Frederick's Wine and Dine

This hands down has been the best dining experience I've had in a good while! From walking in and being greeted with a smile to the service and made from scratch dishes! Don't judge just because it sits next to a convienet store, this place is a gem! Walking in, the decor is modern and they had good music playing with a bar lined with TV's showing football and there was lots of chatter giving you a vibrant environment! Even the ladies bathroom was nice and clean! To start, we ordered their catfish nuggets and their homemade dipping sauce and they were both cooked and seasoned to perfection 👌🏽!! Even my 3yr old who doesn't eat fish devoured them thinking they were chicken nuggets because there was no fishy taste to them! Lol, when asked if they got 1 thumbs up or 2, he simply showed me 👍🏽 👍🏽 up with a smile! Onto dinner, we ordered the smothered pork chops with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and it was delicious! The 2nd dinner was the orange roughy with mac n cheese and candied yams. The fish was flaky and again, cooked to perfection! The mac n cheese was creamy and cheesy, just the way it should be! To wash it all down I ordered a Blueberry infused Lemon Drop Slushie that was so tasty and they didn't shy on the liquor! To finish out the meal, I ordered a slice of their pecan topped sweet potato pie to go and let's just say it didn't make it home! While it was still warm I took one bite that led to finishing the whole thing!! I can't wait to go back and would highly and happily recommend Fredrick's!

Fist time eating at Fredericks. Frederics features southern style soul food and does it well. From fish to smothered pork chops. Our waitresses service was spot on, very attentive. We could the TV's that covered the bar side making it an great place to watch sports and a restaurant side that included a stage for live performances. I had the smothered pork chops mashed potatoes, greens and my fiance had the red snapper. Both were seasoned well and very tasty.

My husband and I had date night at Fredrick’s last week. Everything was good until we had an unfortunate encounter with other patrons to the point that we never had a chance to actually sit and enjoy our food when it came out. Fortunately, the manager Joe and our server Tia handled the situation with professionalism and grace. Not only did they apologize for the rude guest, but Joe invited my husband and I back as special guests of the house. We went back today and had a great experience. Everything was amazing. From the food, customer service, drinks, ambiance and overall vibe. If I could give them 10 stars I would. And whoever was back in the kitchen cooking YOU DID THAT. Catfish nuggets was fresh and seasoned to perfection, and my steak was cooked well done but still juicy and flavorful and the smothered pork chops and mashed potatoes was amazing as well. I most definitely will be back ❤️❤️❤️

Visited on a Friday night with a group. The vibes were great. Food was delicious. I had the spicy fried shrimp and they were excellent as were the honey lemon pepper wings. The smothered pork chops looked really good along with the fried pork chops. Really enjoyed the live band and singer. The bar side also had TVs with sports games on. If I’m ever in the area, I would definitely visit again.

Me and my two friends went here for before my pre birthday activities and we were not disappointed the food was amazing the atmosphere was amazing our waiter was amazing the food was hot the okra was delicious the sauce that comes with it was so good I asked for some with my chicken my friends catfish was huge crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside the food was seasoned to perfection shout out to the chef!! The waiter told us about the new frozen drinks we had frozen lemon drops me a regular and them strawberry and mango they were delicious and I definitely felt good after drinking mine:)

We've been to Fredricks several times for birthday celebrations! The live music is always amazing.. The food is very good also, I had southern fried chicken and it was good just a little salty for me, the wife had the orange roughy fish that was very yummy we had several fish dishes they all were very good, the drinks were nice and strong.. Live singer mingled through the crowd always a good time prices aren't the cheapest but worth coming back..

