesitation in recommending Franklin Browns.
