Zenika was so helpful. I’m from LA and there’s no fresh stores nearby where I am; so I thought that I would call to see if someone was nice enough to help me over the phone and she was so wonderful. She answered all my questions she was so patient and I am really excited to use all my products now and I feel confident that I know what I’m doing all thanks to her help!

Ever since I first discovered Fresh I have been a huge fan of the fragrance range--particularly the scents Cannabis Rose & Cannabis Santal. Both of these scents had previously been discontinued, so I was very pleasantly surprised to discover Fresh had recently brought back the Cannabis Santal scent. It was great to learn from the girl who I spoke to that many other customers had previously inquired about Cannabis Rose as well. I'm already delighted to have picked up some Cannabis Santal for myself and a family member, but now I am hopeful that Fresh might consider resurrecting Cannabis Rose someday like they did for Cannabis Santal. Thank you Fresh on Broadway, I love my new perfume. As long as Fresh sells Cannabis Santal--or maybe even Cannabis Rose (one day!)--I will be your customer for life. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience!

Any store that doesn’t readily show prices of all its items gets a zero in my book. You have to ask a salesperson how much the lotions are. One star because I like the scents but the in store experience is so dumb and off putting. Respect your customers, please.

I love fresh cosmetics so I love all the products in this store. The customer service is sometimes great, it depends who is working at the time. I have been there various times and it varies. Sometimes, the girls ignore you and are on their phones. Most of the time they are helpful and attentive. The store is clean and they have a cool station where people can try their products and wash it off in a fountain. The store is not overly scented which I love. I have a good time almost every time I go into this store.

While my online Fresh experience has been 0 stars, Bianca at this location has brought up the curve to over 5 stars. Super friendly and knowledgeable and speaking with her truly brightened my day.

We came into this store about a week ago after seeing they were having a sale. The customer service we got was truly above and beyond. Bianca was helping us and she made this one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. We were visiting from Seattle and she was able to help us ship our order back home. Once we got the package, I saw she even included a personalized note, talking about our experience with her. Truly above and beyond customer service, I would recommend Bianca to anyone I know and hope she is revered as a valuable team member to fresh. Thank you again!

I randomly wandered into this store years ago and have been a super fan ever since. I am so happy I finally made it back after moving away from the NYC area years ago. Allison and her fellow saleswomen were all very friendly. We had a long conversation about life and living in big cities. They were helpful in explaining the various product lines to me and let me test some products too. They generously offered to ship my purchase so I didn’t have to travel with it, and it arrived with tons of samples in the box! They also provided a couple of samples in person for my use the rest of the weekend. I wish I lived closer to a store, but I love the products and will visit this store any time I travel back to NYC (and I’ll be sending all my friends too!). I know what I’m purchasing for holiday gifts this year!

Rahat & Bianca are amazing sales reps, Customer Service is everything. The ambiance of the fresh aroma and their warmth made for a pleasant experience. I will definitely return with more patrons.

I've been here a few times, and every time I leave, I come out with over $100+ in products and a smile. Recently, I stopped by to purchase a holiday present for my cousin who is in college. I normally come here to buy my yearly supply of soy face cleanser, a few gifts for my cousins, and a small treat for myself. I tried at least half of the products here. Some of the things I love about this place are -- the decor, the customer service, the prices (around the holidays and monthly discounts), and lastly the PACKAGING. The store itself is incredibly cute - with gift boxes, ribbons, and cute products. The staff will come up with you and allow you to try a multitude of different products. They do not rush you, and their advice on products is always super helpful. At times, you may feel ignored or slightly short-staffed, if they are busy. Sign up online for their fresh rewards program. It's free and you get tons of different benefits through it if you really like fresh products, which I do. Sign up for their E-mails because they always notify you ahead of time of any sales that will occur. Lastly, the difference between purchasing in-person compared to online, is simply that this location will wrap your gifts. The packaging - cute gift boxes, shopping bags, ribbons, and stickers are all included with your purchase at the store. They will do that all for you if you ask. On top of that, they will give you small samples to take home so you might be able to learn about other products as well. Can you tell I love Fresh??

