Beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant. Friendly staff and a lovely room with a fire place to enjoy the local wine or vermouth. Very family friendly and with a fabulous breakfast. Can’t recommend it enough

Very mixed feelings. Stunning location/architecture. Kind staff. Just kind of fails at the things that make a hotel - you know, like getting a good night’s sleep. There is zero noise insulation in the rooms, ultra thin walls & only a single door separating your bed from the (very echoey) atrium hallways. So you hear everybody’s every movement, to the point where I and my dog got woken up at 2am by drunk guests returning to room & again at 5am by someone in the neighboring room taking a shower. I don’t remember that ever happening even at a cheap hotel. & while the whole boutique industrial aesthetic looks cool in photos, the rooms lack some basic comfort touches & can feel very very bare. The bed “frame” looked & felt like a cheap metal foldout, so much so that the mattress sagged on the sides and my back hurt from sleeping on an uneven surface. Shower was a clunky precarious contraption that I wouldn’t put in my guest bathroom let alone a hotel. Plus if every time I press the toilet flusher I see a ton of mold growing inside it, it doesn’t really fill me with confidence as to the overall level of care. The ingredients are there but the ultimate experience wasn’t pleasant for me. Which ironically was exactly how I felt about the dinner offering as well. Very high quality ingredients, but lackluster flavor & basic errors in preparation. I could overlook the overcooked lamb & flavorless burger, but not deveining the shrimp - and then explaining to me that this is how you always serve it and how it’s supposed to be served is just bizarre. A boutique concept is not an excuse for not ensuring comfort, cleanliness & professionalism.

The breakfast was simply divine. Strongly recommended. We also had a walk around the area and it’s a really nice area.

This hotel has a fantastic location in the Ribera del Duero region, offering stunning river views from every room. The setting is incredibly chic and cozy, and the sound of the river adds a relaxing touch to the experience. However, the rooms did not meet our cleanliness standards and felt a bit old, which is understandable given that it’s a refurbished mill turned hotel—but some updates would be nice. Another downside was the noise from other rooms, which was noticeable, especially for light sleepers. On the bright side, the restaurant was exceptional. While it was on the pricier side, the food and service were excellent, making it a highlight of our stay. Overall, it’s a beautiful and unique place, but the rooms and noise level could be improved.

Very nice boutique hotel to wind down. Relaxing atmosphere with fantastic food. Both breakfast and dinner are very high quality! They also serve some good wines. Service was nice. Only one point for improvement; bathrooms are very old and outdated, the shower almost fell apart. For this room price, I expected a nicer bathroom.

Fantastic food and service! Ate here over 3 nights, suckling pig and baby lamb (which must be pre ordered 2hrs in advance) were the highlights and shouldn't be missed. Great selection of wine which can be bought at shop prices in the lobby and opened in the restaurant for 6 euro corkage. Highly recommended
