Beautiful shop near Checkpoint Charlie. Bought a little set for a gift. The saleswoman was very helpful and pleasant. I will always stop by this place when I go to Berlin.

Although I made a purchase, I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. It seemed as though they might not have been as comfortable with Asian faces, which was a bit concerning. It's hard to imagine entering a store without a simple "hello," "thank you," or "goodbye." Having traveled to many European countries and lived in London for two years, this was the first time I’ve experienced such an interaction.

Great perfumes but terrifying services. I visited there on Friday night with my friend. My friend was holding a cup of coffee and she constantly put it down on the perfume desk to smell the perfume with both of her hands. Suddenly the old female clerk approached us and warned us not to put it on the desk. We were a bit puzzled by her tone and expression but we followed what she told us to do. While we were looking around the perfumes, I asked the other clerk what time the shop is open tomorrow because I wanted to visit there again. The old lady was consistently unhelpful and terrifyingly rude whenever I asked something to her and at the end, she asked me whether we'll come to the shop tomorrow as well. I told her yes, and she told me not to bring THE COFFEE next time I visit. I've never experienced such disgusting customer service in my whole life.

Racist employee. the moment i walked in, i was not welcomed. one of Your employee just gave me n a friend a weird look. Did not tell us anything about the product. I honestly didnt care so much, until she started being rude to me and my friend. (such as being mad when we made the simplest mistake of accidentally touching a sample product?)z And i have realised that when another customer came in she greeted her with recommendations and all. me and my friend was greeted with pure ignorance and rudeness. I am a tourist from Malaysia and I don't expect a lot. Just normal human decency and respect. I did not make a fuss so i just walked out of the store. Lost a potential customer.

The store's unpleasant staff, especially one saleswoman, makes you not want to buy anything. It seems that working with customers is like a punishment for her. The store is nice, the scents ok, but nothing new. Generally entering the store I felt like an intruder.

I visited during Christmas, and the employee, specifically the older one, was extremely rude. I was ready to make a purchase, but she made me feel very uncomfortable. It seems like others have had similar experiences.

Sally did an amazing job guiding us through this adventure. My wife gifted to me to create my own customized perfume here. Having close to 0 idea about scents, Sally consulted us excellently and really made this a fun couple experience. Thanks!!!

This is a very cheque and beautiful perfume boutique. It's a wonderful place to buy a gift for your loved ones. The service is wonderful and pleasant, the atmosphere is crisp and relaxing, and the store aroma speaks for the quality of the perfumes it sells. Considering they're perfumes, prices are very reasonable, especially with the available flexibility with choosing volumes (7.5, 15, 50, and 100 ml containers) and the available sets that give you the opportunity to purchase different perfumes for a slightly discounted price. I also loved their collection, especially the floral ones. I like simple clean perfumes and usually can find 1 or 2 in big stores and brands that match my interest. This shop despite its small size had 4 different options, which is wonderful and I ended up purchasing a set of 4 at a reasonable prices. The other perfumes also smell great. I also liked that they have aromas from all around the world such as india and the middle east. Although they advertise most of their perfumes as unisex, some of them are clearly men's only or women's only. This would be the only comment I would like the store owner and anyone reading this review to take note for. Overall I highly recommend this place and highly recommend it as a nice gift.