Bought a birthday gift for a friend. The store was clean and orderly. The storekeeper was personable and helpful. Interesting way to have people clean up prior to handling the testers. The product offerings and fragrances were unique and on point.

I usually order Fresh products online. They sent me an email stating that they gave me a $10 birthday reward in my account. I logged into my account and it said I needed to spend at least $40 to use the certificate. I had almost $70 of product in my cart, I checked the box to use the certificate, the order showed that the certificate was applied, yet, the $10 was not deducted. I called "customer care" - a joke - and was told that because there was a sale, I couldn't use the certificate. Nowhere, i mean NOWHERE, on the certificate, in my account, etc. does it say that! Yet, the "customer care professional" stated that it was the company policy. I asked to speak to a manager, none was available. This is fraud. I will no longer use "fresh" products from a stale, corrupt company! There are many companies with better quality products and a high level of integrity that actually care about customers to waste my money on this loser company.

We worked with Zenika today at 872 Broadway. She provided exceptional service. She was welcoming, kind, patient and assisted us with selecting the best products based in on what we described we were looking to achieve. Great customer service will keep me coming back. Keith helped me today and he really knows the Fresh line. Todd is hot!! I bought some roll on fragrances in sugar lychee, fresh life and I forgot what else I bought. I love their products and also tried the black tea advanced age renewal cream. Too bad it's too late to help my skin. Enjoy your youth!!

Employees were very rude when I used the facial mist spray. She asked me if I knew that it wasn't perfume. And then when I was asking other questions she gave me very short as were and genuinely didn't feel welcomed and like she annoyed at tourism...which I'm sorry I'm not from newyork but it was genuinely a rude experience and I would never come back again

One of the products made my skin burn. I went back to return it and they told me everything was final sale, no returns OR exchanges. When i checked out they didn't mention it was final sale. I had a severe allergic reaction to it and now it is just sitting in my cabinet. I used to love fresh. A lot of their products are still amazing, but I'll never buy from them again after this. I wish they at least gave store credit or let me exchange the product. This is why i love Sephora! You can return everything. Shop at Sephora! I think Ulta and most beauty stores also do returns.

Fresh makes great skincare products. I love their hand creams, eye cream and lip treatments. I never knew they had a physical store until I saw it in Manhattan yesterday. The store is beautifully set up, with fresh flowers everywhere. How odd would it be, if the flowers weren't fresh and the store is called Fresh?! Everything can be sampled. This is great, since the items are all high ticket items. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and their benefits, they're also not pushy and allowed me to browse on my own. Unfortunately I didn't purchase anything, simply because I didn't want the commitment of carrying a shopping bag all day around the city with me and potentially loosing it. Now that I know the store is here, I plan on stoping by and getting some of my favorite items, the next time I'm in the city.

Walked into this store because I love Fresh products. I want expecting the lovely treatment; customer service, I received. They were so nice without adding pressure of having to buy something and although I didnt have an appointment for a complementary facial, she was able to give me one that addressed my needs. All three people working th here were very nice but Melissa approached me and listened carefully to my concerns so she could suggest products to fit my needs. I love Fresh so much and it always feel special to go into one of their stores. I hadn't been to this location in years and much of their staff has changed, but a young woman named Pia helped my friend and I pick out a bunch of products. You could tell she genuinely loved the brand and the way the products helped her own skin and she was so kind and informative without being pushy. Experiences like this just make shopping so much more fun and my friend and I walked out with a bunch of new skincare.

I tried to place a Christmas order on my Fresh account to get but it wouldn't take my card. They told me to call the store. The girl Ms Talia took my order and she was super helpful. She knew the products I was looking for. They match the prices online, so you can shop there. It came so nice.

I was there last week looking for a gift for my mom and Tàlia helped me pick the perfect gifts for me for my family. She showed me a lot of different options for my mom and also helped me get gifts for the family too. She was so sweet and patient. I will definitely shop with her again.