Don’t let its front appearance makes you think is a regular restaurant. Once you get inside you find out a beautiful place with two different wings plus a separated bar area. It has an stage and a beautiful mural. Bathroom looks very nice and staff are very kind. But the most wonderful thing was that delicious and great presented food I really enjoyed 😋🤗🫡

I haven't been to Frederick's since they remodeled and I must say, they did a wonderful job. It's beautiful. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. She made sure we had everything that we needed. We ordered a frozen lemon drop, the Shrimp Dinner, the catfish dinner and potato skins. I've been ordering the shrimp for years and years and it never misses. I am always happy with it and today was no exception. The catfish dinner and potato skins were also great. No complaints at all on the food. The lemon drop was a little more tart than I prefer but the bartender gave me a little simple syrup and we were good to go. The entire experience was great, my only complaint is the forced tip on the receipt. While I know there are people who don't tip, but for those of us who do, this is so off-putting. I wish they would do away with that. That said, I definitely recommend Frederick's, I've never had bad food there.

My second time in there, the first time everything was delicious, this time the greens were bitter and the chicken was not seasoned at all, my sons chicken was seasoned and only half of my granddaughters chicken was seasoned. Every year my sons take me wherever I want to eat for my birthday I had been wanting to go back to Frederick's, couldn't wait...So disappointed!! The waitresses solution for the unseasoned chicken was to sprinkle seasoning on top of the chicken. I'm not trying to be mean, but I wasn't going to eat it. My son took the chicken home to his dog.

I had a great dining experience. We were part of a big party and luckily they were not busy. We had our reservation well in advance and our tables were ready when we arrived. We were greeted warmly when we entered. Ms Jackie was our server and she handled our party like a pro! She was so down to earth and attentive. She took charge and let us know how she would do the ordering to make it efficient. Now the food...our once social table was quiet once the food came out. There were a few appetizers on our table and that was a good move because there was a little wait for the food. Jackie checked in with us and refilled beverages and cleared plates at a great rate. I ordered salmon dish with Mac and cheese and greens. I was able to take half home. We really enjoyed ourselves. I hadn't been to Fredericks in several years, but after this experience, I may have to run it back! The restaurant was clean and inviting as well

Upon arrival we were greeted promptly by the host booth. When asked for the name on our reservation they stated that they could not find us. The manager was very accommodating in finding space for our large group. Once we were seat the gentleman who waited on us took our drink order promptly. He later came back for the food but he wanted to wait for everyone to be ready. Once he took our order when the food arrived majority of our side dishes were cold. He seemed aggravated that we complained. The fish was hot and very fresh but our fries, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes were cold. Those who order greens they were hot. But the fish was delicious we ordered the perch, catfish and orange roughy and red snapper all were seasoned to perfection. There was a band and they were really good.

I left a spectacular review a few months ago for Fredrick's as they are normally consistent. Yesterday, sadly they were not. I ordered perch dinner with mac, yams and greens. I had been waiting all day and so excited to dive into this food. My fish was not done all the way. My mac and cheese was cold and appeared to may have been possibly heated up in microwave, same with the greens. The yams were probably the freshest item on my plate and was somewhat decent. I will def be giving them a break and try back again maybe later in the year. I was so upset I just paid for my food and left half of it still on plate. I read reviews previously that management doesn't do anything regarding complaints so I didn't even give it a shot. I will just take my money elsewhere in the meantime.

May I start off by saying the renovations in this establishment are BEAUTIFUL!!! Cacci served me and my friend and showed us so much love. She was very detailed and knowledgeable with any question that needed to be answered and made sure the food came out perfectly to her liking because she wants the best for her customers. Now the star of the show...... THAT CATFISH!!!!!!! OMG!!!! Let me say this, I have toured across America and this catfish is the BEST catfish I've ever tasted. It is seasoned to perfection and very meaty. I almost couldn't make it through the first one because it was so big but it was so good so I had to finish it. The Mac and cheese and yams were also delicious. The frozen Long Island is nothing to play with. It is a must have, I was lit walking out of there and I took one to go. I rate this whole exciting 1000/10 and I would definitely recommend. Oh and did I mention that I went back the next 2 days because I was hooked but the third day I had the whole red snapper which I will leave a review for next.

