French Lodge

Great room facing the pool, with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful. Right next to the Virgin Active and great breakfast with friendly staff.

The stay was ok. Friendly staff. Could expand the breakfast menu - very boring & get a cappuchino machine. The bathrooms are very old and slippery I fell in the shower as the floor is very old and hurt myself badly! I did mention it to the host, but nothing was done. Aircon needs to be replaced as it is not working properly.

Safe in room not secured to wall but rather in wooden cubort that is free standing . Waited for 10 to 15 min for some one to open the gate on my arrival

This was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I will definitely stay there again when next on business in the Southern Cape

I was happy with the overall hospitality. Great service from the team. I felt at home, the environment was conducive to my work needs.

We initially booked a 1 night stay but changed to 2 nights and it was the best decision. Fortune welcomed us at the gate and was very helpful and polite in showing us around. Bea was an awesome manager, along with Fortune they make a great team. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed and the place and staff created a very homely feel. The atmosphere and vibe around the lodge is truly amazing. Next time we in George we will definitely stay at the lodge again. Hats off to the team at French Lodge International

Had a relaxing two days, Room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Would have been nice if your tv was updated but the wifi made up for that😊👍. Thank you for your hospitality.

Room not ready at check in, room had glas on the floor. Ac was leaking so bad we woke up in a pool. Owner/reception doesn't care about their guest. Chef and staff is awesome