I had received as a gift a small blue Fresh bag of travel size products and LOVED them. I am 59 years old and never really had a face regiment, but after trying Fresh products and seeing how they worked I was excited to start. I went into the Fresh - Union Square and was promptly greeted by Melissa #704, I went in with an 11x17 piece of copy paper (we laughed at the size together- she said don't worry!) with all the products I thought necessary. Melissa went over my concerns with me and helped me put together a routine that is easy and addresses all my problem areas. She was so patience with me and is so knowledgeable of all the products. Together we were able to build a "custom" day time | night time face care routine. Thank you Melissa for taking the time and effort to help me, the experience and hour that I spent with you was immensely enjoyable and educational.

Very mediocre shopping experience at best, which is a shame because I've worked with Fresh professional promoting their products in their past through influencer marketing. Would just buy online if you really want something. No one really helped out, no one bothered holding the heavy door despite me struggling with it with a stroller. Pretty small so small gestures with customers count. Skipping going forward.

I came to fresh with my mom and didn't really know much about the brand or skincare. There was a girl Tamia or Talia who not only told us about a big sale but also helped my mom choose the right moisturizer for her rosacea. The store is beautiful and the people are so nice ... definitely will return!

Although it's not animal cruelty free so I stopped shopping here a few years back but it's a nice store and have good quality products. Nice scents, beautiful packages, and good service. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Their toners and some other products are decent but my previous go-to's are always their lip balms and lip scrub. Pretty reasonable prices and the store is by Union Square so really convenient. Go check some of their products out!

I used to work for Fresh in the PR/Marketing department but I have been a long follower of this brand. Lev and Alina are geniuses when it comes to combining ancient ingredients with modern technology. Their products has been researched thoroughly to complement each individual and their specific needs. There is not one product that I do not like out of this line. I am not being biased either since I loved this brand when it first started back in 1991. A person like myself who simply adores the beauty industry and that has been in the industry cannot say that about a lot of companies. But I absolutely am in love with Fresh and I am very passionated about their products. Yes, their price is a bit over the top compared to certain brands out on the market. But I trust my skin with Fresh and you're born with only one skin-so why not spoil it? I recommend every single SKINCARE item from them. But as far as their color line goes- Their eye shadows are great for someone who are novices and cannot work with highly pigmented colors. I don't use their eye shadows since I prefer to work with more pigmented eye shadows and other mediums that they do not have within their line. I actually don't usually wear lip gloss or lipstick - I usually just have lip balm on-SUGAR LIP TREATMENT from them is a must have. (NOT CHAPSTICK - Don't use CHAPSTICK since they contain Lanolin that causes you to constantly reapply without actually hydrating your lips!) But I simply do love their GLOSS ABSOLUTE-it hydrates and plumps your lips at the same time. They are very sheer and light-so no tackiness on the lips. Though I do LOVE everything from here but I must say another MUST HAVE from their product line is the SUGAR BODY SCRUB. It contains 6 different essential oils. The key on using this product is to do it after you are cleaned. This way you scrub on freshly damp skin and just brush off the sugar granules. This way your body is completely moisturized and soaking up the essential goodies. No other body scrub in the beauty industry compares to this one!!!! If you are not familiar with this line then you really should check them out. I promise you that you will LOVE this line!

Corporate needs to train the lady at cashier (12/29/18) on proper customer service or actually just decent manners. I walked in knowing what I wanted so I didn't ask for help. Once at the register, the lady there asked if anyone helped me - I said no I hadn't needed help. She retorted in rude tone "so you just walked right in and knew what you wanted ?" I stared right at her and said yes I know about this company's products quite well, thank you. She stared blankly not knowing what to say. She gave me a sample of a night cream and spend two minutes extolling it's virtues, as if I would want to hear anything else she had to say. Absolutely incredible ! I could've easily bought the same or better yet another product elsewhere and will do so next time.

