Franklin Suites South Beach

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Franklin in Miami Beach. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was perfectly equipped and felt like a true home away from home. The staff took great care of me, and I always felt well looked after. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything Miami Beach has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent and very easy. I highly recommend The Franklin to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located place to stay in Miami Beach!

The location of suit is convenient. Super clean!!! Check-in and checkout is very easy. They try to make you extra comfortable by asking if you need anything during your stay. I’ll choose this place again.

Amazing location, clean apartment, well equipped, super nice staff both via online chat and on site. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone. We traveled with two small children and were very comfortable in a deluxe studio :)

We really enjoyed our stay. It has everything we need specifically the kitchen with full size fridge and very close proximity to Ocean Drive, restaurants and shops. Very clean and the ac works great. Easy check-in and check out. We will be back. Thank you so much.

An absolute perfect combination of location and comfort. Our room was tastefully decorated, came with a complete kitchen, and was as clean as a whistle. Beyond any suite we’ve stayed at in the city. Equally impressive was the location. This hotel sits in the heart of South Beach, walking distance from the beach, and surrounded by more restaurants, bars and entertainment venues than you could possibly visit. We never had to order a uber. Everything was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The Franklin isn’t flashy, it’s just perfect. We will be back !!

Such a lovely space! Franklin suites staff always reply quickly. No issues with the room at all! Clean and tidy when we got there and had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

It was maximally over our expectation. The apartman has a great location, the staff takes care of us during our stay. I would recommend for everyone for short or for long stay as well.
