FREITAG Store Köln

Very friendly and helpful salesman. He answered questions and told stories about the products. It was a big enough store with huge variety of products.

Staffs were so kind. They help me much in selecting a backpack for me.

Visited the shop after my yearly business trip to Koln. The staff is super friendly. I had purchased a nice wallet and the staff was so kind to offer me a free card holder. A very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended.

The best store in the world. I bought a new bag and that was missing a tag. A few days after, they found the tag and shipped it to my home address for free. The lady who works there(I think her name is Francesca I’m not sure tho) was so kind and trying to help me to find a better looking of bag for me. She brought a bag which is all white color and I loved it 100%. It’s definitely cheaper compare to buying other countries especially Korea. I will go there every time if I have chances to go to Köln again :)

Wonderful store that appears small at first glance but has a larger inside filled with bags. The store has a good range of products in several colours. I found the staff to be particularly helpful explaining the products and offering suggestions. Definitely worth a visit for those seeking a more unique bag while supporting an upcycling store.

What a great customer service! We will come again soon to buy another Friday bag.
