Fraser Suites Hamburg

Nice location, 7-minute taxi ride from the train station. There are stairs leading to the front door of this lovely hotel, but a porter is available if your bags are heavy and/or many. ||The entry/lobby was grand. The excellent staff checked us in swiftly. There was another set of stairs to reach the lift, then another set of stairs once we reached our floor.||The room was a good size, well appointed, and very quiet. The bed was comfortable (albeit firm mattress) with nightstands and power outlets on each side--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside. The room had a coffee maker and a mini bar (everything inside was complementary). ||The bathroom was well lit and had a large shower (only) and the water pressure was excellent. The towels were large and thick but they shed bits that remained on the skin. The washcloths were a very nice addition, as was the lighted, wall-mounted magnifying mirror.||The WiFi was strong and password protected (yay!). The restaurant and bar were lovely and the bartender was friendly. I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Hamburg.

I stayed at Fraser Suites for 8 nights on business, and my stay was wonderful. The hotel is lovely, and the service is exceptional! It's in a great location with restaurants, bars, and shopping all within walking distance. It was lovely to have a complimentary mini-bar which they replenished every day with water (sparkling + still), beer, and fritz colas. I especially loved my apartment style room with a washer/dryer and a kitchenette. My room was meticulously made up each day, and they even cleaned my dishes - how lovely! The air conditioning also works really well. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Friends recommended this huge place, and are we glad they did! The staff, young and courtesy, went out of their way to help with all of our requests. Had an amazing time at this hotel. It is not located in the most historic part of Hamburg; but it is close to the local train, the ELB Philharmonie and many other tourist attractions. The rooms are extremely clean, bathrooms are large and modern (showers are amazing), laundry (washer/dryer) rooms are free of charge and the workout room and sauna are so clean and nice. Marco, one of the hotel employees was sooooo friendly and kind and flexible. The bar/restaurant is beautiful and it just felt very clean; also was very quiet. Can’t recommend this place enough after four wonderful nights there. Great spot!!!

A wonderful hotel, which is almost perfect. The Hotel itself and the interior are beautifully designed. The rooms offer a lot of space, beautiful decor and a very handy kitchenette. The location of the hotel is also superb for a sightseeing or shopping visit to Hamburg, as the premier shopping location and further sights (like the old city or the binnenalster) are just a couple of minutes away. The first round of the minibar was complimentary, which adds a very nice touch to the whole setting. The only negative remark needs to be made regarding the breakfast. There should be more variety and especially the service lacks the quality of a five star hotel. Although the personell in the rest of the hotel is exceptional, those working at the breakfast buffet left a negative mark.

We had the best experience staying at Fraser suites all thanks to Mehmet! He was extremely sweet, helped us throughout our stay with all our random questions about the city. The place and people here are very warm. The room was perfect.

This is our home away from home in Hamburg since we moved away. Whenever we visit HH we always stay here. The building is stunning. The rooms are spacious and practical, comfy beds, super quiet and clean. Location couldn’t be better with the metro in front of the hotel. Big shout out to Marco from the front desk. He is always so nice and welcoming and goes above and beyond to help his guests!!

This is a very nice old hotel in a very good location. The building is quite stunning and the rooms are very good. They were not overly busy when we arrived so we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. It is within easy walking distance to the city centre, restaurants and major tourist attractions.
