I bought a journal but later decided I wanted to swap it for a different one. I couldn’t find the receipt, but I went back to the shop anyway to explain and see what could be done.
To my surprise, the staff member was really understanding and offered to try and find the purchase on their system. It was a bit tricky (especially since I gave them the wrong card details at first), but with help from their colleagues they managed to track it down and sort it for me.
They really didn’t have to go to all that effort, so I bought them a gift to say thanks.
Their customer service was brilliant, and I’m genuinely grateful for the help 🙌🏼
