We rented 4 suites for a week in Paris for 10 people, 7 adults, 3 young children. The suite setup was a great way to accommodate the children and still give the adults a wonderful Paris experience. As planned, we were there for the final day for The Tour de France, and had an amazing suite with balcony on the Chanps Elysees. With the Arc de Triumph in a close distance, and the Eiffel Tower also visible, the backdrop to the race couldn’t have been more spectacular. Every night the children looked forward to watching the “Eiffel Sparkle” from the window. The location made for easy access to the Metro and all of the sites Paris has to offer. And as others have mentioned, it’s a half a block walk to the MonoPrix, which was visited almost daily for food supplies. Also, the morning breakfast is good as a sit-down but also good as take-away. |This hotel absolutely took a great week and made it fabulous. The accommodations were excellent. The location, perfect. And the staff could not have been more helpful. Each and every staff member was helpful and spoke French and English. The manager (I think) at the desk, Imteaze, was professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. They also set us up with a car service that took the stress out of travel between the hotel and airports. And the price for these amazing accommodations in this location was not outrageous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, but especially families.

Only nice thing about this hotel was its location being right at the champs and the room size is decent. Other than that , veery bad experience considering this is a 5 star hotel!!!!! Expect a 2 star hotel service and lower your standard! When we arrived at around 9 pm i believe from a long flight i asked the reception for extra pillows since im pregnant and i need more pillows so i can sleep well, he replied with a very rude attitude that its closed and we cant help now , but in your room you have the necessary pillows u need,,, excuse me??!!!! If i knew 2 pillows that were on the bed were enough i wouldn’t bother asking you! Disrespectful Then i asked him till what time was breakfast he said 10 am. The next morning i woke up running quickly getting ready and getting my daughter ready to run to the brekfast before jt closes i arrived 9:30am. As we were eating i see the breakfast is still open past 10 am?. So i went and asked again and they said its till 10:30 am!!!!!!!! I COULD’VE RESTED for a bit more since i was tired and dreading from yesterday being in transit at the airports plus im pregnant!!!!! Reception should not give false information Also, throughout the stay the bathrooms were yuck. Both the sink and the shower drains were clogged🤢 it was a DISASTER. i asked for extra towels the next night since housekeeping did not come in (i put DND), anyways when she got the towels she was very rude and didnt even reply to the thankyou i said to her

I strongly advise against staying at La Claridge, Fraser Suites on Champs-Elysees in Paris, France. During our six-night stay, we were extremely disappointed with the management's lack of response to noise issues. We were on the second floor, and the noise from hardwood floors above was unbearable. The guest upstairs disturbed us with constant furniture rearrangement and loud footsteps from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Despite submitting several complaints, the management did nothing to address the situation. The managment was saying that, the noise seemed to permeate to our room from Marriott Hotel or another source, yet no one could pinpoint its origin. My question to Expedia is: how can you endorse a hotel that fails to provide a peaceful environment for its guests? Charging over $1,000 without guaranteeing a quiet room is unreasonable. As a frequent traveler, I have never encountered such incompetence from hotel staff and management. I recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. Its location at 74 Avenue des Champs Elysees offers a prime address, but the service and experience do not match the expectation.

There is no real management to satisfy the guests, unreasonable delays in delivering rooms and when you insist on a request, the employee starts looking for an available room and gives it to you, he is only trained to say there is no vacancy until 3 pm, he does not bother himself to check if it is available or not and does not answer the phone when needed until two hours after the first call, I do not think that those who want to stay in a luxurious place will be the right choice for this hotel. Management is a failure in every sense of the word, dear owner of the place you should employ only two people to gain people's loyalty, many customers will go to other nearby hotels that care about their customers more than you. Despite the high price, the service does not live up to the amounts paid at all.

Hello, I have a reservation at your hotel and I would like to ask about the maintenance, as I noticed some negative reviews regarding maintenance and water issues. Could you please confirm if the maintenance is good now? Also, since I am traveling with an elderly person, I would prefer a room on the ground floor if possible. Can I choose this option? Thank you.

Avoid staying at this location, particularly room 204A. Above this room, there seems to be a storage area or business space, but management is unclear about its use. The flooring is hardwood, and throughout the night, there are constant sounds of footsteps and rolling items from one end to the other. This noise begins at 7:30 p.m. and continues intermittently until 6:00 a.m. Additionally, you can hear two women talking loudly, making it impossible to sleep. We have complained to the management for six nights, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. Instead, they evade responsibility by blaming unrelated sources, like the Marriott Hotel, which has no connection to room 204A's disturbance. Despite its location on the Champs-Élysées, this hotel is disappointingly touristy. We discovered much quieter, higher-quality accommodations elsewhere and plan to stay in a better area next time.

We had a comfortable suite which slept three. This hotel is in a great location. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower, and Arc de Triomphe. I would recommend getting a pass for the metro which was an excellent way to get around and a museum pass . ||Unfortunately we had many problems making the reservation as well as waiting two + hours to check in, even though we arrived at the correct check in time. As a result we missed a reservation so plan accordingly. Staff did not seem concerned or apologetic for the delay or not getting the room we were supposed to be in. ||Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

We as a family had a great experience of Paris staying at Le Claridge! From the pre-planning to the full experience! Ines, Eden, and Melissa were perfect for booking all of our tours and tranfers ahead of time! Everything was taken care for us before we arrived! Atika and Blanca handled alot more when we arrived with other trips and dinner reservations that we needed or anything that we needed with the hotel! They were very friendly and courteous with all our requests! I would say the staff of the whole hotel was a perfect fit for our best vacation as a family! I would gladly stay there again and would recommend them to many people! As we were recommended bu close friends of ours! Great job and we look forward to visiting our home away from home again!|Henry Williams and Family!