I attended a beauty event last week. I've purchased Fresh products at Sephora, but I never had the proper excuse to step inside the store. I've since joined their loyalty members club, thanks to the friendly staff who told me that I get points for every $100 spent. Seems like a lot to spend, until you find out that on average, the products will deprive your wallet of $40-$100. This store has floor-to-ceiling windows, and the room-length bubble chandelier contributes to the light and airy feel of the place. It doesn't feel like you're shopping when you're inside the store. It feels more like you're wandering through a garden apothecary. Maybe it was an event-specific decoration, but there were vases of fresh flowers interspaced among the books. The middle displays feature a few products and their samples to try. None of the staff are pushy. When I had a facial done at the event, my beauty technician, CJ, explained in depth the products she was using for my face. However, beyond that, she didn't push for me to purchase the products. I ended up buying the black tea mask and the soy cleanser. I also purchased two parfums to layer on top of each other; I've always wanted a signature scent! Citron De Vigne is a champagne inspired scent. The Sugar Lychee ... well, you should know what that is supposed to smell like! Looking forward to a Flower Fresh Spring!

Awesome products! The Mr & I (well okay, mainly ME ) got sucked into their display of chocolate body scrub in the window so we immediately popped in to see what it was all about Nice girl walks us over to their sink & we begin to schmeer the lovely, creamy chocolate cleanser then rinse it off. Lovely floral sent left behind, with just a hint of cacao. I was sold! They also just came out with a seaberry lotion that we couldn't pass by either. It was a chocolaty day & a wonderful discovery....and also learned they have a SF location too?? I'll be checking that out for sure!

Had an amazing mini facile at Fresh with Pauline. She was amazing. She was very skillful. She had a great manner and my skin felt great afterward. I also love their products, in particular, the black tea moisturizer.

I looooooooooooooooooooooooooove this store. Love it. Never in my life have I been to a more beautiful shop. Everything is so pretty, so elegant, so... fresh and so clean. I want to scoop up their perfectly-wrapped soaps like candy, their lotions like cocktails, and their makeup like jewels. The staff is always helpful and respectful: they're never pushy or overly sales-y. One of these women actually introduced me to my most favorite mascara: Fresh Supernova. She did it not by pushing it on me, but simply by speaking to me and looking directly at me. I noticed her eyelashes, and asked. She told, and I was sold. Seriously, though - the thing that gets me is how fab the boutique itself is. I could spend all day in here, it's so calm and pleasant. The scents aren't so overwhelmingly sweet and fruity that they give you a headache. In fact, they're quite refreshing and soothing. This is really the perfect spot to pick up a little gifty for any woman in your life - a gorgeous hand-milled soap, one of their beautiful soap dishes and any one of their fab lotions or lip balms will do!

This is one of the stores i wish I could go more but, try not to. products are lovely, lovely and fine. But whenever me and my friend pass by any of fresh stores, we told ourselves not to look so won't get tempted to go in. B/C once we are in, we spend....... duh.... Sales people are quite demanding and prices are not cheap so to speak. They give you a business card and send you card at home like you are in high end department store. . Everything smells amazing and finely made, but in real life, I could not ever verify the effects of using the stuffs. I was once obssessed with soy face cleanser and sugar lip balm and bought bunch of things from there for a while then the fondness wears off by time. To me, the scents of products are too fine and I get accustomed to it and after a while, I can not even smell anything so I moved on.

The store itself is in a great location and is clean & well stocked. What's there not to like about Fresh to be honest? The only part of my experience here that I didn't really care for was when I was checking out. The woman at the register, who was definitley no more than a few years older than me, made a rather rude comment. Unsure if I heard her correctly, I didn't say anything. When I walked outside, my friend commented that she couldn't believe the judginess in the woman's voice. So I guess I wasn't wrong, but it wasn't worth causing an argument over. Overall, the store is great and you should go there so long as you don't have a quick temper

I seriously am in love with this brand. It has worked better than any other brand I have tried- Lancome, etc etc. Not only is everything natural, they smell amazing and you can see results immediately. I am obsessed with the Soy face cleanser. It is absolutely amazing. My face feels soo soft. Also the strawberry face exfoliant makes my face feel super clean and glowing. I get really dry skin during the winter so I use their creme ancienne moisturizer on my face every night. Thanks to this amazing moisturizer, my face hasn't been dry all winter. I literally saw results the next day. Even though it is pricey, I think it is totally worth the dough. On a more specific note to this location, the saleswoman who helped me was the nicest, most helpful salesperson I have ever encountered. She gave me a bunch of samples (as did all the other salespeople I have ever encountered in other Fresh locations), and I get the feeling that the salespeople here are more interested in you loving the product than making a sale. She told me to try the samples and come back if I liked any of them. I am so happy I finally found a brand with such a good work ethic and such good results.

