Fraser Suites Hanoi

We had a great stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi! The amenities were absolutely fantastic — the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views over the city and the perfect spot to unwind. We also really enjoyed the bar food, which was delicious and made for an easy option after a day out.||The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern, comfortable, and welcoming.||The only downside for us was the cleanliness of the room during our stay. It was spotless when we arrived, but over the course of nearly a week, it didn’t seem to be vacuumed once, and the bed was only made occasionally. Fresh towels were provided, which was appreciated, but overall, the daily housekeeping felt a bit below the standard we’d expect from a 5-star hotel. That said, the rest of the hotel was immaculate, so perhaps it was an isolated case — still, something to consider.||Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Fraser Suites to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Lovely hotel, staff all very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated outside the ‘main’ city area, so visiting the old town etc requires getting a taxi, but it’s not expensive. There is an expensive supermarket next door and how you go to the main road and back, the only downside being if you order a taxi or delivery they may end up going there instead so check your Grab location is set to the lobby.The room was great, very spacious and clean every day. It had all the amenities we needed to heat up food or wash some clothes after a long day walking around in the heat. The fitness centre was good and the pool nice for a relax.Nearby has some nice restaurants and bars, very expat focused so not the local feel, but very good food and coffee is easily found!

Service good, Hotel staff help me arranging vehicle for my business trip really well, thanks to Ms. Ashlee who support arrange vehicle and communicate with driver because they can't speak English. Very good breakfast and facilities room specious and clean, kitchenware and laundry machines are available in the room. All are working fine. Fitness center also outstanding, clean, exercise machine is in good condition, bright lighting and good air condition. Nothing to complain about.

Very clean and nice hotel. If the door is more sound proof, that would have been even better. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely be back here if i am in Hanoi again. Thanks for the special deco for our anniversary. The complimentary drinks at the sky lounge was indeed a nice gesture. Love the vibes there! 🥰

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from April 15 to 18 during my trip to Hanoi, following a long journey from Ho Chi Minh City. After a tiring travel day, I was eager to check in quickly and rest. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris, who immediately made me feel welcome. Her warm hospitality were greatly appreciated after such a long journey. She clearly communicated the hotel policies and ensured a swift check-in process. Throughout my stay, Chris was consistently helpful, offering assistance whenever we had questions or needed advice. The hotel itself was excellent. It offered a comfortable and spacious room, with stunning views that made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and if you have the opportunity to meet Chris, be sure to say hello. Her friendly and attentive service truly stood out and made a positive impact on our experience.

I stayed many hotels in Hanoi for years but this is one the best. Only dropped off quite inconvenient with lack of instruction, the experience is fabulous. I’ve never felt like home as this time. ||The bed is excellent , room is well-equipped and super clean. Business or family both can feel comfortable here.||Will come back!!!!

Fantastic hotel. Great facilities, amazing staff, and perfect location. I have preferred to stay at Frasers due to the convenience of having everything you need and all the things you may want near you or in a short trip. The west lake area is also pretty and relaxed. I would 100% recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, and the breakfast had a decent variety of options. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially if the value and quality remain consistent.
