Frutería Monserrate

I found this place by accident and got curious why there are so many customers on Friday morning. I went inside to ask what do they serve. The menu is on an LCD TV screen. The have four different breakfast combos. I got the Desayuno Monseratte with the option of chicken empanada. They take your order at the cashier, where you pay and they give you a number. You puck your own table and there are plenty of tables. Once your order is ready, they call your number and you pick up your food on a tray. One of the best empanada I had in Quito. The fried egg is perfect and the hot chocolate hit the spot. I like the fruits as well. It is a lot of food for $5. Will definitely come back again.

I have always received excellent food and service from all there restaurants. There prices are reasonable. You can get a meal, coffee,juice and a fruit salad for less than $8

Delicious meals. BUT Their personal don't care about biological prevention against the virus (e. g. : some clients don't use mask when leave their tables or when make the line to the cashier). Please, pay attention about it.

Great food, good price and fast service. The tables and chairs however are the size for 4 year old children.

Clean confortable the chairs are small but great . Good job. Food is good too