Had my Dad's 75 bday dinner at this restaurant. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. The food is fresh and the fried catfish all I can is WOW delicious. If you are planning an event or just want to stop by for drink Fredricks is a must stop. The entire staff is incredible Andrea is well detailed, organized you should definitely request her when scheduling any event at Fredricks she made me feel like family she's the best. I would also like to thank Muneerah who really did a great job with my family. You can tell she respects the customer experience. In Closing if you live in Cleveland or visiting and want live music, great atmosphere, several large screen televisions go to Fredricks.

I was invited to my friend's surprise birthday party at Fredrick's Restaurant. The ambience, The food and the service were all superb. Everyone had a great time. The food was excellent. I'll be returning soon!

This is classic & delicious soul food... just what I want when returning home for the holidays! The menu is full of options, including lots of sides (Mac & cheese, greens, coleslaw) apps (fried okra & mushrooms) and my favorite: fish (salmon, orange roughy, catfish) prepared multiple ways (blackened, grilled, fried). The vibe is always right, full of local flavor, either celebrating birthdays, hanging out at the large bar, or listening to live music. I went twice with friends and family and look forward to the next visit!

The wait at this restaurant is unbelievable. Once we got seated the service was completely terrible. The waiter brought me my drink and "accidentally" spilled it on my brand-new outfit. The food was way too expensive for what was served. I ordered the Frederick's Sampler. The potato skins were hard, wings were dry, and mozzarella sticks were soggy. I was watching the wait staff fixing their clothes, hands in their pants, and then headed to the kitchen to serve food. I am all around grossed out by this place. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was on break. When he came back from break, he was rude grabbed the plate of food and said if I don't like it, I can leave. So, I left.

This is my go to for a good fish dinner and a nice drink. The catfish, perch and orange roughy are all delicious and always cooked to perfection. While I am not a fan of the mac and cheese, my family loves it. I do however like the greens and love that they have fresh cut fries. The live music never disappoints and is always a plus to the dining experience! I also love the casual atmosphere. In my experience, the other patrons have been very friendly because everyone is enjoying themselves. If you want a good margarita, I'd recommend having Robyn make it. Not only is she an expert mixologist, she is always attentive and quick with service!

I'm here with a wedding party of 60. They got all of the meals out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was prepared with care and came out hot and fresh! The dishes my group ordered were Grouper with Mac n cheese and greens, a pork chop dinner, an orange roughy dinner and a catfish dinner. The lemon drops and straight up liquor orders were great. The mood was made awesome with good music. My family loved it! Danielle was a very attentive, kind server! I highly recommend this restaurant!

All this place cares about is making money. Ordered a salmon salad which came out half cooked (raw in the middle salmon). The waitress stated the Salmon was frozen and harder to cook. Mr. Fred himself came to the table, no apology, nothing. His response, tell them you want your Salmon cooked well done. Sir, the Salmon was raw! Your response was pathetic and I am good on your establishment!

Great environment, food is top tier! If you are looking for a place to have a great meal and live music...:this is the place!

My family and I went to dine in. They state that they close at 9. We walked in at 7:50. The hostess was taking care of a party that walked in right before we did and she sat them. When we step up she tells me that the family before us took the last table even though the restaurant was mostly empty. She also said that the kitchen was closing soon but we could sit at the bar. I asked what time the kitchen was closing and she said 8:15 or 8:30. Her only offer was for us to sit at the bar and order. I'm trying to figure out what difference it made sitting at the table or the bar if the kitchen was about to close. We left. Now my issue is that if I had walked into Outback or any major restaurant they would have waited on us. It was an hour before closing. Our people always want US to support them but I can spend my money where I am welcome no matter what the nationality.

Server was very pleasant. Food was excellent, although I did find a hair in my collards which were replaced right away. The only thing that bothered me besides the hair was the fact that they automatically put 20% gratuity to your check regardless of the size of your party

We dined at Frederick's on 4/20/24 for the first time and I will say, it was pretty decent. The ambience is contemporary/urban and comfortable. There was one server working named Jackie, and all things considered,she did as well as could be expected. Our wait for the food wasn't too bad,the food tasted pretty good. I had read some of the reviews and had concerns, but our experience wasn't like any of those. I'll come back again for sure and hopefully that experience will be good also.

