Come for the vibe and stay for the coffee. Great menu and selection of seasonal specials. The inside of this shop is quite small but it’s very very on point from a branding perspective extremely cute. Whoever designed this place kudos. The exterior is also great because it’s on a beautiful tree lined street. Would love to go back again on a cooler day and hangout outside at one of the tables.

Robert

Google
Franklin's is a beautiful cafe with a good espresso and friendly staff. The inside is clean and comfortable. Outside there are a few tables for people watching and enjoying the beautiful views. My only complaint would be the chocolate croissant - it was more like a bun/roll with chocolate - cold, a bit tough, and not great. Still worth a visit for the ambiance and coffee!

Adrienne DC

Google
Found this hidden gem of a coffee shop in Savannah that I went several mornings. The lattes are very tasty and different such as the lemon bar and horchata. Also ordered the drip coffee made just the way I like it..strong. Then I ordered the steamed eggs with bacon. The eggs were very good and the bacon was delicious. The service was exceptional!! Kudos to Jordan and Lauren who really made our visit enjoyable. Great location and great service. Highly recommend when in the area

Google
Really liked the vibe of this place. It had seating inside and outside. I got a chocolate croissant which was great. My wife got the iced praline latte and it was delicious. I got the iced horchata latte and I didn’t love it. The inside is sunken to where the table tops are at street level, which is a really fun perspective when sitting and looking out the window. (especially as dogs go by) I would go back but would just try something different.

Google
Excellent coffee and atmosphere. Sitting outside the shop with a coffee and the beautiful views is an excellent way to start one’s day! Also, this is one of the few dog-friendly coffee shops I’ve found where I can bring my dog in while I ordered! Highly recommend.

Google
My latte was so good, highly impressed with the atmosphere and friendly workers. They didn’t have pecan flavor for the latte, but they quickly switched it for white chocolate and caramel for me. And it was DELISH. They had lovely outdoor seating and great menu options. Paid street parking and great area, overall 10/10 experience. Thanks!

Google
Stopped in this little sweet coffee shop and let them know I’m normally a Starbucks girly and they recommend their white chocolate hot late. It was absolutely delicious!!! Made perfectly! 10/10 recommend for the service and quality! Loved it!

Google
Absolutely loved this place. Wonderful staff and food that was quick, easy and delicious. It’s a coffee shop but they also offer some fun and creative cocktails for the afternoon. Well worth a stop if you’re cruising by. We tried a number offer shops in town and this was my favorite ice coffee by some margin. Nice, strong brew that held up nicely to the quickly melting ice.

Yelp
Charming little coffee place with friendly service and delicious iced lattes. On a hot day, nothing better than to pop in here for a cold drink. Cute seats outdoors too, and the main window looks out over the street and a pretty church spire.

Yelp
We thought this place was okay. Nice staff; a bit more style than substance in the food though. Had a small London fog, large cafe au lait, a ham and cheese quiche which was the standout, and an okay lox and everything bagel. Set us back about $40 for two people. It was the bagel cream cheese and raw red onions with plain lox that disappointed us. Capers or even a few pickled onions would have helped. Not worth the cost. The warmed ham and cheese quiche with side salad however was lovely and perfect on this cold 40 degree morning with a sweet London fog.

Yelp
What a beautiful little cafe. My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite (she wanted a pain au chocolat something fierce). We sat at the window as she ate and enjoyed chatting and people watching. She loved the croissant. The staff was also very friendly.

Yelp
I love this cute little coffee shop. They have delicious breakfast sandwiches and fantastic coffee.

Yelp
Delicious food! One bathroom and very limited seating. Overall, I would go back but good to know the other two things noted before going.
google avatar

Yelp
Franklin's food, coffee, and staff were absolutely incredible! We got their quiche, croissant sandwich, two lattes and a cheese danish and it was some of the best food we have had in town. We sat outside with our pup while enjoying our brunch and will be going back again soon! Highly recommend everyone to stop by.
google avatar

Yelp
Line for Sunday breakfast went quickly. I got a hot latte, it tasted a bit watered down. My friends who got iced latte and cold brew said theirs tasted good. There are several sandwich options to choose from. Their baked goods consisted of croissants, cookies, muffins to name a few. Seating outside was limited to a few tables. Their inside dining was only some stools by the windows of the cafe, the indoor dining was closed when I came here.
google avatar

Shahla H.

