Classic French Cuisine at its very finest. We began with and highly recommend the baked Camembert appetizer. For entree and side, we shared short ribs, truffle mashed potatoes, and truffle parm asparagus. Each was prepared to perfection. Hubs enjoyed a beautiful glass of Chilean Pinot Noir.
My husband is an excellent home chef. This was the first time in a decade I have seen him totally blown away by a meal. He focuses on the food.
For me, while the dining exceeded every possible expectation, the ambiance, attention to detail, lighting, music, and definitely the service (Fernando was our wait-person) took it all out of this world. The staff is super-friendly and unpretentious which I especially appreciate. Several of them spoke Spanish, English, & French. It was very helpful that the printed menu is translated into English for those of us just learning Espanol.