First time in the store and will definitely be coming back! I was visiting NYC with my best friend and wanted to buy soaps but didn't want to have to lug them home on the train, especially since we had already bought other stuff. The saleswomen offered to ship it for me! I bought four bars (buy three get one free!); not only did the box arrive nicely packaged, but they sent a ton of samples! They also spent time just talking to us. I really enjoyed their personalities and friendliness. Thanks for a lovely experience, ladies! :-D I'll be buying more fresh products for the holidays.

This place smells like a crisp and delicious marriage between a Parisian bakery and a fresh cut flower shop. The scents are fantastic; their Sugar line is simple and clean, and not overpowering. I especially like the "Sugar Lychee" and "Mangosteen" (a small peach-like fruit). There are so many fragrances to choose from at this location - even one made from cannabis... The makeup here is nice as well. I actually bought my first Fresh makeup item from Sephora right around the corner, but I had tested it at this location of Fresh with a friend earlier- the salespeople are always willing to give free make overs and tips, but can be a bit pushy and sometimes the make up is really over the top. The one item that I will always vouch for here is the fabulous mascara! Called "Supernova Mascara" it is by far the softest mascara I have ever tried - it doesn't make your lashes hard or clumpy, and they will stay soft and full the entire day. I use it as my day time mascara because while it doesn't give you as much length as other brands, it definitely makes you look bright eyed - and you won't be able to resist touching your baby soft lashes!

I haven't been to the store so i can not comment on their customer service although I am very big on that so i will be getting to that sometime this summer. There are two products i use from fresh.... Their lemon sugar fragrance which i will always and forever be in love with ,and their sugar lip balm w SPF. For that i must write this review. ..I'm so sorry to have such a lack of words, but the lemon sugar is just so fresh.. you can't get any fresher than that..lol.... I thought i left the fragrances that wreaked of summer drinks to bath and body works.....but this is so different...sophisticated..... I'm just in love with this simple sweet lemonade scent... I have tried the sugar scrub , its pretty good, but I'm a fan of making my own natural scrubs with real sugar from home with olive oil.. works way better .. um i dunno how concerned you are w a guys opinion , but my man thinks that i smell like pledge when i wear it . but every single one of my female friends love it..... so i kinda don't care how he feels about it .. lol

The thing I love most about this location is the structure of the store. The store front is all glass and on the ground level. It's the perfect size to look around and find what you want. The products are always fully stocked, the staff are helpful and courteous. Laramie is not only the nicest person there, but her knowledge on skin and how the products works is on another level! She helped me find what works best for my sensitive skin. I use the CRÈME ANCIENNE line, it is a bit pricey but totally worth it!

On my first visit here - met an amazing rep...and spent 1 hour going through all the scents..because I'd written down what I thought I'd love....but of course you need to real deal to make a decision... I love scents from Fresh because they're not overpowering..and they are so interesting!!! - Lychee... Sugar Blossom, Fig, Mangosteen.... they made me think of cocktails and desserts..rather than a fragrance.. Now I'm not a girly girl...and I cannot stand flowery perfumes... I prefer clean/crisp/sharp scents...that are more towards men's colognes or unisex scents..... After my time here... I left with the following.. ****Redcurrant Basil - (My #1 choice!! So soft...get loads of compliments) **Sake - ( a little stronger/sharp..not girly...I love it) **Citron de vigne - (summery, light, but not headache inducing) ****Sugar Lip Treatments x 4 - best lip gloss/conditioner I've ever owned ( Original & Rose Tinted) By time I left..I had a $50 giftcard at the end of this transaction...loads of samples.... a sugar hand scrub at the sink from one of the reps....and I was smelling fabbb uuuuu lous..... These reps are so kind and knowledgeable.. You'd swear I was right there with her..... 100 Cool Points for you Hun!!!!