I dined at Frederick's on 10/11/24 after a Kem concert at the MGM. I remember this place before and they have upgraded to a nice and better place. The food is good and pricey which it's worth it. Nice place for the over 40 crowd. The music was okay, but the service needs tweaking. They take your plate before you are done eating just came and grabbed it, and the gratuity is added to your bill. Overall, try it for the experience and you won't be disappointed.

The food is consistently good, I love thier orange roughy. My only issue this time is the music was too loud couldn't have a conversation over dinner. Otherwise great atmosphere and food. They never miss.

The food was great, and the DJ was amazing. I wish I was able to tip both of them he kept the crowd us rocking, and I would come back for take-out only. As for the server; she left a lot to be desired. She left us and didn't come back until we waved her down. And on top of that I had to pay her 20%. Again, most likely, I will not be returning for dine in...

I ordered the Catfish Dinner with the Mac-n-Cheese and Yams. Meal was delicious and everything was hot. Hostess - very professional and inviting Ambiance - was very nice for a casual dinner. Music - the band was amazing and kept the crowd engaged. Few suggested areas for improvement: -Waiter was doing his best but more servers for multiple larger parties at the same time would have been helpful. Waiter was trying to accommodate customers as well as multiple large parties at the same time which left room for some errors. -Wait time long for simple beverages (soda, water) as well as not enough bartenders for the bar. -Should make customers aware of the additional credit card fee charged when seated.

I was at Frederick's 2/20/22 and the restaurant was short staffed which is understandable during these times (post Covid). However it took 45 minutes to get our appetizers that were really good but another 40 minutes for the entree's to come out. When they got to the table I ordered Orange Roughy dinner w it's Green beans and yams, my sister ordered the fried chicken with fries and salad. The Orange Roughy was fried so hard it scratched the roof of my mouth. My sister's chicken has no flavor and the fries we cold. We couldn't send the food back with 1 waitress and had to wait another hour for more food nope! We ate the sides only. This use to be my favorite. Please fix whatever's wrong. I was so disappointed.

I was in Cleveland for the weekend visiting friends and they brought me to Frederick's on a Friday night around 9:30pm. A live band was playing, the energy was lively, the service was awesome and the food was good. I had the perch and shrimp dinner with greens and mac and cheese. The fish was initially way overcooked and rubbery but our server graciously replaced it with a fresh, flaky and piping hot order. Aside from that, the shrimp was perfectly fried and the ma and cheese and greens were THE BOMB! My friends ordered the catfish sandwich and seafood pasta respectively. Everything was yummy! I especially loved the cajun seasoning on the pasta. DELICIOUS. Frederick's is my spot now. When I'm in town again I will definitely return to try a few more menu items. Cheers!

The perfect combination of quality service and amazing food! Owner Frederick Parks was the ultimate host and was kind enough to provide a tour and accommodated our family's need for a repass to celebrate our matriarch- Mollie Bradford. The service was superb! Ms. Greene and her team were very engaging and professional, and responsive. The food was prepared to perfection by Master Chef, Thomas Davis and every dish was absolutely delicious! Bravo Frederick's Wine & Dine for a job well done!!

I've been going to Frederick's for quite some time. I don't have any problems when I sit in the restaurant and eat. I ordered a surf dinner which consists of a ribeye steak, 2 large scampi and 2 sides. It was $40. I also ordered a fried chicken dinner which consists of half of a chicken(leg, thigh, breast and a wing). It was $22 plus tax on the total amount. Well lately, when I order out there's always a problem. The last time I ordered out they couldn't find the order. The fried chicken wasn't done all the way... I just reheated it up in the oven. This time I received 2 thighs...which I don't care for.The thighs were old. I also received 2 wings, again, they couldn't find the order. The surf and turn was ok. I've tried calling them several times. I left a voicemail once. One of the times I was told that management was busy, call back in 10 minutes. It was almost 9 so I knew they would be closing. I called anyway. No answer!!!? I'm highly upset and I will not be doing business with them in the future!!!!!!!

