This place is incredibly unique.|It's a bed and breakfast located in an eco-village. (Everyone was so friendly)|The actual room is within a shared apartment. The space is attach to the primary house.|We only rented the one room which left the other room available for other guests.|It might have been a little intimate to share the space if the other room was rented (which it was not).|The mini kitchen they have is stocked with fresh snacks. We had access to the hot tub which overlooked the beautiful grounds. If we had more time there are trails and gardens to explore.|Thank you for sharing your space.

We thought the place was wonderful and were especially appreciative of Elan honoring our dietary restrictions with lots of vegan/gf breakfast foods! We thought ecovillage, where the rental is located, was amazing! It is a huge selling point for the place and is super idyllic. The community has tons of acres of land and therefore beautiful hikes through the woods and an incredible vantage point for sunsets/sunrises. We utilized Elan's hot tub and had a huge selection of games to pick through. Elan has also assembled an info book for the community which was really helpful. Overall it was an incredible place to stay and made the trip a beautiful experience and a memory I will cherish for many years.

We enjoyed everything about this place. Our host, Elan, and his family were gracious and welcoming. We loved the setting where we could walk and explore the woods and gardens as well as enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. It was very interesting to learn more about the eco village and its operations. The little apartment was so cozy and clean, with pretty rugs, handmade quilts, and plenty of books as well as games and information about hiking and other attractions. The furnished breakfast of bagels, fresh berries , homemade yogurt and homemade granola was delicious. The kitchen was appointed with enough equipment for us to cook a simple evening meal after hiking all day. It was a quick easy drive ( under 15 minutes) into the town of Ithaca and the Cornell University campus as well as state parks. All in all it was a perfect spot for our time in Ithaca.

My husband and I stayed at Frogs Way during the week of July 4th. We felt SO at home in this lovely B&B! I was actually a little mournful leaving it. It's a cozy (but large!) basement apartment with plenty of light. The two large bedroom windows which face east bring in plenty of sunshine. We especially appreciated the food left for us to use for our breakfast (our host was out of town, so we didn't get to sample the famous waffles this time). My need for gluten free foods was accommodated beautifully and our breakfasts were delicious and plentiful! I'm so glad we had the chance to meet our hosts at the end of our visit after they returned home. They are absolutely lovely people. I feel we could have talked for hours. Sending my best to them both, and sorry for the delay in posting a review...we were off the grid for nearly two months after our visit!

We stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful B&B, carefully designed and stewarded by Elan and Rachel. As we were leaving, we gushed about the handmade quilts, the caring touches such as the workspaces in each bedroom (wifi was strong and reliable, which was important because 2 of us were working remotely), compost bucket by the sink, homemade granola for breakfast, and spots to hangs jackets. The ecovillage is just amazing - we were able to walk around and see the gorgeous gardens, admire the design features, and chat with people who were in the gardens. High reco. Enjoy staying here.

Nestled in the heart of an intentional ecologically-oriented cohousing community, this B&B offers two bright and cozy rooms in a beautiful setting just 10 minutes from downtown Ithaca. The hosts are so friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Great walking and hiking and be sure you check out Gourdlandia, a shop/artist studio/classroom where you can see beautiful arts and crafts and enjoy making for yourself a functional art object from a gourd! Stay at Frogs Way for a happy and memorable visit to the Finger Lakes!

We felt very welcome and comfortable for our stay at Easter this year. We cooked in, and had an amazing evening meal outdoors, listening to the birds. EcoVillage is a friendly and hospitable place to visit. Frog's Way is really one of the most nicely situated B&Bs we've experienced. ||Thank you!
