The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the lake. Beautiful scenery and great facility. I especially love the onsen (public bath), what a great way to relax and heal the body after walking the entire day. On the other hand, I would suggest that the hotel may try to enhance its dinner and breakfast selection.

We were arriving late at night at the hotel due to traffic jam from Haneda. We expected to miss our dinner. But to our nice surprise, the staff already seemed to be on standby at the outdoor car park. After verifying our particulars, he directed us to our parking lot. When entering the hotel, instead of checking in, another staff advised us to go for our dinner first before checking in. This allowed us to enjoy our dinner comfortable. When checking in, another staff was very polite and helpful in attending to all our queries. The breakfast and dinner buffet were very good! The hotel was beautiful and cosy. The room was also very comfortable and the amenities were very good. We had the perfect view of the lake as well. The onsen was very good too. We were also surprised to see the view of Mount Fuji from outside our room and at the buffet venue. We had a wonderful and satisfying stay there.

We had a private Onsen with Mount Fuji view room and it was well worth it. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the view was really spectacular. The hotel is an older building but we enjoyed our stay immensely, the onsen in the room was an incredible experience, especially with the view. We got lucky with the weather and had full view for the majority of our stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent, no complaints at all. They had vegetarian options and staff helped us by pointing out the options in English, which was greatly appreciated. The sushi was fantastic, the steak really good and overall a great selection of food, western and Japanese style. I'm not a huge foodie but everything tasted great. Well worth the money for us!

This hotel is sited at a very beautiful location beside the lake, giving it an impressive view. The rooms are big but dated. It does have nice ryokan feel with tatami mat type sitting area. The in room onsen tub is a very nice touch, but unfortunately, the view to Mt Fuji is limited when in the tub.Breakfast is good and the restaurant area have a very good view of Mount Fuji on 1 side and the lake on the other.

We had a great stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet dinner and breakfast had good options. Our room was big and clean. And the view of Mt. Fuji from our room was just amazing! Location is also advantageous, just in front of the lake but the nearest to the train station.

It is a great hotel for the value given the area. The private hot spring rooms are a nice way to spend time together with your partner and/or if you have tattoos. Good 3 Star hotel with a great service and location if you plan to stay longer and use buses/trains.

One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed! Service was really excellent, stunning views of the lake (and Mt Fuji), large rooms, great Onsen experience - we used both the public and private options. Complimentary snacks and drinks in lobby. Definitely recommend the dinner buffet (great sushi, tempura, steak, and much more). Useful shop directly opposite where we could rent bikes and a boat on the lake. Thank you!

Lovely hotel that was very kid friendly. Basically they had everything you would need with a toddler and baby. This includes chairs, baths, amenities and toiletries. There was children’s and baby robes. There weee bed guards, sanitisers, diaper bins, blankets, even prams! Overall I was highly impressed with the service of the staff and their friendliness and willingness to help. The breakfast was very varied and had a good mix of traditions local Japanese cuisine and also western hot breakfast. The croissants and pastries were unbelievably delicious! The public onsen was amazing and also had children bathing toiletries and chairs/baths. The lobby has free tea and water bottles. Honestly as a parent of 2 young children and a newborn this hotel definitely made my Life a lot easier and I highly recommend the family room (we had the mix bed and tatami style rooms) toilet was separate from bathroom which was useful. The room also comes with facial wash toner and moisturiser and the view of the lake is breathtaking to wake up to. You can also enjoy the observatory on the 7th floor at night to look at the stars or appreciate the stunning view in the day with outlets to do work. Our family room had their incorporated work tables overlooking the lake which was so nice! Highly recommend this hotel
