We visited Fuku Ramen and it’s truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The flavors were divine and uniquely crafted across all eight courses. Beyond the incredible food, the friendly staff and the artistry of the chefs made it a memorable experience! Every dish was as beautiful as it was delicious. Highly recommended and absolutely worth it!

I’ve probably been here around 20 times since they opened. Their Social Sunday is a great option if you want to visit without a reservation. I often go without planning ahead. Depending on the day, there might be a line, so I recommend arriving before they open or around 3 PM. The menu changes every week, which makes every visit exciting. They usually post the weekly menu in their Instagram stories, so you can check in advance. Lunch is great, but I especially love dinner. They only offer the chef’s omakase course in the evening, and it’s always a treat. Every dish is amazing and carefully prepared. Since the menu changes regularly, you never get bored. I’m constantly surprised by the unique ingredient combinations and impressed by the chef’s creativity and skills. And of course, the highlight is the Ramen. It’s the main dish in the course, and it’s truly outstanding. I don’t know any other restaurant where Ramen is the centrepiece of a course meal. If this place opened in Japan, I’m sure it would have long lines every day. The balance of flavours is perfect. The chef takes the foundation of traditional Japanese Ramen and adds a personal twist, making it both familiar and original. The quality keeps improving, and the noodles are always amazing. I’ve never had a dish here that I didn’t enjoy. Also, don’t miss the sake. Even as someone from Japan, I’ve discovered many excellent sake options I had never tried before. Even if you’re not familiar with sake, the staff includes a sake sommelier who always recommends great pairings. I’ve followed their suggestions every time, and they’ve always been spot on. If you’re unsure, just give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

After hearing great things about this restaurant for over a year , I finally decided to try Fuku Ramen. Unfortunately the experience was extremely underwhelming. The Shio Ramen reminded me of new kings wonton soup with a few simple additions. This was a shock to me especially for this price point (29 euro for a bowl including an egg). My friend did like it a bit better in it's simplicity but told me it's not worth more than the standard price point of 16 euro per bowl.

My favourite restaurant in town, not just for ramen, but for everything. I’ve been there at least 30 times since it opened, and it’s incredibly good on every level. Ramen is out of this world, and it’s easily one of the best shop you can find outside of Japan.

It’s by far the best noodles I have ever had in my life! The staff is so nice and friendly and the chef, Jakuh is always cooking with a great smile, making it a very welcoming atmosphere. Had some smoked tuna, Karagê and the Tonkatsu noodles (very big portion), all really delicious!

Enjoyed a truly excellent dinner here. The whole menu was delicious with the ramen as the absolute highlight. The ramen portion is generous so we definitely left satisfied. Drinks were also very good with some interesting sake pairings and nice cocktails. The restaurant as pleasantly arranged. We had a nice seat at the bar which gave us the opportunity to chat with the chef/owner a bit as well. You can also opt for a table which probably feels a bit more private. Highly recommend braving the reservation rush to visit this incredible restaurant!

Absolutely love love love this place!!! Make your reservations and secure a spot! Hubby and I got 5 appetizers and 1 ramen. They were all delicious!! Love the roast broccolini so much! The sauce was paired very well. Scallops ❤️! And the ramen was so good!!! This place should definitely be on your list to try.

• Service was great and attentive. • The food was okay, but there are many better options in Amsterdam with similar cuisine. For ramen, I personally prefer Ramen Kingdom and Ramen Fujitora. For sashimi, the quality at places like Sushi Misaki and EN is much better. • The vibe is great, but personally, I didn’t enjoy the food quality here. Maybe it has improved since then?
