It is not easy to put into words how impressed I have been with Iain's team. After putting my home on the market, I had two viewings within a week and offers from both. After accepting the second of the two, I had to return to the UK before the sale was completed and the team had to deal with everything on my behalf. They displayed a degree of diligence which is hard to find, and the proceeds from the sale were in my account in the UK within a week.