Yelp
Beautiful cafe and I ordered the horchata latte which was delicious. Wish I came before 3pm because they offer meals but ordered a chocolate croissant, if it was warmed up it would have been a 10/10 but flavors were on point! Very friendly barista, will go again!
google avatar

Andie B.

Yelp
Best coffee I had on my trip to Savannah! We tried the lavender latter and praline latte and both were delicious! I will make sure to stop by here on my next visit!
google avatar

Anna A.

Yelp
The best sandwich I've ever had! The Croque Madame was so good! A goey egg baked into the bread with ham and cheese. The pastries were decent and coffee was decent. Could stand to be a little cleaner on counters and bathroom. Not much space to sit but definitely a favorite now. Service was good.
google avatar

Tammy K.

Yelp
Just discovered this gem! Enjoyed a late breakfast. Their Lavender Latte was amazing. They were so helpful and kind to help us sitting outdoors with our Doodle and my handicap. We will frequent this amazing location! Thank you! tammy

Yelp
We stopped by this little shop one night. Such a nice vibe in the evening to sit outside and watch the people walk by. Love that we could bring our pup. Coffee was good... not as hot as I like but good nonetheless!
google avatar

Aysia M.

Yelp
Quick service, in and out. Best bites in Savannah, that croissant sandwich. Super cute and cozy, seating along the wall inside and a few tables outside. But the sandwich was so good.
google avatar

Cassie C.

Yelp
I ducked into this small quant Cafè based on the reviews, and to get out of the rain lol. Friendly service and excellent food! I tried the Croque Madame which was Amazing. I also tried their fig old fashioned which was also great! Great little spot.
google avatar

Yelp
Great coffee shop near our hotel. The employees were nice and friendly. The food and coffee were great. I recommend eating outside and enjoy the views of historic Savannah.
google avatar

Veta J.

Yelp
Everything here we ordered was good- grilled cheese and soup, quiche, croque madame, and some pastries. Nice, pretty spot. My only compliant is lack of seating, but savanah is hard to get good space. Service was good, especially like the brunette woman behind the counter.

Yelp
2nd X here in 1 week. Made it to my Cheese Turkey Toast Sandwhich and Tomato Bisque Soup... Oooh'Yeahhh!!! 3/21/24 Thursday Lunch Hour

Yelp
A cute little coffee and pastry nook in Savannah! We stumbled upon this place while walking downtown and actually went back a second time because we enjoyed it so much. It's not a huge space inside but there are a few seats inside and some small tables outside to enjoy when the weather is nice. They have both regular and alcoholic coffees available- I ordered a frozen latte and it was delicious! The quality of the coffee is great, and I'm sure their whole menu is just as good. They had several pastries and a small cafe-type menu. We ended up ordering the lox and avocado bagel and the buffalo chicken wrap. The salmon was super fresh and the bagel was perfection. The buffalo chicken wrap stole the show though, the chicken was nice and crunchy with the perfect buffalo sauce! The service was great and all the employees were friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. The coffee and food came out quickly. You can easily take some coffee and pastries to go while you walk around and enjoy Savannah!

Yelp
We always hit Franklins at least for our specialty coffees while in town. Drinks are delicious, cinnamon roll was divine, and love the selection of gourmet breakfast sandwiches. The Butcher BLT was chefs kiss!
google avatar

Yelp
Must check out this breakfast spot!! The croissant sandwich was a 10/10!!! The iced lavender latte was good too. The customer service is good, the seating is limited but the food is packed in to-go boxes. I highly recommend this place and will go back again myself.

Ashli D.

Yelp
Just found this spot and it's going to be one of my new regulars!! It has moved up to my number one favorite matcha spot followed by origin! I had to go back for a second day in a row lol I get a large hot matcha with almond milk and 2 pumps of sugar vanilla and one pump lavender and it's just delightful!! So foamy and smooth and just chefs kiss! Also got the quiche and it was fantastic!! It was a a small personal size one as apposed to a slice which I loved and a yummy salad with delish honey Mustard dressing, highly recommend!!

