Friends of Saanenwald

I went for the forest bathing retreat last august 2020 and I will most certainly go back again. The place is welcoming, very clean and comfortable in a stunning setting with incredible views. The daily program and walks are precious. I see nature in a totally new light now and appreciate connecting with it. The whole team are so warm and welcoming. It felt like home. I cannot wait to go back and would definitely highly recomment the place.

A self-care haven, with forest bathing at its core. It’s hard to put into words what one experiences while there, but I look at the world around me in a completely different way after spending a week with Mel and her very special team. I’ll be going back as soon as I can….

Ein wunderschönes, mit sehr viel Liebe geführtes Retreat, dass ich allen, die mal raus aus dem Alltag wollen und sich wieder mehr mit sich selbst und der Natur verbinden wollen, ans Herz legen kann.