Fredrick always have great food and love band. They definitely cater to the grown up patrons. I have been here many times. Only thing I would like then to change is there drink prices , I don't mind playing more for a drink if I have more drink. Catch my drift?! Lol They have metered drinks so they are very skimpy for the price. However they food makes us for them! The shrimp and grits are good. I have had their pastas. There is nothing bad on the menu. Great atmosphere.

Came in and sat down at the tall tables on the bar side and the waitress walked past us 2 times without acknowledging us. I stopped her the 3rd time past and asked who's responsible for taking our orders and she said the bar maid was responsible for my side of the ROOM. So we waited and waited, tried to call our order in from inside the bar and no one answered... although servers and the bar maid was standing right next to the ringing phone. I finally decided to walk up to the bar and ask if she was coming to take our order and the barmaid told us the other server was responsible for our table. We decided to sit at the bar because by this time we had already been inside for nearly 30 minutes and it was getting late. Placed our order and waited patiently to be served. We had horrible service!!! Absolutely horrendous! Just ruined the entire mood. It's nothing worse than horrible service when a place is known for having good food. Its unacceptable to pay for terrible service. The owner needs to train his staff about customer service

I'd give this restaurant more stars if I could . I was in town for a funeral and some friends took us to Fred's for a late dinner. When I tell you that my 1st bite was amazing I'm telling you the truth. That pork chop was amazing!! I'm not sure what seasoning they use but it's worth the high cholesterol and blood pressure lol. My food was well worth the wait! Give them a try! I cannot wait until I come back to Cleveland to try some other options on the menu.

I've been to this restaurant every time I've come to Cleveland this last time I went there was the worst food I've ever had. I had catfish which taste like catfish it was not good. The mac & cheese was very old and I did not eat it. The candy yams was old, but I could eat them Again I have been to that restaurant on numerous occasions, and the food was excellent. They must have a new cook, but the food was very bad. The service was not good either there was no one in there, and the waitress yelled from across the room if we needed anything I would have liked to have had some more water but I did not want to yell back they took out 20% tip and it was only two of us there to eat. That nasty food they served us was expensive and it was not fresh, and it was not good. I would never go back to that place again. When I come to Cleveland Ohio. Beware of Fredericks it is not the place that it used to be, they remodeled I guess they need to pay for that remodel but the food has really gone down and I did not appreciate them taken my money 20% tip when the waitress did not even earn it, I thought a tip was a courtesy not a demand I'd never go there again.

Well first, I think a name change is in order because there isn't much wine here. Drinks, sure, but wine..no. I attempted to order a glass of Malbec and was told they didn't have. Ended up with the most unpleasant glass of Pinot Noir I've ever had in my life but I suffered through. In sum, the food was pretty good but the service simply wasn't up to par. I was with a large group of about 12 people and we only had one server assigned to our table. Odd because for a group of this size a deposit is required so I'm not sure why they weren't prepared to keep things moving. The menu had a lot of great options for soul food and everyone I was with seemed to enjoy their meal. Most of us has leftovers as well so you surely get a lot of value for the price. As for the atmosphere, the band did a sound check in front of the crowd and then they proceeded to play loudly. They sounded good but all of this occurred while there was still music coming over the speakers. YIKES. The venue absolutely isn't large enough for this much noise especially if you're still expecting people to be able to hold conversations or communicate with their servers. I might venture back to check out a happy hour but would hesitate to sit through another full meal here, especially if with a large group.

Was visiting my hometown and in particular, my step mom. Of course I'm always hungry and she suggested Fredericks as she and my Dad would go for drinks and she said the food was pretty good. So did some of the reviews. All I can say is that it was edible and I was hungry. The food was bland. Like white folks are in the kitchen. There were more workers than customers and they barely wanted to work. Never learned my servers name. I won't go back and I love supporting my folks. But no.

