I recently stayed here for a work trip for 7 weeks and I honestly can't recommend it enough! The apartment itself was wonderful with an incredible view of the river and gorgeous views of the sunset. It was clean, had everything I needed, was very quiet and the location was excellent. But the staff here were beyond fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble and they were all so incredibly friendly and personable. The cafe downstairs in the foyer was perfect and ideal for a morning coffee without having to wander to a cafe. I travel a lot with work and stay in a lot of company provided accommodation and Fraser Suites would rank as one of the best I've stayed in! Thanks for a great 7 weeks!

This hotel is simply not 5 star. It would be barely a 4 star hotel. I also paid for a better room with a view. We were on level 5. We could only see buildings out the window. You got a restricted view of the Swan River if you looked sideways out the window. I think it's just a little deceptive. It was also a Wednesday night and the hotel was far from busy. If you are staying here long term I can see why it would appeal. But for a 1-2 night getaway I would definitely look elsewhere. The windows are dirty, the room is bland and old, the pool had a layer of body fat on the surface from not being cycled regularly enough. The staff were nice and the place is functional but would not stay here again.

We stayed here for our anniversary and were treated to a room upgrade, complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and box of chocolates. Such a beautiful gesture that was gratefully received. Stunning views of the river from the 15th floor. The room was spacious and clean. Gutted we only stayed for 1 night and didn't get to try out the pool and sauna as our little boy was unwell, so had to head home early. Love that Fraser Suites are trying to do more for the environment as well.

Great location if exploring near Langley park. Not too far of a walk down to Elizabeth Quay. Food in the restaurant was amazing but very slow to come out. Rooms are great for 2 people not very accommodating for families. Swimming pool is fresh for a cool down and spa is nice and spacious perfect for relaxing.

Excellent hotel, from the welcoming staff to the well set out room - I did not want to leave. ||The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to my next stay.

We spent two nights here as an end of 2024 as a staycation. We chose the 1 Bedroom apartment with complete facilities including laundry, dishwasher, microwave. Be aware that the restaurant on Sunday and Monday nights only run a smaller casual menu with no wait staff on duty. Food order is at the bar and the kitchen will send the food over when it's ready. We had booked a table expecting to have a nice dinner so it was a bit disappointing and we left and had to find dinner elsewhere. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Have stayed here multiple times and always found it to be great value, quality rooms, great gym, and good location. Hotel was clean, but the room felt tired and in need of updating. Staff were welcoming, beds still very good and the coffee shop remains excellent

Terrible. I am visiting from Melbourne for work purposes, booked in on a corporate account. I just need to say: shout out to the night manager that moved me last night, and the barista at the bar on Sunday morning. These are the two highlights of my stay here, and I hope you guys get the recognition you deserve. Now, on to my review. First room I was placed in was run down - dirty carpet, broken work chair (had to use work desk for the day as it was public holiday here on Monday) sat on the desk then the arm rest just broke and one side fell off. Put up with it anyway, then due to jet lag and still on Melbourne time tried to get some sleep but the drapes were broken, so even though they were supposed to be block out drapes I had sunlight streaming in my room. Then there was a water leak on our level, the main pipes located in a cabinet just outside my room... this of course decided to seep into the filthy carpet and flooded my room so had to get moved. This is later in the evening mind you, after spending the day trying to work while noise was coming through the door while the maintenance person was trying to fix the leak. I've got Teams meetings all day so had to keep apologising for the noise. So I'm noise logged and jet lagged then had to move rooms, when all I wanted to do was go to sleep. The night manager was very nice though and helped me move asap as I was worried what kind of potential spores would kick off from that dirty wet carpet and I did NOT want to breathe any of that in. The new room was in better condition than the first one so I was a bit happier despite the inconvenience... until I try and close the door and it didn't close shut. I now have to slam the door every time so it locks into place. Sorry to the room next door... And you'd think it would stop there, but no. I get back from the office today which is about a 35min walk from here (I don't know why I was booked in a place so far from our office in the heart of the CBD, but I'll take that up with the admin girl when I get back) so again, still jet lagged and I'm exhausted so I just wanted to get room service for dinner. Mind you, the fare is pretty ordinary, but I wanted the convenience. So I try and order using the QR code online, and they wanted to slug me the public holiday surcharge today (not a ph anymore). So I try and call the room service number, it rings out. Twice. I call the concierge and tell him I wanted room service and asked if the restaurant was open as I called that number and it rang out. He was apologetic and tried to connect me... waited for 15mins and finally hung up. I dragged myself downstairs and had to find a physical person to place my order with, which defeats the purpose of room service. The food came, and it was bad... I wish I got ubereats instead, considering I had to go downstairs anyway. I'm still here as I write this. But I'm stuck for another couple of days until my meetings are done. I'm miserable but I'll just have to suck it up. In conclusion, this property gets a 1 star from me. I'd give it a minus if I could, or even a zero. If you need the city, the location is not ideal. If you're going to the WACA then it's the best place to stay... that is, if you don't mind the crappy service and potentially run down room. I can't wait to go home 😩

