This church is majestic and feels like a center piece of the city. The surrounding area with the church makes this place very picturesque. There is a called rubble from the past that is kept next to the church which is a nice little touch. This is definitely a must visit site in Dresden

Dresden is a city to definitely see once in a life time. I city out of a movie scene. Beautiful at every corner. Very impressive and not too be missed for sure.

You can enter and explore the church for free, but the climb to the top costs €10 — and it's definitely worth it. The ascent involves 281 steps and isn't too difficult, though it's not recommended for the faint of heart. At 67 meters high, the view from the top offers a stunning panorama of the city. If you attend a church service, you'll also get a bit of a history lesson about the building — but keep in mind, everything is conducted in German.

A remarkable sight. The resilient nature of Dresden is on full display throughout the town but none probably more so than the Frauenkirche Dresden. This church was rebuilt after the Allied bombing of 1945 which completely demolished this gem. Simply an amazing feat for something rebuilt only about 20 years ago.

Definitely worth the visit and the climb to the top. You can see both inside the Cathedral and the landscape and sights for kilometers!!!

It is such a great church and has plenty of nice drawings, also it's free to enter and it has some great history! Also a great thing is that everything is golden and it looks fantastic! Also u dont wait like at all, it is like always instant unless there is a public holiday.

What an awesome structure. I am mesmerised with the old reinasance era of this cathedral. It was originally built as a sign of the will of the citizens of Dresden to remain Protestant after their ruler had converted to Catholicism. It is a Lutheran Church.

So beautiful! The history is crazy, and it took many years to rebuild after the war. Our guide showed us a picture he to 1/1/95, still in ruins.
