Franklin Suites South Beach

An absolute perfect combination of location and comfort. Our room was tastefully decorated, came with a complete kitchen, and was as clean as a whistle. Beyond any suite we’ve stayed at in the city. Equally impressive was the location. This hotel sits in the heart of South Beach, walking distance from the beach, and surrounded by more restaurants, bars and entertainment venues than you could possibly visit. We never had to order a uber. Everything was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The Franklin isn’t flashy, it’s just perfect. We will be back !!

Loved our stay at Franklin Suites. It was more an Airbnb setup than a hotel which my boyfriend liked. It was like a mini studio apartment. Just two streets from the beach with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The entry room to the building, just before the elevator had a funny smell.

We had an amazing stay at Franklin Suites in Miami Beach! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The suite was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Despite being in a lively area, the room was quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Franklin Suites to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Miami Beach.

One of the best hotels in the area. Very comfortable room, fully equipped kitchen, quiet and highly recommended for families. We will definitely be back and stay again. Everything was perfect. You are amazing Franklin team. Thanks you so much for everything.

good: well equipped if you plan to cook very good service , fast respones to mails obviously location modern tv with roku etc. affordable umbrella/chairs upon request enough space (for 3) not so good: -its hard to open the window but even harder to keep it opened - at night noise from "jungle bar", depending on the unit you live in - sofa a bit "dysfunctional" but still ok all in all we were happy , especially my wife

Overall it was a great condo unit for our visit in Feb 2024. The location is perfect, 2 short blocks to the beach and right along stretch of Collins Ave with many great restaurants. There is a free shuttle bus to Lincoln Road, which is maybe a 15-20 min. walk. There is a temporary parking spot out front. When we arrived, the building manager Oscar met us and helped show us the way and unload. The staff was very responsive and kind. The unit itself was just remodeled and clean and modern. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen and had nice views. Everything was brand new and clean. The window were updated & very quiet which was important b/c Collins Ave can be lively at night. We parked our car about 2 blocks away at a garage on 9th and Collins, which was fine since we didn't need it at all during our stay. Overall highly recommend - I can't think of anything I'd change or suggest. We had a wonderful time.
