Freedom Restaurant & Sushi Bar

SV Moxie arrived on our catamaran because it’s an amazing property. This is a high-end resort that welcomes cruisers but you must call ahead for access to the property. We made reservations at the Freedom Restaurant and Sushi Bar. We were welcomed by Sally the manager and she made us feel at home. Dress up and go splurge at this amazing resort.

Spent my birthday here during the summer! Staff were really friendly. The view at Cove was beautiful, the food was amazing and the bartender kept the drinks coming and the sushi was mouth watering!!

The worst sushi I have had in 20 years and yet, some of the most expensive. Admittedly I am spoiled with Michelin rated sushi in my normal spots (NYC, DC, San Fransisco), but this is not even close to as good as Wegmans sushi (the grocery store).

Great food, beautiful restaurant (indoor and outdoor) and a super friendly staff. We didn’t stay at the hotel but dined here for breakfast, lunch and dinner multiple times during our stay in Eleuthera. Favorites were the sushi and the lunch sandwiches! Also very accommodating to our crazy, active one year old :)

stay away. You are paying for the view only. The service and cuisine are severely lacking. We were sat by the large wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Very nice indeed. I write this review as a warning to those that are looking for fine dining and fine cuisine. You will not find it here. I could nit pick, but what forced my hand to write this review is the mediocre service, food and the price for such poor quality. The server was receiving and sending texts when they were taking our order. And no, devices were not used to send orders to the kitchen. Our server was the only one I saw typing away, or with a device at the table. And she had an order pad placed on her try as she texted away at our table. This is unacceptable for any style of restaurant. The food: kale salad was nice. The scallop appetizer was over cooked. The grouper entree was over cooked. The only saving grace was the pineapple salsa. And the futomaru noodle dish was so bland even adding salt couldn't save it. Again, stay away. Go for a cocktail at the bar and enjoy the view. Save your cash and go elsewhere for dinner.

Nice Restaurant but way too expensive. The wagyu that I had was good but it has to be perfect in this section of price. And the sides I can't found them because of the minimalistic design. The sushi was absolutely perfect and every dollar worth. In you can watch how they prepare. Very nice

We had a lovely dinner here. Amazing food, friendly staff and great cocktails.