Really like the vibe in this store. Was just planning to go in today for a drive by fragrance squirt, and the next thing you know, Nailah is using this delicious smelling fragrance on my hands at the sink with some scrub. Hello purchase of a cute Hesperides Grapefruit roller - small and perfect to tuck into my purse! She was definitely the quintessential "salesperson" (although she's the store manager) - friendly but not pushy and based on my scent preference, she matched me up with the perfect fragrance. Can't wait to return to this store! Update: Returned to this store today for my complimentary Fresh Sugar Kisses Mini Lip Duo. These lip treatments are awesome! Make sure you stop into one of the stores and register with them so that you too can receive a postcard in the mail for your complimentary birthday treats! So glad I did! 2015 Update: Popped into Fresh again as I was in the neighborhood. Had a really great experience interacting with CJ the Assistant Manager. She really knows her stuff when it comes to the ingredients in the Fresh perfumes - I was super impressed! I was lamenting the fact that Fresh doesn't carry that awesome scent Strawberry Flowers anymore. Does anyone else remember that fragrance? It was to die for. But I digress... always a pleasurable experience at this particular Fresh location. Pop in if you're in the neighborhood! I like how their staff is really laid back and don't jump on you as soon as you enter the store! Much appreciated! 2016 Update: Wanted to buy another portable fragrance ($25) to carry in my purse during the summer when you want to freshen up in the 90 degree heat and humidity. Special shout out to Romeo who was super helpful and funny today in recommending Sugar - this scent is fabulous! [Top Notes: lemon, Brazilian sweet orange, bergamot Middle Notes: jasmine petals, petitgrain, heliotrope, fresh rose Base Notes: caramel, vanilla leaf, transparent musk] Highly recommend! Really enjoyed chatting w/ the rest of the staff after my purchase. I always have a positive experience at this location - can't wait to return!

Beautiful, airy store. I love going to try out the scents. The people who work there are so nice and never pressure you to buy anything. They seem willing to help you try every scent, every product endlessly. Plus, they all have great skin. No idea if they use the products they're pushing, but it's a helpful advertisement. I usually buy their tinted lip treatments (sugar passion) with SPF 15. It leaves a light color on your lips that isn't as bright as lipstick or as light as lipgloss. It lasts for a couple of hours, which is usually when I reapply chapstick anyway. (It's been such a harsh, dry winter - my face is dehydrated!) Speaking of which, the lavender face cream sample they gave me is amazing. The sample served its purpose... I'm hooked! I'll have to go back to buy it. Highly recommend checking out this store. It's in a great location by Union Square.

I was absolutely snobbed (if that's a word) by one of the saleswomen here but management was very quick to respond with apologies after I sent them an e-mail explaining what happened. Still, I won't go back. Kiehl's is way better!

Loved my facial with Brian at Fresh today. He was so great and informative and never once tried to push a product. In fact, by the end when he wasn't trying to make me buy anything, I was way more inclined to buy something. It made me trust his advice more. Got a face lotion and toner I'm very excited to try! I have always done DIY beauty routines but Fresh takes it one step further. Oh how I love their Sake bath as an example. They take the idea of Sake being for the skin and a muscle relaxing and made a bath formula of it. Like Origins, they have excellent customer service. They demo items on your hand. They only downfall is unlike Origins they do not do facials. But they are also gen ours with their samples when you purchase. They shipping of products is on point. You get a personal note thanking you for your purchase. I love wonderful customer service! My only product issues are their Brown Sugar scrub. It can not be used every day if you have sensitive skin like mine. Oh and their new sugar acai product is also not good for people with sensitive skin. Other than that go wild on trying products and sit back and get pampered.

