It's a beautiful place!! The history, the heritage, the ambience, the atmosphere, trees and greenery is all sensational - the Entry Gate feels is a little understandable. - FYI; I'm part of a team working on a mural on the perimeter fence of Freedom park, the part opposite St Nicolas Hospital and we also painting the Bus inside the park close to the main stage - check photos :-)

A beautiful park suitable for family and friends fun time. A very rich history behind the park. Visited with family and used the opportunity to teach the kids a bit of Nigerian history. Played table tennis, saw kids and young adults skating at the skating rink, a pond with beautiful and exotic fishes. Fairly affordable food and drinks. The live band churning out familiar tunes later in the evening was the highlight for me.

It’s a really chill place with lots of historic buildings, each with its own story. It’s also a great location for small to medium-sized events. With plenty of great restaurants to choose from, you definitely won’t go hungry while hanging out at the park.

Lovely park, get the guided tour to explore the hidden treasures of rhe park. There is limited parking inside, but there is plenty to see and if you are a creative, space for recording and collaborating.

Freedom Park once a prison now a place to relax and take in the beauty of nature. You can find lots of art dotted all over the place. Usually a place that plays host to all manner of events and there are quiet a lot of nice activities that goes on here. From children's parties to festivals and music concerts to art exhibitions. A lovely place to relax during the day, either an event is on or not. because she didn't order anything at first. It's as free as the name. A cultural beauty with serenity that makes you forget the Lagos hustle.

Worse experience and worse place to be.dry surrounding and was told the museum is not functioning now. I ask what other things to do here. Was told nothing apart from the hungry ducks walking around. I will not recommend this place for anyone. The government has abandoned this place just a open bear parlour. No service rending Here. Don't waste your time coming here