Yelp
This was our first time coming to Savannah, GA and we discovered that Franklin's is a *must*; it is a beautiful yet tiny coffee / cafe tucked in one of the main streets in Savannah, GA. It features a simple food and drink menu and a glass case for viewing the delicious pastries they have to offer! I ordered the breakfast quiche (w/ side salad) and an iced vanilla oat milk latte; yum!
google avatar

Chelsea R.

Yelp
Well, it's official, I love Franklins. My friends and I stopped in for a latte and the menu looked so good we decided to grab breakfast. They have a case of pastries but they're also serving up fresh hot food as well. The lattes were delicious and so was my croissant sandwich
google avatar

Donna B.

Yelp
Matcha green tea was superb! My hubby got an iced coffee, and he said it was delicious. Excellent customer service!
google avatar

Ava G.

Yelp
Super cute little shop. Lovely decor. My coffee was good and the cheese danish was delicious.
google avatar

Yen Lin W.

Yelp
I love their croissant. The servers are kind and nice. The limited indoor seat is a little bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise is one of my favorite coffee shops in Savannah.
google avatar

Mike N.

Yelp
Food and coffee were tasty, even though the biscuit sandwich looked like it was punched in the mouth on its way to our table, leaving it to be eaten with a fork. Service was friendly but distracted, causing cheese to be added to the dairy free biscuit. Only six seats inside, so we enjoyed our meal outside with the chaperone of flies and scent of hot garbage. Ahhh, summertime in Savannah.
google avatar

Chelsea G.

Yelp
Great service ~ great coffee. The interior is pretty with marble stone, wood tones and gold metallic accents. The indoor/outdoor seating is sparse but cute. Things you should know: I. PARKING Nearby street parking seems to be the move. It's also free. II. SERVICE Timely and friendly. I like that their menu shows the sugar free syrup options: vanilla and caramel. They taste amazing in a latte and they're guilt free. Highly recommend. III. QUALITY Pretty good and dense..! I've ordered a latte here one time and an Americano another ~ neither seemed watered down or disappointing. IV. CAPACITY Busy in the morning but they're speedy with turning over orders.
google avatar

Peace love and l.

Yelp
I'm rating them 5 stars because I ONLY drink matcha, and they have a FANTASTIC raspberry matcha (with oat milk) iced latte that I think everyone needs to try! I also ordered online and the order got lost in the chaos of a busy morning, and the barista upgraded my size! Lastly, it such a cute environment! Not too busy, a few tables, and nice light from the windows!
google avatar

S D.

Yelp
Got the steak sandwich and a cappuccino croissant danish. Both were pretty good, but a little pricey.

Dr. H.

Yelp
What a wonderful find! Tiny little gem but the food and service weee amazing! Soup and sandwich were both amazing!
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
SUCH GOOD COFFEEEE!!!! I got the iced lavender latte and it was so good ... seriously ... my friend got the matcha and it was just as amazing!!! If you're in Savannah, YOU HAVE TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Workers are all so sweet and informative. And the cafe itself is a cute hole in the wall. It screams aesthetic and has everything for a coffee lover

Kathie I.

Yelp
Ordered the salmon breakfast sandwich. Received on a plain soggy bagel, lots of onion, maybe if that 2 pieces of salmon broken up into tiny pieces. Definitely not cream cheese but some odd spread. Iced coffee was weak. People working there were very nice. But food not good at all for price.

Brian M.

Yelp
My wife and I agree that this was possibly the best avocado toast we've had. Delightful place.

Terrin L.

Yelp
I love their coffee but they have incorrect hours of operation online, making it difficult to know when to show up.
google avatar

Steve H.

Yelp
Great coffee and great service. We stayed just down the street and stopped in after a morning walk around town. Sat outside after ordering and enjoyed the area and a great cup of coffee.
google avatar

Colleen F.

Yelp
I moved away from Savannah but still day dream about this place ALL THE TIME!! Best coffee and breakfast. The ambiance is super cozy and modern. Service is quick and friendly

Katelyn W.

Yelp
I was in Savannah for a month and made frequent stops at Franklin's. Service is really good - the people there are super kind and friendly. The breakfast bowl was my favorite, followed closely by the croissant sandwich. The pastries, specifically the almond croissant and cinnamon rolls are incredible! Truly the best I've ever had - they even keep for several days! The outside seating area is great for people watching. Easy walk from Forsyth Park.
google avatar

Erica B.

