I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I purchased an expensive pair of pants while visiting New Orleans for Labor Day weekend. The pants were perfect for an upcoming trip. Somehow, the salesperson put the wrong size pants in the bag during checkout.
When I realized the mistake back home in Los Angeles, I tried repeatedly to contact the store for an exchange. After several unanswered phone calls, numerous voicemails, an email, and even a direct message on Instagram; I never received so much as a response.
I’ve had better customer service experiences at Walmart. The complete lack of communication and service is unacceptable, especially for the average price of the clothing in the store. It’s frustrating to feel completely ignored after spending money with this business. I would strongly caution anyone considering shopping here—they clearly don’t value their past customers or care about meeting new ones. Getting someone to pick up the phone at the store requires an executive order.
Very disappointing overall.

I received a refund for the wrong sized pants I was given. Thank you to Parker, the owner. I’m sad I wasn’t able to wear the pants but at least it didn’t cost me money after all.
