I would like to express my deep disappointment with this hotel. They completely ruined my cousin’s first birthday visit to Cebu. I booked and paid for a 3-night stay (January 17-20) well in advance, specifically to celebrate his birthday during Sinulog.
To ensure everything was in order, I even called their hotline a week before the booking, and they confirmed that my reservation was secure. However, just two days before our scheduled booking, I received a message from the hotel stating that they could no longer honor my reservation due to a system glitch. Our flight to Cebu was in two days and we suddenly had nowhere to stay.
This last-minute cancellation caused immense stress and inconvenience, making it the most frustrating booking experience I have ever encountered. I will never book with them again.