One of the best and unique restaurants in Cleveland area. Slightly pricy but the live music and food will be the star of your night. I had a great experience and great service. I highly recommend!

came here for my cousins birthday. Joseph was our waiter and he was so kind and patient w our party of 7! The food was decent. I got the pork chops. They were seasoned pretty well but tasted as if fried in old grease. Mac n Cheese was drier than I like but was ok and the yams were just ok. Kinda like they were canned but they added some extra spices. Most had the perch and it looked amazing and all said was great!

I love Fredericks the food is excellent and delicious of you go at the right time you hear a live band the music is always good my favorite is the catfish Fredericks is not cheap but you get what you pay for good quality food and drinks.

My second time in here and it did not disappoint. This trip I ordered double Jack on the rocks... bartender says " all we serve are doubles"....fell in love! Bartenders KNOW how to pour and mix cocktails which is a big plus for me. Drinks are very well made! Ordered the Snapper, fries and mac n cheese. Damn good sir! I am from Texas...this is my go-to spot when I come to town. Service is always good... drinks are on point and food is well...AWESOME. The live bands sp far here are outstanding with DJ music in-between thE band sets.. bands are R&B major record level quality talent. Anybody who gives this place less than 4 stars has no clue. Get here...soon...or now...just get here!

The fish and shrimp are always fried to perfection and delicious. I'm disappointed they no longer have a salad option.

I came here last week with a group of colleagues. I was hesitant about dining here, because of the bad Yelp reviews. Yelp rarely leads me astray, so I told my group that I would not be joining them for dinner. One of my colleagues advised me that she is a regular at Frederick's, and she asked me to ignore the reviews and try the restaurant. I value her opinion, so I took her advice and joined the group for dinner. We arrived close the 6pm on Tuesday, and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. It was very clean, and the music was soothing. We had a party of about 12 people. Our waitress was attentive and diligent. She walked us through the menu and gave us suggestions. We started with bread and drinks, and the majority of us had salads. The bread was fresh and the salad tasted great. I drank water, but it was good too haha. My colleague suggested I try a fish dish. She said all of the fish was excellent. I didn't have the taste for fish, so I ordered the fried chicken along with greens and candied yams. The chicken was hot and juicy! It had plenty of flavor and I turned it up a few notches by adding hot sauce and ketchup. The greens were very good. They were flavorful, and not too heavy with grease. They were cleaned well. But for me, those yams stole the show. They were the real deal. Christmas and Thanksgiving time real deal. They were fresh and not too sweet. Just the right amount of sugar, brown sugar, and butter. I used my bread to clean the bowl if that lets you know how good the yams were. The restaurant was packed by the time we finished eating, so I suggest you get there early... My advice is give Frederick's a try and judge it for yourself. If I'm ever back in Cleveland, I will certainly be back in Frederick's again!

Always a good place to get a good meal. The atmosphere is upscale and a nice place to get a drink. Whenever a Live Band is playing they play just a little to loud and it makes it hard to hold a conversation with your party. (Only reason I'm giving 4 stars) The food is really good!!

Wow, this this restaurant didn't manage to meet my expectations !!! I love supporting black owned business.But this one did not live up to the hype , poor food , the waitress staff just out right hood.

Location isn't great, but interior is clean and somewhat minimalist. A group of us went mid-week, and it was not crowded at all. Some of the food was quite good, while other dishes were not as good. I really enjoyed the fried grouper and shrimp, which were flavorful, tender inside and crisp outside, and not overly greasy. The fried grouper got better reviews than the grilled. The side of mixed vegetables (squash, onions, and peppers) was surprisingly flavorful, while others in the group thought the coleslaw was excellent. Two people ordered the fried pork chop entree and thought the preparation was good, although the seasoning was "nothing special." The pan fried potatoes side was overly greasy. On the other hand, the apple Betty dessert was thought to be very good (with high praise for the crust), and the pecan sweet potato pie was excellent. The major negative here was service, which was prompt but unprofessional. I received my entree before the salad. Dishes were not cleared, and the server dropped dirty dishes on one of our party twice. We were given checks without being offered the option of ordering dessert. While we had a large party of 7, the rest of the restaurant was not overly busy, so the poor service stood out. Worth a try if you're a fan of Southern food, but be prepared for poor service.

