Visited on our two most recent trips to Paris. Both times the selection of clothes and service were brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good sale, great to browse through and great value.

Extremely rude male retail assistant who only cares about his next sale. Accidentally went into the only dressing room available, without knowing it was being “used” by a customer who was in fact trying on jumpers outside in the main store. Was abruptly shoo’d mid change which made my partner feel extremely uncomfortable as he was trying to get changed back so we could leave. To make things worse, he started to say how horrible our behaviour was to the other customer. Really disgusting and will not ever support this brand.

Tried on shoes here, and felt pressured to buy them even though I wasn't sure of the fit. The sales person just hovered over me and kept trying to push them on me. Also, when I tried to browse through the clothing section, every item I picked up the woman working would try to force it on me to try on and buy, I felt I couldn't look around without being hassled.. The items are nice, which is why I gave it 3 stars and not 1.

Fun concept store. Great selection of men's clothes. I really like their own brand. Cosmetics and other products are interesting. Staff is friendly and speaks good English (one of them lived in NYC).

Very arrogant and unprofessional service, had to wait 3 months to change of a jacket.
I ordered a jacket from them and they sent me the wrong size initially. When getting the size I ordered first I needed to change that size as well. But this in total took almost 3 months for them to sort out. They sometimes didn't respond for days and weeks and wouldn't compensate for making me wait this long.
