Fuglen Seoul

There's only one Fuglen in Seoul, and this is the spot! The decor, vibe, and service are all quite nice. I appreciate that they ask you how much water you'd like filled up in your americano to ensure it isn't too diluted or too strong for your taste. The espresso is divine and you can tell they are really dedicated to providing quality. It's a bit pricier than some of the other coffee shops in the area, but feels worthwhile. The only drawback is that while the decor is thoughtful and eye-catching, the indoor seating is quite limited for the size of the space. In the warmer seasons, you can sit outside or upstairs on the roof, but in the colder seasons, you may find yourself waiting if you were hoping to sit indoors!

Had Ice Fuglen coffee. As usual it’d good. They do not have their Norwegian wafers like in Japan. Only light pastries. But it’s a good stop to rest abit before on the go again. Especially when the weather is hot. The staff were very very nice.

It’s not uncommon that you learn a lot about an area by the experience you have at a coffee shop, but the Fuglen staff took it to another level. Literally everyone made sure we had a good time and talked to us about our trip - we even exchanged some of our favorite restaurants, cafes, and musical artists! Excellent coffee and evening drinks. Sit at the counter and meet the wonderful team! Will be back!

I don't have any preference in coffee and not demanding on the quality though I believe they are good as they always fill up with customers. l had a hot latte and it tasted wonderful to me.

Great single origin coffee ☕

Nothing to call home about. The place is in a non descript location. The overdone interior design is a bit out of place and artificial. Due to the hype surrounding it, it seems too crowded to even fetch a chair. What's more, my (expensive) latte arrived lukewarm.

Friendly staff, really nice coffee, great place to spend the afternoon. We also bought some beans on the way out.