Yelp
First review of 2017! Pretty good hotel located in the east of Perth and just a short bus ride to the city center. We booked a family suite for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The bus stop is located just right opposite the hotel and you can literally take any bus to St Georges Terrace or to the main train station and switch bus from there. Public buses are free within the city loop. Perth, you're kinda amazing! If I could complain one thing about the hotel, it will be the lack of parking lot for guests. I rented a car from Bayswater and looking for a decent, legit parking every evening is a nightmare. There are tonnes of parking lot behind the hotel but you have to be careful with the duration you paid for. I overlooked my timing for just 10 mins and when I realised it, it was already too late - a compound ticket was issued by the traffic officer. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're putting a few nights in Perth. The property is new, room is well maintained and the in-house restaurant - Heirloom by Pete Evans is one of the best paleo restaurants in town. You have to check it out!

Yelp
Booked Frasers last minute for a surprise stay for my partner, we were quickly moved to the level 19 as the facilities we had were not necessary. The view was amazing, amenities were exactly what required for a weekend getaway. I wish I could of stayed for longer. Was nice to see so many bridal parties taking there pictures around the venue also. I will be staying at Frasers again.

Yelp
A new hotel/ serviced-apartments which has opened in East Perth...new accommodation to the Perth market is few and far between so it was nice to be given a tour of Fraser Suites. The rooms are of a good size, the smallest being a Studio at 30m2... the fitout of them is luxury while not being pretentious... the one bedroom has great lounge/ relaxation area with some of them giving you ideal views over the WACA, no need to buy tickets to a game just sit, relax and get room service delivered, while not missing a thing. The pool area has great light and a view, which is next door to the hotel gym. The gym is not the normal small, dark, limited equipped gym. It was a nice surprise to see a light, great size and full of equipment one instead. The meeting/ function space has views and is fit out well for the purpose. It will be a good venue for your next breakfast function or team development day. The only thing I didn't love was the restaurant/ bar area was a little stark and missing character. However, this may change once developed and open for longer. A great place for your corporate vistor who needs good quality, with a little extra, accommodation.

Yelp
The concierge could actually learn to fill their role, they could have a hotel car or at least a cab on stand by, but other than that, this is by far my favourite respite in Perth. I mean, the lobby cafe staff are sweet and the breakfast is Paleo, so I am happy to find my new Perth home in Fraser Suites where the windows open; I dread the Crown Metropol drunk scum vacuum, and now I needn't ever return there. Thank you, Fraser Suites!

Yelp
New hotel/apartment. It's nice but probably not up to the international standard required for a 5 star hotel. It's more like a boutique hotel as oppose to others. Had some issue with the internet but all sorted in the end.

Yelp
The best option when travelling to Perth. Excellent facilities and staff. Superb. And wouldn't you know, the windows actually open! Your room on your terms.
