Freedom Hostel Budva

Loved staying in this hostel. Marcella was lovely and helped me settle in when I arrived and gave me some quick tips for the city. Also, Milos was very nice, friendly welcoming and made me feel very happy to have stayed here. He also gave me some useful tips for the city and even helped me print the bus ticket for my departure. If I had more days, I would have definitely stayed here longer!

A very cool, clean, and centrally located hostel, with a very chill common area to hangout. The beds were very comfortable, with curtains for privacy, and lockers. Thanks to Miloc's recommendation, I've done one of the most beautiful hikes in my life from Budva to Sveti Stefan, and for Marcela's help to make my laundry & to book me extra nights. Highly recommend it!

A fantastic hostel located in the Old Town in Budva, stayed 2 nights as a solo female traveller and loved it - 100% recommend and would stay here again. A really nice hostel vibe, social but not crazy party. Comfy beds, with privacy curtains, large locker storage, AC, and super spotless clean beds/rooms and bathrooms! Also great kitchen and cooking facilities - kitchen was spotless. One of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed at!! If you can join a sangria night, I would recommend. They also someone organise sunset trips to Mogren Fortress and boat tours. The staff were so nice & helpful. Totally recommend staying here!!!

Freedom Hostel is easily one of the best hostels we’ve ever stayed at! The beds are super comfortable, and everything-from the rooms to the bathrooms-was spotlessly clean. What really made our stay exceptional was the host, Milosh. He’s an amazing guy: incredibly friendly, informative, and genuinely eager to help. He gave us custom maps of Budva and managed to explain everything worth doing in the city in less than five minutes, which was so helpful for planning our time. If you’re heading to Budva and looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-run hostel, I 100% recommend Freedom Hostel. You’ll feel right at home!

Great hostel for backpacker and solo travelers. The stuff- Marcela and Milos so kind and helpful! The location is great, Inside the old town, a bit noisy sometimes. Nice vibes, nice atmosphere, the rooms and the beds are fine.

Great place in the cemetery of the city. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming. Nearby you will found a bunch of beautiful cats

Best experience i had so far in a hostel. The staff is super useful and kind, the location is amazing, the place is super clean. Price is very fair, I cannot think of one thing to complain. One thing to notice: don’t count on the WiFi? It’s quite weak if you need to work but other than that, amazing.

I had an incredible stay at Freedom Hostel in Budva! The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw away from the beach and situated right in the Old Town, making it perfect for both relaxing and exploring. The volunteers at the hostel were amazing—super friendly and made sure everyone was having a great time. There were food, drinks, and dancing, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy. I was lucky to be there during the Budva Festival, which made the experience even more unforgettable! If you’re looking for a fun, lively place to stay with a great community, this hostel is a must!
