Frenz Hotel KL is a cozy and convenient stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. It’s in a great location, close to shopping, dining, and public transport. A good choice for a budget-friendly stay in the city.

Location is superb, a walk outside the hotel and you are met with various clothing shops, Sogo mall and if you're capable, you could walk to the KLCC. Service was good. However, the room itself could be better. The floor was dusty and there was a tinge of smell that was alike with cigarettes.. as a person with asthma it was hard to ignore. The smell wasnt just from the room either, it was everywhere in the hotel. And then the cleanliness, it could be managed. But, the floor was dusty especially under the bed. Overall, its what you get for a low budget hotel.

Great location. Clean room. Easier to shop around. Good budget hotel for traveling. Area good for street or cheap food. Room small but enough for sleeping.

Good location for those wanting to shop especially those looking for clothes. Walking distance from SOGO. Saturday Pasar Malam just behind it. Good price too.

This hotel were quite old mostly the interior..but it's ok.it just matter of 1 night stay before fly back home.few things supposed to be provided..

The bed sheets and the pillows got stain. Me and my friend ended up covering the pillows with our clothes.

One of the worst hotel I’ve stayed. Nothings fancy but enough to sleep in. Too pricey. 220rm per night for a room with 1 queen and 1 single bed. Aircon was not working. Room was so dusty. Aircon had normal room temperature wind and it was like a sauna in the noon. Basic amenities such as toothpaste was not available. When called to ask, it costs 5rm for a small tube of paste which can be used just once. But it’s easily accessible to masjid India. So that would be a plus to take the room. Apart from that reason I wouldn’t come back.

Rooms were good. But after 09:PM u can't get water also here as the housekeeping staff not available. Food you won't get plates here as u have to carry ur own staff were good.
