We tried the grill cheese sandwich and it came with a little maple gelly and was quite tasty. They have a nice selection of organic cheeses made from milk from cows that they breed themselves. We saw that the cows were freely and happily eating grass in the pastures, having loads of space to move around. You can also tour the facilities.

Pleasantly surprised by what a lovely cheese facility this is. Welcoming staff and great service. Grilled cheese was fantastic. Sampled some delicious cheeses. Very clean and modern. Store has large selection of Eastern Townships products. Bought cheese, wine and honey! 👍😀🧀🍾 Was a pleasant short drive from Magog. Visited May 25/22

Although we didn’t have the chance to join their tour, but we bought some good quality cheese from them n enjoyed them in their terrace. You also could see lots of happy cows around, nice place to visit!

Came to this lovely farm and cheese store as a recommendation from Manoir Hovey front desk. We did a cheese tasting and had their famous grilled cheese sandwich, so good! We went to do the self-tour of the facilities but were met by the owner (who was pulling weeds) and he graciously gave us a personal tour of the facility and history of his family on the farm. He was a perfect host and so informative. We bought a bunch of cheese to take home and it has been excellent as well. So glad we came.

What a "cheesy" experience! From the variety of cheese and specialized products to the unique "sensorial experience" open room, La Station is a delight! Definitely worth the visit for cheese enthusiast or touristic stopover. Staff is so passionate & knowledgeable!

Google
Great cheese factory and shop in the heart of Compton. It was totally worth the drive from Montreal to see the beautiful nature here as well as taste the delicious cheese. The shop is also well stocked with local produce, including maple syrup, wine and other deli foods. You can combine the trip here with apple picking in autumn.

Yelp
We have been visiting this place off and in for a decade. They recently did a complete remodeling of the building and it is now very nice. You park in a gravel parking lot that always seems to be short of spaces. Inside is a shop and sampling area with some cheese making operations in the background. The young woman passing out samples spoke no English but we did ok. The cheese here is excellent and they have an award shelf to prove it. This place is on the road to Compton where you can pick apples and other fruits and vegetables.

Yelp
We love their products and happened to be staying in the Eastern Townships in our vacations. I called them and asked if we could tour the factory. They told us we could and even let us know what would be the best time to see the transformation (batch process) and you can see it through a glass in their store. We were also able to see their very nice storage in the back of the factory/store. Prices are good and you can find some exclusive products (aged cheese). Have fun with the family!

Yelp
Super neat little place, very welcoming and clean. I definitely recommend it! The grilled cheese aux rillettes de lapin is to die for, along with their pear marmelade. Try their selection of signatures cheeses, they are are excellent. They also make go-to packs of cheese strings perfect for on the go snacks:)

Yelp
My partner and I stumbled upon Fromagerie La Station while we were driving around the area, and overall, it's a good quick place for some cheese and a bite to eat. This creamery is apparently on a kind of heritage trail of farm goods throughout Quebec. We tried a good number of cheese here, and they were quite delicious. We bought some to take home with us, which is the best compliment I could give. The service was very friendly, and they make do with a very small service and display area. They also had an open air creamery in-house where you could watch the 'action.' Unfortunately, they didn't have cream(!), so we didn't order coffee. That's kind of ironic that the creamery did not have any cream. Other people there were eating grilled cheeses, which looked delicious, though we did not have one. Fromagerie La Station is a good place to stop in during a long drive, I will say that.

Yelp
On our way back from Quebec City to Boston, we drove ~30 miles out of the way to visit this wonderful little fromagerie (cheese factory). It was so worth it! We got there 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday (at 4:30p) and they were still bustling with business. They have a cheese shop where complimentary tastings of their 3 main cheeses, and we ended up buying two out of three of them (we would have bought more but they probably would have gone bad before we could finish them!). They also had an open farm where you could go very close to cows and walk around. It was so nice and the Quebec countryside is beautiful! They also have a north-facing cheese aging room for all to see. Beautiful wheels of cheese! My only complaint is how you have to pay to talk to the cheesemaker! I am still in a constant search for a cheese creamery where we can learn and see the process of cheese being made. Still, what a delightful treat. And the town of Compton was really beautiful - farmstands everywhere! If we had more time, we would have stopped and bought some produce (to be consumed before the border crossing, of course!). On your way to or from Quebec City from the states, I highly recommend this. They also speak a little English (thank goodness!).

Yelp
A great find in the Eastern Townships. Cheese tasting of their three varieties and delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, with rabbit rillettes if you like. Well worth a detour.
