Possibly the best chicken strips I’ve ever had? Staff are always friendly and kind. Lots of seating available indoors and outdoors. Appropriately priced too. Would recommend and would come again !

Staff look somber and their attitude reflects this. The food is okay nothing out of the ordinary. I would not return though. Customer service needs to be improved.

Ordered from Mr D, the honey chicken burger. The piece of chicken was so thin it's giving Mc Donald's or something. It also wasn't as flavourful as the one I had before from the Penlyn branch. A little disappointing actually considering I had meals from other branches and it was amazing.

I've been to Free Bird before, but today you guys had an amazing welcoming Friday special (which my colleague and I came to support of course). Shame, it was a mad house, but congratulations on a very successful day to you guys! The food is amazing as always, service is brilliant and the atmosphere was so "Friday-e" that we almost didn't want to go back to work! You guys deserve a round of applause, especially the owners. Well done guys!

Super tasty ranch burger. Fresh veggies, and a really nice bun. I think it was one of the best chicken burgers I had recently. Noteworthy, really amazing fries, with some super aromatic spice on them. Very friendly service. The place itself was nice and clean. Would definitely come back to try more!

I’m sorry, but it just isn’t enough food - 3 small pieces of chicken and 4 nuchos for R90. I had to look elsewhere for an additional snack to fill up. Also, the advertising shows a full bowl, not a half-full one like I got. Unfortunately won’t be back as the value is not worth the money.

Tried the nacho bowl and it did not disappoint!! Chicken was crispy and everything were fresh.
