Since 15 years living in the region always being loyal to this place for its exceptional beauty and great food. Unfortunately can’t say the same about the service. Arrogant, rude and snobbish stuff almost each time. Always feeling unwelcomed especially for a non French speaker ( or while speaking in French as a foreigner) Really sad as a place is amazing though always troubles ( or lunch time service, or just a drink) Hard to find more pretentious and antipathic team. Hope this will reach the owners, as it’s sad being a loyal gust since years and always experience bad treatment.

A must-visit, Frédélian always lives up to its reputation! High-quality pastries, a simple and enjoyable menu, especially for lunch, this true piece of Cape Town's heritage is a must! One small drawback: while we didn't wait to be seated, be careful not to overlook the wait time to take customers' orders..... an area for improvement to consider.

Had a really good time! We had good Espresso Martinis (they added a bit of chocolate powder that makes the difference). The team played music as well. Overall really good vibes! They honestly deserve better than the average rating.

We are an English family who have spent the summers in Cap Ferret for the past 20 years. The service here is the best we have experienced on the peninsula. Always friendly, professional and helpful. Food is good and super environment for Sunday morning breakfast.

The pastry and service is superb. However there is not a non smoking area and SO many people smoke that it takes away from this absolutely lovely location, food and service. Constant smoke floating across our food, faces and table. It takes away from the experience and as a group we chose not to go back because of this.

Best waffles in town! Update : Such a disappointing change! Waffle are not even average now, they're just bad and under cooked. Difference between then and now is outrageous! New team completely ruined this place
