Full Cycle

Our family has bought many bikes from Full Cycle; going right back to when they first opened in the mid-Nineties. We have never received anything but superb service from their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had the pleasure of picking out a nice BMC 257 city bike recently, and I was ably assisted by Will at purchase, and Dominique at delivery. Thanks guys; I highly recommend Full Cycle!

Best bike shop in Ottawa. The guys at the Hintonburg shop graciously allowed me to test ride multiple bikes for size and provided great expertise & advice to help make my decision. Ultimately I made my purchase at the St Laurent location where the bike was in stock. At the St Laurent location, I was also provided exemplary service and a great deal while purchasing my road bike. This is a great Ottawa bike shop and the service department helped me out a couple of weeks ago. I generally deal with the Hintonburg location, but the St. Laurent shop is near where I work. About 2 weeks ago at lunch time, I noticed that my winter bike had a flat tire... and then noted that my spokes (front wheel) were unbelievably loose and I could pinch them and they would bend... not good. I cycle 22 km to work, my partner was out of town and I had a meeting after my work day at a location about 15 km away... and in essence I had no transportation if my bike was out of commission. I called Full Cycle St. Laurent and they told me what wheels they had in stock. I headed to the shop after work and even though they were busy servicing bikes, the person who sold me the wheel installed the rim tape, but in a new tube and changed the tire in about 10 minutes and had me on my way to my meeting. This was totally amazing and saved me on what could have been a disastrous day. This just reflects how Full Cycle Ottawa is customer oriented and take service seriously. Thanks to the folks who helped me on the phone and in the shop on this day. And from what I understand, Full Cycle is also a good employer as it treats employees with respect and provides a living wage to its workforce. Keep up the great work at Full Cycle!

My partner and I know nothing about bikes, we received amazing customer service at Full Cycle. Sven was so helpful and found us two bikes that fit all our needs. We are both very happy with our beginner bikes and will definitely shop here again when we’re ready to upgrade!

Went in to check out tires options for a bike I bought there and the guy was awesome. Explained the differences and showed various options as various price points. Very detailed ! Bought them from him installed them and after a little 40K ride I can 100% confirm that as he described they are the best option for me !! Thanks mate !

I recently placed an order from Halifax and was really impressed with the service. My order arrived in less than 3 days, which was faster than I expected. The Jelly Ranchers included in the package were a nice touch and added a personal feel to the experience. It's rare to come across such great service these days, so I just wanted to acknowledge the team for their excellent work. Highly recommend this shop!

Im pretty new to cycling, Sven, the store manager took the time to break down everything I needed to know to not only get started, but crush it on the trails. Shout out to the team for the extra care they give to both noobs and pros.

After getting the run around from from another shop, I ordered a Kuat NV 2.0 Add-On via their web-site when I saw their Christmas in July sale and the transaction was AWESOME. I sent them a quick question to confirm the free shipping on Monday, they answered later that day confirming the details so I placed the order Tuesday. I got a notification a couple hours later that it shipped that night via UPS and it arrived at my place on Wednesday afternoon (I live ~500kms away!). Was really impressed with the communication, the easy on-line transaction and the wicked fast shipping (I was expected a few days!!). Product arrived in original box with shipping straps still on it, can't be more happy with the seamless service. I will definitely order from Full Cycle again and visit the shop when in Ottawa!

I purchased a bike from a friend because mine was stolen, it had issues with the left hand gears, I went on line and asked questions to see if I had to make an appointment for a tune-up. The person on the online help said to just bring the bike in and ask at the service desk. I took the bike which is not a bike they sell and the fellow behind the desk put it up on the service rack and turned a few screws did a little adjusting and turning the pedals and shifting the gears and within 10 minutes I was out of there with a bike that worked great. I will be back because my husband tried to pump up my tire and lost a part and we cannot fill the tire with air.

No refunds - only exchanges - so if you get something you don't want - you're stuck with it. Gave me a pedal that was longer than the second pedal.
