FREAK'S STORE Shibuya

This is the worst experience so far in Japan. I went to the store last Saturday evening and bought one black sweater and a blue denim cap hat. When I double checked the amount and found the figure was inaccurate after tax waiver and discount from their mobile app membership applied, I told him whether it was a right amount and he carelessly said it was correct. When he completed the payment using my credit card, another staff stepped in and said the amount was mistakenly charged higher. They did not apologize and claimed to have a refund for me. However, when I checked the mobile app of their brand the same set of items was charged three times in the history. I called to my bank to see if they have a chargeback for me but sadly none. This is so dishonest, if it's not just careless and unprofessional. Now I have to go through a dispute with credit card company and it costs me way more time and cost than expected to settle this. I strongly recommend every tourist to carefully check every detail they claim, not just assuming they behave on par of their counterparts in Japan!

Street style select store in shibuya, unlike the same store in nearby shibuya scramble square and the one in shinjuku, this one provide more different brands and selection is the most, if u like japanese street style clothing, price point is reasonable too, staff are nice, there is also vans OG shoes for sell too

It is quite unfriendly to foreign tourists. I need to correct my service attitude. I have encountered unfair treatment abroad, and my interest in going abroad has been ruined. I hope the store can face up to this problem. This clerk has a mole at the corner of his eye and has blond hair. Male clerk! Would like to be able to tell this clerk.

if you wanted to experience the worst shopping time in Japan, this is the place.

The male clerk on the second floor has an attitude that seems like he was looking to start a fight. Otherwise, it's an ok store with decent value.

During checkout, my wallet was snatched by the staff. ARE U KIDDING ME??? The only thing more in vogue than their clothes is the grumpy attitude of the employees.

Clerks attitude in this shop is quite bad - indifferent and outright rude.
