Must recommend stay clean and hygiene rooms staff are very cooperative we had new year party there it was good experience

I checked the reviews on G-maps and mmt and yatra and decided to book this place for me and my 5 friends. Everywhere they advertised themselves as "service apartments" but it was anything but. They gave us two rooms on the ground floor near a shared space instead of a 2bhk service apartment as advertised. The amount they charged was not worth their service or rooms. The rooms were dilapidated and everything was either broken, chipped or dusty. When I walked into the room, I was met with a dead cockroach, and through our stay dead or alive critters kept showing up on everything and everywhere. The bathrooms gave me the creeps, they cleaned it but it was in such a bad shape you cannot make out if the cleaning was actually good. Their linens were horribly stained, it felt disgusting to use their towels or sleep on their bed. When I complained about these issues to the booking partner, they (the "service apartment") offered to shift us to another set of rooms, but we couldn't take it up as the offer came in too late and we were already in the middle of our busy schedule to be able to make this move. Please never book with these people!

It was wonderful stay at Fresh living Banjara Apartment. We felt like home & secured.😇😇😇. We have stayed with family. Best place for official and personal stay. Rooms are neet and clean, staffs and food are really good. It's centrally located, and it was very secure ,calm and peaceful.

Visited this place from Dec 26th to 29th, overall experience is awesome, with little hesitant I booked this apartment at last minute of my travel. But my decisions to book this property was good.||||The Apartment is well Maintained, rooms are very clean and has lot of cup boards to stuff your luggage and the rooms are big (Worth paying the money) the property has lifts and secured as well. The staffs are so good and very helpful.||||The food prepared at this place is very good, they provide complimentary breakfast and also prepare fresh food as and when we ordered. The food is very good.||||Over all we have a good experience.||||Thanks to entire staff for making our stay pleasant.

Very spacious and self sufficient. All facilities and kitchenware available including stove and gas cylinder. Very good service. Very kind staff. We took this room for a prolonged stay as my mother in law was getting a surgery done in Hyderabad. It's kid friendly and has an elevator for the sick and weak. Ideal stay as Hyderabad is a medical hub.

Located in a prime location this property has everything around it. It is a residential colony with a quiet neighborhood. The flats are well furnished and spacious. The staff is available 24x7 and are ready to help you with anything. They do have a kitchen from where you can order and otherwise every flat has a functional kitchen. Akhil is the caretaker of the property on behalf of the owners and has been really polite, helpful and courteous throughout my stay there and made sure I had a comfortable stay.

I stay here regularly during my office trips. It is a clean and comfortable room. The staff is very accommodating and approachable. The food is good and the kitchen staff take any instructions we give as required. Akhil and Deepu are very helpful towards any requests made.
