Freshii

I ordered delivery. Someone spit or did something unimaginable into my food. I spoke with the person who claimed to make it and they defended it saying it was sauce. There is no sauce freshii makes. ( as I worked there previously) that looks of that nature. The taste was putrid. And I did not even recieve a call back from a manger or anyone who could help me. I did not want a refund or a replacement. I wanted to report what happened. No one has tried to contact me expect for the person who made it to defend themselves. I have pictures and I kept the food for testing. I am horrified. Be warned. Edit: I have contacted corporate and waiting to hear back.

One of the Indian girls was the phone when I was ordering, not very professional. I asked if she can put the Bowles in a bag and she just handed me a bag and continued taking on the phone. I asked for forks and she rolled her eyes and sighed and put the forks on the dirty table. Not very impressed. Seems like there’s a trend.

Food: I tried various items from their unique menu. The food was appetizing, fresh tasting, the quality was excellent, the quantity was more than I expected but in a good way--I felt like I was getting what I paid for. My body was left feeling clean and satisfied after eating. Beverage: I've only tried the strawberry banana smoothie and it was so delicious! Even my 6 year old niece prefers it over other smoothies she's tried. Atmosphere: The restaurant has always been clean and appealing when I've went. It was quiet but always had customers enjoying a meal. Service: Anytime I've visited, the service has been friendly, helpful, patient and energetic. Price: On the higher end however, you get what you pay for. No complaints here. Other: Vegan & vegetarian friendly. Non-wheelchair friendly unless you have extra assistance.

Every time we order, we have yet to have a bad experience. The food is always great (although I only ever eat the cheddar chipotle bowl with added jalapeños). Food is always ready when we order through the app and it’s a quick and easy. Also, with the promo bowls, there is always something to order for a reasonable price! Highly recommended.

I love Freshii, love everything about Freshii. When I saw they had tacos, I was excited to have them! However, when I picked them up today I was surprised when I saw huge pieces of roast beef that I couldn't eat. I was expecting shredded beef or something more manageable. It was unfortunate, and the tacos besides the beef were delicious. But I'm still hungry.

The young man there tonight, 7/19/2025 was very kind. We came in late around closing time at 10:20 and he still served us and gave us 10/10 service. 100% recommend. His name was Araj/Maraj (I hope I am getting that right, I couldn’t hear that well) but the best customer service. 👏

I do not recommend this place 1. Bad customer service 2. Spent over $10 to get a half bowl of salad 3. They didn’t give us receipts for the purchase

the food is so good taste and healthy!Great lunch place
