The Best place ever to relax and enjoyment. This place is Fun and drinks, food are awesome. I loved the lemon drop...Great Customer service provided. Very clean and neat. I absolutely 💯 love this place and highly recommend. As to Borie's one star review . If you can't afford and complain about a $13 dollar drink. You're in the wrong place. Wow what a gem, Ashley and Michael were great hosts, drinks were awesome (lemon drop and franks old fashioned) charcuterie board was plenty and yummy. Peaceful bar without the noisy bar scene YES you CAN have a conversation without screaming. Go check it out Peeps

This is the best hidden gem in Palm Desert and Michael is the sweetest mixologist around. The ambiance was nice and the drinks were on point. My first Lavender Martini and I’m hooked. I look for to my next visit with friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality.

Extremely disappointed. There was supposed to be an event and we even called to make sure they would be open. We showed up at the time they said the event would start and the doors were locked and no one would answer the phones. Very annoying since we had a whole party of about 20 people planning to go after a birthday party.

First of all, I was told there will be valet parking. There was no valet! The music was very good. The menue was very unusually short. I asked the waitressif I can have different food and drink, she said NO. I to get a Cesar salad. They served it on a small plate, no kidding, for $18.00. I asked the waitress if I can have a glass of wine instead of drinks listed, she refused the check it out. A small cocktail was $13.00. Yuck. This was the first and the last time for me to go there.

Spectacular little place we were invited to after tennis tournament was rained out. Has several big screen tv’s, conference room for private meetings and can cater private events. Got the grand tour. Great place for a cocktail! Quiet and classy. Michael went the extra mile to blend a chocolate martini for me. Loved the atmosphere. Will be back.

Frank’s Hideout wrote the book for hosting guests. Michael knows how to execute a drink with perfect subtlety and provide the right gastronomic accoutrement. Frank’s Old Fashion is tops. They make you feel welcome and like you’re part of the Pack. The decor is sophisticated without being stuffy and has just the right amount of cool with some welcome amenities. Looking forward to returning to this fine establishment in the near future.

Yelp
Me and my friend were visiting Palm Springs and we found this cool little spot tucked away. I believe it was Michael and Angela who gave us a tour of this amazing location . I was informed they do serve charcuterie and snacks . They had an office for business meetings that's available which was a cool set up with book wall backdrop. Lounge room with two huge tv"s and a game room. Main room is lit by a beautiful chandelier, nice bar and plenty of seating. A great place for a party or get together. Amazing hospitality. Thank you for the experience.

Yelp
we had so much fun at Frank's hideout. Frank Di Salvo entertained and it was just an amazing night. Even the cold dinners were very good. I had the salmon on toast and I thought it was wonderful. I love the ambience and everything about it. Nice addition to the desert.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. I'll start with the one positive - Michelle at the front door was a ray of sunshine. She was smiley, welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, we had a miserable experience on our first visit last night. We were a group of 11 that came for drinks and dinner to watch Frank DiSalvo. We arrived at 5:30 and at 6:00 put in our order for food (some flat bread pizzas, salads and potato skins - pretty basic stuff). Around 7pm (an hour after we put our order in) the manager started bringing random food out of the back and running around to all different tables in the restaurant asking people if it was their food. This chaos continued for the next hour - him coming out with one or two food items and then going to multiple tables throughout the restaurant looking for who ordered it. I have a feeling most of our food ended up at some other patrons' tables because by 8pm we had only received a few things of what we ordered. The manager did take the majority of the food items off of our bill - because we never received them! At the end of the evening he told us his staff didn't show up. However, I think the manager should know the system for identifying and serving tables. All in all it made for a very stressful and less fun evening. We went home and ate. Drink service was also hit or miss. Generally we could flag down someone to get a drink order, but it took an awfully long time to get a drink. In addition, when asked if our martini style drinks could be served in a traditional martini glass we were told they weren't sure if they had any more martini glasses. (They did end up serving our drinks in the requested glasses). The place was busy, but not completely full. I'm not sure how a bar could not have enough martini glasses when looking around the room there were maybe 12-15 people drinking martinis. I think the show "Bar Rescue" could do wonders for this place. As I said at the beginning, I really wanted to love this place, but sadly that didn't happen last night.

Yelp
I finally found a great place to hideout, unlike most of the clubs which are too crowded and too noisy, this place is homey and cozy, very friendly servers, my friends and I felt like we were at home, we enjoyed it very much, will tell our friends and will for sure come again

Yelp
Fun atmosphere. Service from the bar great. Manager very friendly They need to work on food service and the yearly fee a bit high.
