Good food, great atmosphere, service is horrible.

The best restaurant in Harar. Western cuisine is much better here than the rest of the city. The scenery is the best you can find here . A clean weather surrounded by plenty of trees that can keep you tranquil.

Dont come to this place! We had a dinner 4 people, after we asked for the bill the price was not the same as the in the menu and also they added vat/tax 15%. When we asked why is that they said the price on the menu is not updated (about 20-30% higher) and not include the tax. When we asked to talk with the manger they just send another waiter that almost dont know any english and gave us the same answer.

This restaurant is touted as one of the best in Harar. You have to consider, however, the overall very poor level of eateries in this otherwise wonderful town. Fresh Touch is located quite far from the Old Town. In fact, it's a rather unpleasant walk if you walk. I didn't try their burgers that are supposedly good - I mean, why would I schlep all the way there for a burger? So I tried goat tibs, something different from beef dishes every day. It was awful: so chewy it was barely edible. I ended up feeding half of it to the 2 stray cats loitering about. The only reason it's not 1 star was service - fairly good for Harar, and the outside bar across the courtyard which was totally dead anyway. I'd say if you do go, stick with burgers.

The traditional dish was very good and the ambiance was nice.

Had a great lunch. Very friendly staff and good food. Furthermore its a beautiful restaurant away from the hectic streets.
