We came to Fraser Suites Seef to celebrate my son’s birthday, and now he proudly calls it his second home! The level of customer service here is truly amazing — the entire team always goes above and beyond to make our family feel cared for.||Without us even asking, the staff surprised my son with a birthday cake and sang him Happy Birthday — it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming moment that we’ll never forget. It’s little things like this that make Fraser Suites feel so special.||When we also had a family emergency the hotel manager and team came quickly with the first aid kit to help us out. Amazing team.||As someone who works in the luxury tourism sector for a top developer, I can confidently say that this hotel punches well above its weight. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience rival some of the best 5-star properties I’ve seen worldwide.||Special thanks to the incredible management and front desk team — every member of staff, especially at reception, is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I had an exceptional stay at Fraser Suites Seef Bahrain. The staff were welcoming and professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering all the comforts of home. The location is ideal, right next to Seef Mall and close to everything. Highly recommended for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Last week I stayed at Fraser Suites Bahrain and honestly, it was a great spot to relax. The staff were super nice and professional, which always makes a difference. The real winner is the location! You're basically attached to Seef Mall. Seriously, you can walk straight in, and there's even a supermarket right by the entrance connecting the Mall with Fraser Suites – so handy for snacks and bits. Seef Mall itself has loads of shops and even a cinema, so you're never bored. The apartment was spot on – clean, modern, and had loads of room. The bed was comfy (always a plus!), and the kitchen and bathroom were really well done. Plenty of plates and stuff in the kitchen if you need them. Had a really comfortable and easy time here. My little tip though? For food, definitely check out the mall. So many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner right there! 😉

I rate my stay at Fraser Suites as excellent. Service was top, I was given discount and upgrade. The suite was spacious, cozy and very clean. I enjoyed the location, especially in Alseef Mall, near restaurants and supermarket. But mostly by far, the nice treatment of the staff.

I booked this hotel to rest and relax, but my stay was completely ruined due to unexpected construction works and noise. The management failed to inform me in advance, which shows a lack of transparency and respect for guests. This experience destroyed my trip and caused me unnecessary stress. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

We went during Ramadan week for business meet. A few portion was under renovation. Even though due to renovation they’ve greeted and taken a good care of us.

The worst hotel no hospitality or professionalism at all the reception staff are very rude they don’t know how to speak with a guest and u will be shocked from their manager attitude also is even worst only one lady was standing on concierge should be working in hotels the rest they need to take a training or shouldn’t be working in hospitality at all also their tv isn’t working we faced an issue with the bedroom tv last stay and never returning to this hotel again
