The service your stores has never been anything to praise (apart from when Freitag was just starting). The staff here seem disengaged and more focused on TikTok and being on their phones than on doing their jobs. It’s frustrating to watch as they mishandle paid for products like they’re worthless and struggle with basic tasks at the register.
Customer service skills are practically nonexistent—it’s like they couldn’t care less about the customers they’re supposed to be serving. Honestly, given the quality of service, it would make more sense for the company to invest in automation. If you’re paying staff just to stand around or be on social media, why not just replace them with self-checkout machines and automated inventory management? Make it make sense. There is NO human touch currently. Security cameras and self check out would save on costs. And these people do not wanna be working these jobs anyway. Win win
