Came here and it was a really good experience. The sushi was really good and I enjoyed the roll I had(milky way roll). The chicken was alright but all in all it was a great experience and would come back!

This was my first time here. Went with colleagues of mine and sad I haven’t come before! Great sushi in the Gaslamp, good pricing and such a fun and “sexy” atmosphere. Service was top notch and the food was even better. So fresh! Definitely will not be my last time!

I just moved to the area and have been looking for great sushi and after coming here I have to look no further! This will be our new go to place. The food and service were beyond outstanding. I am gluten free and the chef and server went above and beyond to accommodate. Their specialty roll selection & specials were amazing. I am very picky when it comes to great sushi and Full Moon did not disappoint, top notch. An added bonus is the beautiful ambience. I HIGHLY recommend. Hats off to the chef and staff - thank you so much!

Top notch sushi bar!! The fish was very fresh! Beautifully made! Each roll was perfect! We always had full drinks and our servers were amazing! Even at a very busy time we were able to fit us in for a party of 2. I hope to be in town again soon and will definitely return!

Excellent sushi place. It's right in Gaslamp District SD. We sat at the bar and had several dishes. We tried several items we have never tried before. The sushi was very fresh. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was a little bit on the pricey side. But, you get what you pay for. Well worth it and will be a spot to stop in the future when we are back in SD.

Love this restaurant. Master chef Sergio prepares some of the most amazing sushi in San Diego. The Eclipse roll was our favorite but all the other rolls we ordered are delicious. You can’t find a bad item on the menu. Our server Anthony was very good and very professional. We will be back again for sure! Thank you to everyone that worked tonight. Much love

Interesting take on conventional sushi with some unique inventive signature dishes. Probably want to arrive before the dinner rush as they get busy quickly without a reservation. The staff are attentive and helpful. It can get quite expensive with their signature dishes so be mindful about what you order.

The sailor moon roll is the best sushi I've ever had in my travels from LA to Hawaii to Tokyo. The other sushi ranged from good to great. My only complaint was they worked so hard to make beautiful food and then the lights were so dim that you couldn't properly see all the effort they put into the food. It was an amazing experience, and I think that sailor moon roll is gonna stick in my mind for the foreseeable future.
