Freddy's Lefse and Nordic Kitchen

Haven't visited- but my friend is member of the Prom family in the local area- I came to find reviews of the lefse as I picked some up here in Seattle for our annual holiday friend & family lutefisk dinner. With over 50 in attendance I just don't have the time to make enough. Excited to test these from N Dakota. The reviews all sound like I won't be disappointed-

Nice that you can get fresh, hand-rolled lefse before it's even been refrigerated or frozen. I sure wish they didn't use bleached flour though.

I have not visited this establishment, but I did buy Freddy’s lefse in my local grocery store. My family used to supply the Minneapolis area with lefse, and I can tell you that Freddys is excellent. Soft, not crunchy or thick, good value. Highly recommend.

My usual place in Florida stopped taking Lefsa orders earlier than usual. A friend in Minnesota recommended Freddy's. My package with Lefsa, Kringla, and pancake mix came today. Absolutely the best I have ever had!! Thank you so much. You have no idea how much joy this has brought to me this Christmas.

Freddy’s lefse is the closest to my grandma’s I have ever found! Delicious! I love finding it in my local grocery and share the link with family and friends to order their own!

Literally lefse tastes just like what my grandma used to make me when I was a kid.One hundred percent recommend it's fresh, it's soft, it tastes awesome.No chemically taste afterwards, like some of the other store bought brands. Highly recommend this stuff!! ten out of ten!!

Ordered some to get my Lefse fix in AZ. Shipped promptly within the time frame stated. Arrived fresh and ready for the fridge or freezer. It’s the way I remember from growing up and with the flavor profile my grandma’s had. There is availability of lefse from another company at one of my local grocery stores, but it’s insanely overpriced, has only 2 small sheets per pack, and ends up kinda funky because they’re always full of crystallized ice and freezer burn. So the local purchase option Ian great by any means. Will definitely continue to order from Freddy’s for any future lefse needs.
