The bed of this hotel was VERY itchy! I had to shower first thing in the morning everyday and one time at night. We stayed there for 9 nights and it was hell for me (I didn’t have a good night sleep coming to this hotel). Their carpets were very dirty like they had never vacuumed the floor. The drain of the sink smelled bad too sometimes. We paid for almost US$700 per night during Christmas time. It was not worth it at all and it ruined Christmas vacation for us. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This hotel will only ruin your vacation all together coming to Paris this beautiful city. I will not stay at Fraser brand ever again too because they have no restaurant on site (that means no room service). Only a dinning area a few hours in the morning for breakfast (you have to pay for it). We have arrived late about 9:30 pm at the hotel because our flight was delayed. We can’t find any restaurants that would do takeout (welcome to Paris). When trying to order food online for delivery as suggested by the front desk. The system of the website just couldn’t find the address to this hotel. The staff of this hotel too will use their card to access our room even when they knew that the guests were in the room. It happened a few times! Overall, the experience was a nightmare! You have been warned!

This is my second visit to Fraser Suites Le Claridge - Champs Elysees Paris. After my first visit last year I recommended my daughter and her friends to stay here too. They too enjoyed their experience. My reservation this time was dealt with by Serena who was very helpful throughout. She was rightly recommended by her manager Mr Romain Delacheze Murel who was on vacation when I decided to book. I book directly. The check in and all staff we interacted with were courteous polite attentive and warm to deal with. Especially Serena, Atika & Charles. Our Suite was very nice with an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower, but there were a few issues. The bathtub can get quite slippery when taking a shower. I would advise there being an anti-slip mat placed there for safety. There was no English breakfast tea in the selection left in the kitchenette and when we requested the same upon our arrival we were advised there was none. We also asked for some lemon and honey which we were also advised were not available. The handshower in the toilet was inoperable. The AC controls did not work responsively so the room temperature control was not precise and took some getting used to. The rooms are clean and well maintained by the chamber staff daily who are very good. Breakfast was excellent with a decent selection available and warm attentive staff who were welcoming each morning and very efficient at offering and making deliveries to our table. Overall we really enjoy this hotel. Yes there can be some small improvements as mentioned above which we hope will be attended to. The people who run the show are lovely and the location and overall experience means that it should remain as our choice going forwards.

I am utterly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking into my room, I discovered there was NO HOT WATER. This is a basic amenity that every hotel should provide, and the fact that this issue existed is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, their response was far from helpful. Instead of offering assistance, we were left to relocate to another room ON OUR OWN. No help was provided with the move, and we had to carry all our bags ourselves. This level of service is appalling and unprofessional. For the price we paid, I expected much better. I will not be returning to this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it. Rating: 1/5

Absolute worst hotel in Paris. Don’t waste your money or time staying at Fraser Suites, the hotel does not care about its clients comfort or the level of services it offers. They only rely on its location and assume it’s an advantage that forgives all other shortcomings. At best this is a 1 star hotel, you’d do better booking in other hotels in the same area. ||We have been staying at this hotel since 2017 and all of the stays have started out with issues which we reviewed on TripAdvisor. The best the hotel does is send flowers and an apology note when you post a review that describes the atrocities that happen. Moreover they have the audacity to then ask you to remove the review. ||||Upon check-in this time, the receptionist asked for a 2000 euro deposit, and later requested 1000 euro. When inquired about the way it is calculated; whether it’s based on number of nights or other factors, the receptionist had to ask her superior which then proceeded to say it is based on room category. Their interaction indicated either a lack of training for their personnel or even worse, transparency towards their clients. ||For such a high deposit you would expect the room to be in top shape or at least properly checked before handing the over to the guest, lo and behold, the water hose in the bathroom was leaking, and had to be dealt with by the technician. ||Consequently, the following day the elevator stopped working, they asked us to walk five flights of stairs, without even offering to use a service elevator. When asked if this is something that is a sane suggestion considering it’s a five star hotel? Their reply is “this happens”. What happens exactly? Lack of health and safety checks or maintenance checks? Could only imagine how horrible it would be to ask this of an elderly person or a heavily pregnant woman. ||Would 100% not visit this hotel again if coming to Paris nor would I recommend it to others.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location for exploring Paris! We stayed here for a week with our four young children. We have high standards when we travel and this hotel met and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Paris!

There is always magic in Paris. And there is always magic on Champs Elysees. And it gets even more magical when you stay at the Frasers suites.||And if you are lucky to stay facing the street over looking the entire Champs Elysees and the city and the Eiffel Tower - you are possibly the most blessed.||The staff continue to be excellent. I have been coming here since the last 6-7 years.||A special thank you to Melissa/ Charles/ Sarra/ Marounae/ Dianne.||They went out of their way to make sure I was take care off. Despite being booked out.||Thank you so much guys. You guys are brilliant!!||We meet soon.!!

I recently stayed here and had some unsettling experiences. Upon returning to the hotel around 10 PM, the security guard initially denied us access to the reception, implying we might not be guests. After clarifying, he apologized, stating it was for our safety due to the presence of suspicious individuals outside. However, we observed numerous unfamiliar men occupying the lobby during late hours every night, which seemed contradictory to the security guard's concerns and made us uncomfortable. These incidents raised concerns about the hotel's security and the nature of activities occurring on the premises.