Would post this under the other Fresh however I haven't visited that one so I can't vouch for the location. Either way Fresh is the best stuff. I had originally walked by it because I knew it was out of my price range and so I headed to Sephora which is right around the corner. Once I got there I knew what I needed and easily picked it all up but then decided to browse a bit. I sometimes like to add little treats to my make-up bag. I was asking a salesperson some questions and she was so unpleasant and un-helpful...she literally just pointed in the general direction of what I was looking for and then immediately walked away from me, no other suggestions, NOTHING! That was it, this wasn't the first time I've had horrible customer service at this Sephora. I decided to put all of the items back that I had in my hand and then I walked out! Still actually needing a couple of things, I headed back to Fresh. Everything in there smells and looks so amazing, it's pleasing on so many sensory levels. There is a saleswoman there named Larissa who is by far one of the nicest salespeople in all of NYC, at least the ones that I've come across and interacted with. She was so helpful and she gave me a free make-up session and then sat there with me when my indecisive self just could not figure out what to buy. We went through and practically made a pros and cons list of everything she put on me and then decided on stuff that I would actually use everyday so that I would get my moneys worth. And I definitely did! Fresh has the best mascara ever and if you're looking for a new scent their line is really diverse and you could most certainly find something that suits you! Yes, it was a bit pricey but I will support a place that is willing to take time with their customers. that makes all the difference.

Their products are awesome but their salespeople are SUPER pushy. The brown sugar polish, rose face mask, and acai cream are the perfect splurges for any person (I say person because my brother uses Fresh, too!) I used to shop at Fresh a lot, but now I go to Sephora because they give out so many samples!

This place is awesome. I am new to the Fresh product family, but I have never been made to feel more welcome. I've never really been too into skin care and I'm not one to go to extremes and get facials all the time. The people in the store were great listeners and were able to recommend some great products for me. Since I am a skin care novice, they were helpful in guiding me to the right stuff and giving me samples so I didn't feel the pressure to buy a giant jar of something I wasn't sure about. After a couple weeks of using the samples that they've given me, I will definitely be back to pick up the products. I have noticed a visible improvement in my skin and am now not afraid to walk out of the house without my makeup on. It's been a great change! Thanks to the Fresh team in union square!

I've worked in the union square area for about 6 years now and never really noticed this store before. I walked in one day looking for a simple moisturizer and a gift for a friend who lived far away who I wanted to send a care package. She was recently divorced and I wanted to give her something she can use to pamper herself to feel beautiful. When I went in Jimmy B came over to me smiling and super helpful. No only was he very acknowledgeable but he was very friendly. I've been back a couple times since and I always leave smiling, happy and with new purchases. Lol! Jimmy B, is an excellent sales person and a great guy! Thanks for all the help and for the lovely birthday card! Keep up the hard work!

Have yet to use their products so will update this review but the store is clean, organized and generally pleasant smelling which is attractive (similar to the body shop which I love) Sales staff was helpful, listened to my concern and gave me options. Let me choose what I want and was very up front about promotions and programs. I would come back and continue using this product if they work well with my skin. The sugar lip is as good as all the other reviewer say, love the tinted rose one.

i love everything here!! i've only seen little bits of their products in sephora and did not know that there was an actual Fresh boutique! i have way too much perfume but because everything smelled amazing, I had to add another to my collection and ended up buying the honeysuckle scent. customer service was fantastic too, I got many samples and got offered a complimentary facial via email! lovely experience

Jamie was amazing and has amazing skin, so that was a good sign! She did my facial (a new service Fresh is offering) with tender, loving, care! I never had a sitting facial before but even while sitting upright she gently applied and washed off product without dripping or spilling. Every step of the way, she made sure to inform me about the product and most importantly all the ingredients of each product. She has a wealth of product knowledge! And answered any questions I had (which was a lot lol) my skin was radiant and firm, exactly the results I was looking for! Jamie you are a facial Goddess!

I was drawn to this place as I was walking by and the smell was so enticing that I had to go in. Although everything in this store is on the pricier side, it appeared to contain less harmful chemicals than generic cosmetics. Everything smelled AMAZING. The girls who worked there were very helpful and knowledgeable.
