We as a family had a great experience of Paris staying at Le Claridge! From the pre-planning to the full experience! Ines, Eden, and Melissa were perfect for booking all of our tours and tranfers ahead of time! Everything was taken care for us before we arrived! Atika and Blanca handled alot more when we arrived with other trips and dinner reservations that we needed or anything that we needed with the hotel! They were very friendly and courteous with all our requests! I would say the staff of the whole hotel was a perfect fit for our best vacation as a family! I would gladly stay there again and would recommend them to many people! As we were recommended bu close friends of ours! Exceptional service from Alpha! Alpha went above and beyond with his warm attitude and outstanding hospitality. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made a big difference in our stay. Our overall experience at the hotel was excellent, and Alpha was certainly one of the main reasons why. Highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Paris, and I chose it based on a recommendation from a friend – and I’m so glad I did!||The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of everything. You have Sephora just downstairs, a pharmacy nearby, plus a great mix of both affordable and mid-range restaurants within walking distance. Whether you’re in the mood to shop, explore, or just relax, everything is close by.||The hotel itself is spotless, calm, and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day in the city. The customer service is truly 5 stars, and I want to give a special shoutout to Ateeqa, a wonderful Moroccan staff member at the reception. She is truly a gem – extremely hardworking, professional, and kind. Even during Ramadan, while she was fasting, she worked tirelessly and handled everything with such dedication and grace.||She consistently went above and beyond – every time I came to the reception, she reminded me to take my passport with me because she knew I was heading out shopping. On my last day, she even reminded me about the clothes I had sent to the laundry so I wouldn’t forget them before checking out. Her attention to detail and care for guests is outstanding – she absolutely deserves to be recognized!||I truly recommend booking this hotel. The staff are amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed for three nights, and the experience was very disappointing. The rooms were outdated and dirty, and the bathrooms had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was also inconvenient that the shower was separate from the toilet, which can be especially problematic for guests who use water for personal hygiene. We inquired about the newly renovated rooms, but the hotel staff quoted us double the original price. Even then, the rooms did not seem worth the extra cost. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. Other than that, I would not choose to stay here again—especially if I had the option for a refund.

Perfect location , exactly in the Champs - Elyesees center, lots of cafes and restaurants are either opposite or next to it. Exactly aligned with the stores e.g. Sephora. Dior , Gallery La fayette … etc Arabic restaurants lare really near by for Donars and barbecue ||Taxies are parking in front of the hote||…. Best customer service from receptionist Ratna, gave us even better suites prices for our second stay, was always helpful and smiling all the times I saw her. Alpha was also of great help with luggage and prepared a car for us to go to the airport.||Suites are spacious, bathroom was really spacious and super clean I would highly recommend it - if you an arab or muslim -because you will find “shattaf” next to the toilet to wash. I t has small equipped kitchen.||Big lobby with comfortable elegant sofas . Beautiful yard in the middle of the building.|Again he lobby has big clean bathrooms for the comfort of the guests. ||Value of money was surprisingly unbelievably Great!

This was my first experience at the hotel, and it definitely won’t be the last. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Diana, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and went out of her way to assist me with my booking. Her help made a big difference. Marouane also went above and beyond assisting me with restaurant reservations and other requests. I’m very grateful to both. The hotel has a bidet, which is a great plus, and its location is close to many attractions. Miaad

Ratna was so welcoming, and made my mom and me feel at home. She showed us a beautiful room with a king size bed. Later when we realized that we needed a room with two twin size beds, she patiently helped us and did the switch. Room service was good and friendly everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Claridge! The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Champs-Élysées, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and surrounded by lots of dining options. Our room was clean, spacious, and even better than expected—we were upgraded to one with a stunning view of both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe! My daughter was absolutely thrilled by the surprise, making our stay even more special. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our visit.
