Frankly cafe

We went for brunch at this fabulous cafe! Service is fast and friendly, and the food and coffee is excellent! Many vegan and veg options. We had eggs, cinnamon bun, Ferraro babka (amazing) and cappuccinos. The interior design is really cool, too! They have an upstairs as well!

We went for brunch here on our last day in Heraklion. The menu is a good mix of traditional and modern tastes. We ordered scrambled eggs, pancakes, an artisanal Snickers bar, and a cruffin. The pancake was the fluffiest I ever had, incredible. It’s a busy place but the staff were on point. You have to be a bit lucky to get an available table, I seemed. The location on the square is super nice, with a lovely view from the terrace. Had a great experience!

Excellent specialty coffee shop - we had espresso tonics and lemon cake, everything was delicious. The service is very pleasant, was surprised that a specialty coffee shop has waiters who are super friendly. The barista greets you when you arrive. The summer terrace itself is very pleasant and cool, with a great view of the square.

Exceptional. Everything from being greeted by the friendly and warm staff, to the food and atmosphere, it was seamless and perfect. This team should be very proud of themselves, it’s not easy to work in hospitality and they do it with grace and ease. 10/10

Great place for brunch and coffee. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Clean and airy. Lots of tables to sit outside and watch the Greek day go by.

Epic for a single-location cafe. The branding is insane, the cafe is lovely, the view of the square is awesome, and the service is great. Really impressed with the food, and got both a savory and sweet dish. George was our server, and the full staff was awesome, too.

I had a great time in Frankly cafe . V60 Ethiopian coffee was really good notes were pineapple. It was fruity. The cappuccino was amazing. For the pastries I got banana protein energy ball and Ferrero Babka were super fluffy and delicious. I like them . The service is great and staffs were friendly and very nice especially Ms Konstantina. Frankly cafe deserves the visit.

Wonderful place! The coffee and Aperol were delicious, and they even serve small complimentary snacks with the cocktails, plus free water. What touched me the most was that I had forgotten my wallet at the café — and when I came back for it (all the way from another city), it was safe and sound! I’m incredibly grateful! They also kindly let us charge our phones. Thank you once again for the amazing service!
