Visited this beachside café and absolutely loved the laid-back, beach shack vibe. The place has a relaxed charm that makes it perfect for unwinding by the sea. There’s a good variety of food on the menu, with something for everyone — from quick bites to hearty meals. The Banoffee pancakes were a definite highlight — delicious, rich, and quite filling. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. It’s one of those spots where time slows down and you can just sit back, enjoy the breeze, and savour good food with a beautiful coastal view.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a Restaurant, It's a Feeling. Forget everything you know about rated restaurants. This place doesn't need a review; it needs to be felt. Tucked away on a pristine stretch of sand, this is arguably the best shack in the Andamans for one simple reason: it understands its purpose. It exists not to impress, but to absorb. The view is a panoramic postcard of turquoise water and white sand, with nothing but the sound of gentle waves and the whisper of casuarina trees. The atmosphere is astonishingly calm. It’s the kind of place where you sink into a rustic wooden chair, feel the sea breeze, and literally forget to check the time. Your phone becomes a camera, and then a paperweight. Hours melt away between pages of a book, quiet conversation, and simply gazing at the horizon. They serve water in old, repurposed liquor bottles—a perfect symbol of its charming, unpretentious soul. They don't serve alcohol, but they welcome you to bring your own. There's a profound peace in sipping your own drink, feeling the sand between your toes, with no rush and no bill to hurry you along. Don't come for the food; come for the feeling. Come to remember what quiet sounds like. This isn't just a shack; it's a state of mind.

Full Moon Café was a very nice dining experience in Havelock. We went once for breakfast and loved it so much, we came back for dinner the next day. The setting is beautiful, right by the beach, with a breezy and relaxed vibe that’s perfect any time of day. For breakfast, I had a bowl of fresh fruits, a soothing ginger lemon tea, and a heavenly stack of Nutella pancakes. For dinner, we started with a snapper ceviche and snapper carpaccio, both light and zesty. For mains, the steamed bamboo fish and Bengali-style paturi were packed with flavor and cooked just right. And the perfect ending? A banoffee crumble that was absolutely divine.

Don't misjudge the place looking at the entrance Walk through the lane and you'll find the cafe. Good food and good place Definitely give a try Liked Coconut Golden prawns and Bamboo steamed fish. Both dishes are not spicy so if you like spicy food you wouldn't appreciate it much. Banofee pie is 👌

The ambience of this place is very mellow ,and I love the fact that the entire restaurant is consistent with its own theme Even the washroom is consistent with the theme and it's one of the most clean and well maintained ones I've ever seen in a restaurant or cafe. The furniture is pretty average, the cutlery is different from normal restaurants&cafes making it refreshing. The food's definitely a little bit pricier than it should be but the beach is right next to the place and it's definitely a memorable experience. Fair warning, you'll be bitten by some mosquitoes as it is open air.

This place is 10/10. The food was INSANE, my friend and I basically worked our way through the menu and everything we tried was divine. Firm favourites include the steamed bamboo fish and the crab masala! But the breakfast was also amazing post-diving. If you’re staying in havelock, make this place your local. The value for the food was great and the general vibe so relaxing looking straight out into the beach. I already miss this place!

I had the pleasure of dining at Full Moon Café during my visit to Havelock Island and tried their Fish Thali along with the Bano Fee Pie. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded all expectations. The Fish Thali was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced — a true taste of the island. The Bano Fee Pie was a delightful surprise – rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to end the meal. The ambience of the café added to the experience — laid-back, charming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. Overall, the food was well worth the price, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Havelock. Don’t miss it!
