Amazing stay! I would like to specially thank Ratna and Diana at the reception. They were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their help and positive attitude really made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel service overall was excellent — everything was well organized, smooth, and high quality. The hotel is beautiful and elegant, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again!

The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is very family-friendly, with security at the door. The bathrooms are well-equipped, including a bidet spray, which is a nice touch. However, regarding drinking water the hotel provides only one complimentary bottle per person. Any additional bottles are charged at €5 each, as far as I understood when I requested three bottles (two for us and one for the kettle), they told me I would have to pay €15. This felt unreasonable. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced this before. I do understand charging for snacks, food, or other drinks but charging for water? Common sense please. Another downside was the food, on New Year’s Day when nearby restaurants were closed the hotel only offered pre-prepared meals reheated in a microwave, the quality of the food was extremely poor even the containers that they gave us were actually a bit dusty! And no fruits or basic tea options were available. I hope the management reconsiders these points as it’s unfortunate for such a nice hotel in a prime location to be affected by unnecessary cost-cutting.

From arranging restaurant bookings to securing an early check-in, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with a 10-month-old baby, her support reflected a true first-class service mindset. Atika is without doubt a great ambassador for Fraser Suites Champs-Élysées.||At check-in, Ratna assisted us with impressive efficiency and warmth. By good fortune, three out of our four rooms were already ready, which made the experience incredibly comfortable for our entire family, not only for the baby.||We would also like to express our sincere thanks for the room upgrade and for arranging all our rooms on the same floor, which made the stay exceptionally convenient and comfortable for the entire family.||All hotel staff were consistently helpful, attentive, and courteous—from housekeeping and room cleaning services to the security team. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality provided by everyone truly exceeded our expectations.||This property delivers first-class service with a personal touch, and the team are excellent ambassadors of the Fraser Suites brand. We felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay, and we would highly recommend Fraser Suites Champs-Élysées to families and discerning travelers alike.

Stayed at Le Claridge Champs-Élysées — absolutely love it! 🏨 My room was like a studio with a kitchen, and the dressing room is right next to the bathroom. The location is perfect, right on the Champs-Élysées and next to Sephora. 🛍️ Security at the door makes it feel super safe. This isn’t my first stay here — it really deserves it! ✨

Had a wonderful experience. Even though we had a rough first night, they changed the room for us and were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and the staff are the best i’ve seen my whole trip. Rooms and hotel are clean and very appealing. The door man is the sweetest (don’t remember his name). Special thanks to Ateeq at the reception for the great service.

Never back , It’s all about experience, we had 2 bad nights as there is maintenance on the building , when I pass the issue to front desk they said we didn’t heard anything and nothing on the schedule Then the second day morning it’s happened again then they said unfortunately this came from other building Zara !! The lady on front desk was nice she told me we can move you to other room but not the same view then last 2 days we will upgrade you big suite , but for me it’s back step since the day one no one believes me about the noise and the asking for record a video to proofing my story!! Then I meet the deputy manager she’s try her best to keep us stay on the hotel but unfortunately all her options not acceptable and fit with us since I asked for full refund and she refused it’s look like negotiation between me and them about the refund, 3 days refund no four days refund no full refund !! Which is weird I was hated my self on this situation then I decide to leave with full respect to them