Friday, 6/4/21, my husband and I are visiting from California and decided to go here for an early dinner, around 5:30pm. When we first arrived they served us Fresh Hot Baked Bread. I ordered the 2-piece Catfish dinner with Collard Greens and Yams. It was really good. My husband ordered the Southern Fried Chicken with Green Beans and Mac-n-cheese. It was Fabulous!! Also, my girlfriend ordered the Fried Shrimp Dinner. She said it was Excellent !!! BTW - they also have a really nice Bar. Check it out when you have a chance.

I made a reservation for a table for two and it gave the option for a high top which I did not select. When my husband and I arrive to our date night we had a high top table at the bar area. I asked to be seated on the table side where the band was going to be playing. I watches them see at least 15 people who had been standing in the lobby. They then tried to make a table for us at the very back against the wall and one chair was in the walkway. We left. I have been here over a dozen times and the experience is just OK, but this is just too much since I had a reservation. The drinks are always super slow and the food is good, the atmosphere and music are great. They have been at this a while now but they still have a lot to learn.

I placed an order here today and went to go pick my food up planning on being in and out since I called it in and it was takeout. The food was ready when I arrived. However, When I went to go pay for my food which I was paying cash for I was told I would have to pay with someone else cause she only took card payments so I asked the bartender were was the lady after waiting 10 mins were was the lady she kept saying she was coming which is very unacceptable and bad customer service!. Food was probably cold by now. After waiting 20 mins for the lady she comes out with the owner of the restaurant. Me & another lady was finally able to pay for our food . I told the owner about situation and that could we a discount for the wait and inconvenience he didn't even apologize or nothing and still charged us full price for some cold food. This is why people don't want to support black owned businesses because the customer service is bad and they never wanna admit when they're wrong and that was VERY WRONG & VERY UNACCEPTABLE!. I don't plan on eating here anymore. They really have to do better.

Maybe it's because it's the first Sunday , or maybe it's because I'm here with a large party but the service is not the best. Salads and the bread came out to the table about 45 minutes to a hour after we ordered. I ordered the raspberry vinegerette and it was really thick and sweet. The bread was okay. I ordered a drink (2.50) it never came. They're playing Christmas music in March!! The food is usually brought out together but only one half of the table received food. It's been an hour and 30minutes now. Okay finally got my food. I order blackened salmon I got seasoned salmon instead of what I ordered. I also ordered Mac and cheese which wasn't bad and green beans which taste burnt. They started passing out to go boxes before we actually got a chance got a chance to really get into the food. So I'm done now. Officially. They seemed very unprepared for a reservation they knew about well in advance. I will not be coming back here Ever EVer EVER!! Thought I was finished but it took our waitress forever to give us a check and when she finally did we didn't get the check book just a receipt which she shoved in her pockets. It took an additional 10 minutes for her to come back with it and when she did she handed back some one else's bank card. Luckily it was my sister who got mine but what the hell?!? Very careless and all she could say was "well right area". If gratuity wasn't forced on me she wouldn't have received anything from me. Not even the lent from my pocket. Very trifling rude and careless. Utterly ridiculous service. I never thought I would find myself ever wishing for another waitress but I guess there's a first time for everything!

IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES SKIP THIS ONE! I took one bite of my food and immediately my mouth started tingling. I have not had an issue at a restaurant for OVER 10 years! I thought it would be important to inform them that something went wrong and when I did, they DENIED it and told me it must have been in "the air". They did not even offer a refund and hung up on me. I could have died. Skip this place.