Yelp
The customer service was great! The music and vibe was nice as well. They had a nice r&b playlist going. We ordered a burrito. It was good, but missing some flavor/seasonings.
google avatar

Emma M.

Yelp
Ordered an iced macchiato, cashier didn't ask me what size and automatically gave me a large. Was super super rude and stuck up. When I approached the counter he didn't say hi or even ask how he could help me. He just stood there like I was an idiot. Also, my macchiato came out and did not look like a macchiato, usually the milk and espresso are separate but in this case they were already mixed. I could've written this off if it wasn't for the extremely rude cashier. Don't know his name but he's tall with pointy eyebrows and brown hair.
google avatar

Gene B.

Yelp
Great food! The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was fantastic. The bacon was thick but still crisp, and they made it for me on some griddled sourdough bread. Tasty!

Sam V.

Yelp
Loved the 2 vegetarian options ie the wild rice and the grilled cheese with tomato bisque

Jeffrey F.

Yelp
This place was 5-star great when it opened, but since COVID the quality has noticeably deteriorated. When they first opened, the croissants were authentically flakey and buttery; now they're drier and breadier. They used to serve coffee in porcelain cups; now they only have paper to-go cups. They don't even have coffee stirrers; they offer paper-wrapped drinking straws instead. The coffee is still excellent, and the staff generally friendly -- the experience is just less classy than it once promised to be.

Yelp
Good place to visit and try. They got to fix one thing though. And this happened last time over year or so ago and did again today. I was super happy to get a random solo seat on the window and inside in the AC. And there was a friendly dog on the other side of it. So great entertainment. Had one bit into a good breakfast sandwich mildly overprice but it's downtown so all good. I start chewing and it all came to a tragic ending when I look at the bottom of the window, where it eventually leads into your table. The window sill was not clean, there was some nasty hairs just like last time. So to avoid looking at random hairs 18 inches away from my mouth I packed it up and went outside. This is an easy fix and I hope someone sees this. This should be detailed every morning, easy win easy fix. Hope they take the constructive criticism, I do like Franklin's.

Yelp
It's easy to see why Franklin's was so packed on a Saturday morning! The staff is friendly and efficient, and the iced lavender oatmilk latte was delicious. It's small inside with several tables outdoors and the rotation of customers was such that it made it easy for us to grab a table while waiting for our coffee. The croissant was delicious, and the chocolate croissant was soft and had the right amount of chocolate. Really enjoyed our first visit and would love to come back. :)
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Such a great little cafe in Savannah! I was in town for a girls trip, and my group was looking for a quick breakfast option. I found Franklin's on Yelp, and I was able to order croissant sandwiches online directly through their website and pick them up in about 15 minutes. It was a quick stroll away from our hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the French-inspired vibe with counter/bar seating inside as well as sidewalk tables outside. Everyone enjoyed their croissant sandwiches (egg scramble, aged cheddar, sliced tomato, baby arugula, & pimento aioli, added the thick cut bacon for $2). I'd love to return to Franklin's to try their coffee menu the next time I'm in Savannah.
google avatar

Vanessa H.

Yelp
Nice staff. Tasty "Summer Lovin" vodka cocktail. Croissant needs improvement. Outdoor seating is reminiscent of a Paris cafe.
google avatar

Laura P.

Yelp
Such a lovely little spot almost tucked away from finding. A few steps down from sidewalk level you'll find Franklins. Limited counter seating inside and several small bistro tables on their sidewalk. Their Eggnog Latte hit the spot on this chilly December morning. I opted for the Western Breakfast Croissant, $13, because of the Yelp reviews. It's large and shareable! According to the menu, this breakfast sandwich has red pepper and onion baked eggs, smoked ham, cheddar, marinated tomato and cilantro pesto on their house baked croissant. The tomato was fresh and ripe red but was not marinated as the menu stated - just simply a wonderful sliced tomato. After several bites, I removed the prebaked egg mixture, that was void of the red pepper and onion, and it wasn't missed. Trying to decide what to order was difficult, and I look forward to eating my way through their menu!

Yelp
Great customer service, the aesthetic is beautiful The iced latte & lox bagel were great! I highly recommend
