Fuji Lake Hotel

I have enjoyed the experience and services that Fuji lake hotel has to offer! Right as you enter the hotel, you are greeted with warm smiles and accommodating hospitality by the staff. The staff is very polite and helping in assisting you to your room and elsewhere. Booking the room facing the lake, the room and view was amazing. The room is spacious and you feel clean as you enter. The view relaxes you as you can see it through panoramic windows. The buffet was on another level 🤯 The steak is cooked well and full of flavor. All the chefs and staff are so happy and in a good mood, they offer and welcome you to get all the food they offer! You can also make your own dessert because they have an ice cream machine you can use! At night, you can have a relaxing onsen session, private or public. Availing the private onsen, you experience total relaxation and zen with the hot water and complete amenities. Overall, from the first day of staying in the hotel to the last, you will feel nothing but warm, comfort, and peace. Will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to visit Mt. Fuji!!!!! 🗻

Incredible service, extraordinarily kind and helpful staff, stunning amenities, and family friendly! What a gem. I came here in mid September with my husband, 7 month old daughter, and my in laws and we all so loved our stay here. If I am ever so lucky as to come back to the area, I will definitely plan ahead and stay here again. What an absolute treat! We loved the buffet and were pleasantly surprised that they offered sturdy bibs for babies! We had a room in the east building with an in room onsen, balcony, and lake view. Gorgeous!

This place is the best hotel; Im being for real. Service is amazing like they are so friendly. The room is big, the onsen is amazing. The buffet they have is the best part Im telling you. This hotel is also walkable from the main bus station. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place mainly due to the staff, they are so kind. MUST STAY:)

Situated right on lake Kawaguchiko, Fuji Lake hotel provides breath-taking views of the lake and on a good day view of the elusive Mount Fuji. Rooms are really spacious and each one offers a view of the lake or Mt Fuji. Hotel has onsens - indoors as well as outdoors and half outdoors. Kaiseki style dinner is served and ours probably had more than 40 dishes on offer. The complete package also includes unlimited alcohol including run of the mill cocktails. Staff is really hospitable and very helpful. Would stay here again.

This may not be the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it’s by far my favorite! The staff’s service is exceptionally warm and attentive—truly second to none. The location is perfect, offering a stunning lake view. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The buffet is delicious, full of variety and flavor. I have nothing but praise for this place. I hope to return again and again to witness Mt. Fuji in all four seasons—Fuji Lake Hotel, I will definitely be back!

In classic Japanese style, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had—but this is certainly not unique in Japan resort and mountain areas. This hotel fit right in with other stays where you are wowed with beautiful views, gorgeous (though somewhat old) rooms, relaxing onsen, yummy food, and kind service. The spot on the lake is perfect and an amazing way to wake up. The onsen was well outfitted with several different tubs (including outdoor ones) and a sauna. The buffets were so great and had many options. Would definitely stay here again and am afraid just one night here was too fast!

Great breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the unlimited steak, sushi and beer served during dinner. Although the private onsen was small, we loved our room in 779 with views of both the lake and mount Fuji from the bed. We kept our windows open so we could see both as the sun rise.

The hotel itself is quite aged at this point, but still very well kept. Rooms are quite spacious, and the open air tub was excellent, although with the window open the noise coming from outside from the AC/pumps/etc. was pretty loud. The service was excellent. There's a shuttle service, which unfortunately does not run very early in the morning, so be prepared for somewhat of a walk to the station.
