Had an excellent stay at this hotel, the staff were so professional and helpful, with staff greeting you as soon as you get out of your car. Whenever, we called for help they assisted straight away. They even had QR codes to help with using the microwave, washing machine etc. The room was well equipped and very clean. Their spa services are open until 1am, which was extremely convenient. I had an excellent massage by Pramilla she was so attentive and caring. Best massage I had in a very long time. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

I had one of the best massages at Haven spa with Pranee. A very luxurious experience from the moment I walked in. She was very caring, and knew which spots that needed more focus on. After the massage they served me tea and cookies. Would definitely go again and again.

I highly recommend this hotel the suite was spacious and had the full apartment facilities, bed was comfortable. the hotel is in the middle of the capital, yet it was a very quiet neighborhood. I wanted to thank Anjila truly exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, Alexia provided special assistance and an amazing offer that made the experience even more memorable. and Ms Sachi with her beautiful smile and great assistance on Checking us In and Out with no delays. I’d also like to express my heartfelt thanks to whoever was responsible for the room decoration. The anniversary setup was absolutely beautiful. I’m someone who pays attention to every little detail, and it was flawless. The ribbons, rose petals, and candles were perfectly arranged – the heart-shaped petals in the corner of the dining area, the red and white ribbons – everything was just perfect. I could really tell that a lot of care and effort went into the decoration, and I sincerely appreciate it! Overall, I was beyond pleased with my experience. Even though this wasn’t my first stay, I can confidently say it won’t be my last. Thank you so much!

From the moment you first arrive the hospitality, friendliness and experience is five star. The apartments are fantastic and they seem to have thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay.
