I would like to express my deep disappointment with this hotel. They completely ruined my cousin’s first birthday visit to Cebu. I booked and paid for a 3-night stay (January 17-20) well in advance, specifically to celebrate his birthday during Sinulog. To ensure everything was in order, I even called their hotline a week before the booking, and they confirmed that my reservation was secure. However, just two days before our scheduled booking, I received a message from the hotel stating that they could no longer honor my reservation due to a system glitch. Our flight to Cebu was in two days and we suddenly had nowhere to stay. This last-minute cancellation caused immense stress and inconvenience, making it the most frustrating booking experience I have ever encountered. I will never book with them again.

Great place to stay for the price. With free breakfast. Location is very accessible and safe even at night. Pharmacies and 7/11 are nearby. Rooms are clean and hot showers are functioning. On the first night, the room where we stayed wasnt cold enough, but luckily we got transferred to a different room the next day.

Our stay here was great. The location is very convenient to nearby store and malls, and near to the downtown area which is one jeep ride only and 10-15-minute walk to Robinson Fuente. The room we stayed in was comfortable, and we slept soundly. The staff were really accommodating. It's quite affordable. We're not after the luxurious type of hotels because we just stay there during night to sleep and to take care of our personal hygiene. We went out every day so we just want our baggage to be safe while we're away. I guarantee the place is safe and there's a nearby 7-Eleven store. Initially booked just for myself but a friend joined me. They did not charge extra; an affordable place to stay.The room got twin beds. The bathroom is outdated and probably needs maintenance but is clean. I did not see any bugs The aircon and wifi were working. I had a good sleep after walking around the city. The staff was helpful. I like how it's close to food outlets and convenience store.

As far as it goes, this hotel is in a decent location, as the street it faces is quiet enough, with the main traffic being at the back. However, the room floor itself was a little dusty, and the blankets were super super thin and small. It's a bit hard to settle in comfortably if you are tall or big. Also do note while shampoo and soap is provided, toothbrushes aren't.

I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Clean, comfy rooms. Walking distance from good restaurants, medical facilities and the Redemptorist Church. Staff members, including the guard, are always friendly and helpful. They have good deals on Agoda, which make staying here so worth it.

We slept and got to rest well from our travels during the day. We did hear some water droplets near our aircon throughout the night, the hotel might want to check on that. Besides that, everything else was okay and good enough for the price we paid.

Had a comfortable stay here for almost 2 weeks. Hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, they even invited us to attend the hotel's anniversary celebration. Housekeeping is available everyday, consistently providing our requests. Their breakfast also offers generous servings w/ unlimited bread, soup, fruits and drinks. The hotel is situated near the Osmeña circle which has everything we need.
