Lovely Cafe! Great coffee, amazing service, and delicious Toasties! A great place to start your day, or break in the middle of it. The coffee is very tasty and made perfectly. 3 different Toasties options together with some pastries. I had the Harissa Toasties which was so tasty! And the Cardamom & Pistachio bun (which I’m a sucker for). Would definitely recommend 👌

I love everything about Fringe and Ginge. Staff is amazing and very friendly! Whenever I go they already know what I will order so the warmth of our relationship makes the coffee even tastier. Thank you for being the best coffee shop 🫠🥰

Delicious speciality coffee, but the strawberry crème patisserie danish was the star of the show. I hunt for the best pastries whenever I visit somewhere new, and this is the best pastry I have had maybe ever. Definitely recommend stopping here if you are in Canterbury

Very nice cafe. Coffee was great. The basque cheesecake was also amazing. Was always full but we were lucky to find seating. There are seats outside as well.

I completely recommended this cafe. The coffee is one of the best tasting coffee I’ve had at a cafe. The sandwich was scrumptious, that’s the Reuben sandwich. The staff is really friendly.

Every time I visit Canterbury I must come here to get a coffee. I absolutely love the coffee here it is so smooth and full of flavour. The service has always been great. Their bakes and pastries are delicious and highly affordable. I recommend the toasted banana bread with the blueberry compote and crème Fraîche topping, so amazing and packed with flavour. So jealous this place is not in London.
