A great place to be. Freedom Park has a rich culture of history and tradition. It has nice anesthetics and makes a great relaxation spot in the city of Lagos.

I visited this place with my friend on a Sunday and gate fee was ₦1000 per head as at July 14, 2024. It is a well maintained park that was converted from an old prison ground. If you find cultural and natural aesthetics pleasing, then Freedom Park, Lagos is a must visit for you. It has great sights and a lot of cool backgrounds for pictures. You'll also enjoy the atmosphere. If you're lucky, you might even catch a free performance there in the evening.

Freedom Park once a prison now a place to relax and take in the beauty of nature. You can find lots of art dotted all over the place. Usually a place that plays host to all manner of events and there are quiet a lot of nice activities that goes on here. From children's parties to festivals and music concerts to art exhibitions. A lovely place to relax during the day, either an event is on or not. because she didn't order anything at first. Its a very cheerful and fun park where one can go to relax, chill and take pictures. You can also hold an event or concert there. Actually went there for a movie shoot by Funks Akindele, had fun on set while filming

It was a very lovely and serene park. It also has a place to get food. There's a tennis table to play and seats centered nicely around the park. I'll certainly be visiting again.

It’s an outdoor leisure park which has some sort of significant history to it. It’s got quite a big space. Great location and easy to access. It’s mostly quiet, except there’s an event going on. It’s perfect for family/friends hangouts, picnics, concerts and other semi-large gatherings as well. I wouldn’t suggest it for a date though because I believe people walking around can be distracting (personal preference). There are drinks and food for sale, few domestic animals for beautification and props that explain a bit about the history of the park. All in all, you’d love it there - I believe.
