Fraser Suites Hanoi

We had a great stay in Hanoi last week...Thank you Fraser Suites. Our room was situated in their villa. It was spacious, very clean and everything was changed daily. Comfortable bed, good TV channels which entertained us with movies till late :) and their daily housekeeping is top notched. We made use of their shuttle service to Old Quarter and Lotte Mall. On days when we were back early, there's always Chicken Society for dinner - we feasted on their sumptuous chicken rice & drinks. The availability of Syrena Mall (with restaurants, marts, Highlands Coffee) within Frasers is a great bonus. Thank you to the staff as well for making our stay a great one. Will be back :)

We really liked how spacious the room was, and it was a comfortable 4 nights stay. Having a kitchenette equipped with microwave and also a washer dryer was a plus. The studio king room did not have a west lake view, but the rooftop infinity pool had a good view which we enjoyed. One improvement we felt could be made is the housekeeping cleanliness, especially for dishwashing. Cups had lipstick stains, while knives had food stains, which was unpleasant. The location at west lake was quiet, but on fridays and weekends, there was always some sort of party at the poolside with loud music that lasted until 9pm, not a big issue during sleep time. We used grab to get to the Old Quarters most of the time, but the prices fluctuated. Usually cost around 40-60k dong, but grab price surge during evenings could go up to 110k dong. Again, not a big issue as we went into the city center only about 3 times during our stay. Lastly, the concierge and staff around the hotel were friendly. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Fraser Suites Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.The location is convenient, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The facilities—especially the pool and gym—were excellent and added to the overall comfort of the stay.Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely choose Fraser Suites Hanoi again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Fraser Suites Hanoi has the best staff I have come across in all the hotels I have stayed in till date. I left my cosmetics kit in my room which I only realised 2 days post check out from the hotel. Luckily, I was catching a flight back from Hanoi and so reached out to the staff to help me find my kit. Not only did they find my kit intact and coordinate the whole process of delivering it back to me, they even booked a porter service themselves so that I could receive the kit at my location and even assisted the delivery personnel with Vietnamese as I did not understand the language. Highly recommend staying at Fraser Suites for anyone travelling to Hanoi!

The room 1503 was excellent. It was clean and had everything in it. The kitchen was well equipped. There are 2 supermarkets in the building which became so convenient. The staff were very friendly and warm. Breakfast was good. Overall a great experience

Fraser Suites Hanoi is a wonderful property with modern facilities, spacious rooms, and a great location near West Lake. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the service I received from Maxwell at the front desk. From the very beginning, he welcomed me in a way that felt genuine, not rehearsed. He patiently listened to my requests, including a last-minute room change for a quieter space, and handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. What struck me was how he combined attentiveness with discretion — he was always there to help, yet never overbearing. Throughout my visit, I noticed that other guests also seemed to gravitate toward him for assistance, which says a lot about his approachable and dependable character. In my opinion, staff like Maxwell elevate a good hotel into an excellent one, and I am very grateful for the effort he put into making my stay so smooth and enjoyable.

Stayed here over 10 years ago and returning for a few nights was as a good an experience as before. Spacious, very clean, comfortable, didn’t feel dated but cosy, smiley service, good housekeeping and convenient. May not be near Old Quarters but surely with Westlake around the corner, provides a different experience. Breakfast is fairly good and pool is relaxing to swim in. Thank you Fraser Suites for the great stay!

The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable.
