Disney World vs. Universal Orlando: Comparing Florida's Best Theme Park Resorts

"The holidays shine at both of Universal’s theme parks, with Grinchmas being a family favorite at Islands of Adventure. The citizens of Who-ville dramatically (and comically) retell the well-known Dr. Seuss story, and there are even opportunities to meet the Grinch himself." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Great day and a lot of fun! My 15 year old son and I had this park planned for a second day after visiting one of the larger themed parks. This park was a nice, relaxing day after spending much of the prior day waiting in lines. There were limited lines on the day we visited and usually were able to get on within 1-3 ride rotations. They have plenty to do and we were able to spend much of the day riding rides multiple times. I would say the park has an overall carnival/fair like feel, but still offer some thrill rides and 4 separate go cart tracks. We loved the old fashioned wooden roller coaster and went 3-4 times. Food and drink options are decent with prices comparable to fast food. They let you leave and return with an unlimited daily bracelet until 12am if you wish to get food elsewhere or take a break and return. With just the two of us, I really liked the free locker/cabinet areas they let you use at each ride for your loose items and soda. We purchased our tickets during an online promotion and it was a great value. We also have additional tickets and are already planning a return to visit to check out the Kissimmee park. It was an absolutely great day filled with time riding rides, not waiting in lines, just don't expect the fanfare or level of excitement of a themed park. All staff were pleasant and Sharon at the front counter was super friendly and helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Day Out with Little Ones (and Gators!) I took six kids under 4 to Fun Spot Florida and was absolutely thrilled with how kid-friendly everything was! They have so many rides specifically geared toward little ones—enough to keep all six of them giggling and smiling throughout the day. On top of that, the splash park was a lifesaver in the Florida heat—safe, clean, and an instant favorite. Between rides, we grabbed food from the shaded seating areas with minimal wait times, and it felt so manageable with a big toddler crew. One extra highlight that blew us away? Gator Spot. You actually get a stick with a string and a sardine on the end, and the kids (and adults!) got to feed live alligators up close. It was thrilling, safe, and incredibly memorable—something you don’t often see at family parks. The staff were all so friendly and helpful—I appreciated how attentive and upbeat they were, especially when wrangling six little adventurers. The park layout is compact but well thought-out, never feeling overwhelming or crowded. This was easily one of the best places I’ve taken a group of toddlers. Between the themed kiddie rides, splash zone, tasty food options, and even a real-life gator-feeding activity—we can’t wait to return! 🥰🎢🐊 🌞

We had a great time at Fun Spot in Orlando! It was a full day of fun with the family—so many rides to enjoy, with something for everyone, from little kids to adults. The park is clean, well-organized, and easy to get around. Some of the rides feel like they could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, the experience was still fantastic. One of the highlights was the famous Florida alligator and snake experience right inside the park! It was exciting to see these animals up close, and they offer photo packages to capture the moment—definitely worth it for a fun and unique memory. It’s a great place to make family memories, and we’ll definitely be back!

Fun Spot America offers an exceptional family-oriented experience, providing a diverse range of activities suitable for all ages. We highly recommend this destination, as it presents a superior alternative to other, less engaging amusement parks. The park boasts a dedicated and professional staff, a wide array of thrilling rides, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment, including ample parking and sanitary facilities. Our family has enjoyed visiting Fun Spot America for the past five years, consistently finding it to be a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. We plan to return next year.

We came here for the first time the other day and we had a lot of fun! It wasn't crowded so the kids were able to ride so many more rides than at any other amusement park. I honestly liked this place better than six flags! Great service, amazing rides and a lot of fun. We also loved the unlimited go karts! They were a major plus! Great all day pass prices too!!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh and it has gator spot where you can feed and hold the gators and a snake!!

Google
My kids and I had a great time here. It is outdated, but still fun. There wasn’t really a wait to ride any of the rides. Gator spot is a great addition to this place. My children held a baby gator and a boa constrictor. If we’re in the area again, we will definitely return.

Google
It is really a fun spot, especially late afternoon. Free parking, short lines and affordable rides. The go-karts is a must try. Had a blast with the whole family. Inside tip: take kart #11 at green track, it is blazing fast 🏎️🤣.

My teenage kids loved it and didn't want to leave. We stayed here from 12-9 on a Wednesday. They enjoyed not having to wait in any lines. They could ride all the rides over and over all day long. They had a ball and I was happy watching them hang fun.. They enjoyed it more than the big parks because there was no wait time.

Yelp
Even though I live here in Orlando for 7 years, I have never been to Fun Spot Orlando in my life! I know what a shame! Because it is a FREE admission and FREE parking Theme Park! You only pay if you want to ride, singular rides for $7 or $12. Or you can get online the unlimited for $59.99. I have been there twice this past months. And now for Halloween they have this really cute trick or treat every saturday, and is free! It is 4 stations! From 4PM-6PM. And after they have a party. My stepdaughter is autistic so we have to be careful, we took her there for the first time and guess where she was the for 2 hours? In the splash zone! She loved it! She did not want to ride any rides, we tried. But she had such a great time in the Splash. We took our wagon so she would feel comfortable ! We did some trick or treat. Me and my boyfriend at some snacks! My favorite drink is the Lemonade! It is so good and you can get refills! We also love the Johnny Rockets burgers! It is really worth it to get the refillable mug for drinks. My boyfriend rode the kart, which is his favorite! My favorite ride was this water one. The Unicorn taco IS REALLY GOOD! It has 3 scoops of ice cream, you can put toppings and is in a cotton candy! We had a great time both times we went.

Yelp
Came to Fun Spot specifically for the Drone Show. Parking was very simple. Admission is free. They just quick search your bags. It was dog friendly too. The drone show started at 8. We got there around 7. They had signs showing the best areas to see the drones but they were not necessarily. The best place to see it was by the splash zone facing the outside of their location and in the parking lot. It was really nice and quick which is to be expected of drone shows but definitely enjoyed it. It wasn't too crowded either so it was nice to see with no craziness. Glad we were able to see it. Fun spot has lots of rides for the kids like a fair or carnival. They have per ride options to pay and packages. I didn't look into it but the line to get tickets for rides was long. Go karts were the most popular.

Yelp
Second time here. Last time was 2 years ago. There has been Huge decline in quality of service since last time. Every single employee at every ride (except the people in the gator exhibit) seemed irritated or annoyed to be working. Even the security personnel at the entrance had zero customer service ability. This place needs to hire better quality employees before we will consider coming back. Not worth the 74 dollar per person entrance fee.

Yelp
We have (2) Grandsons we took to Fun Spot America for the 1st time, they are 13/14. We came early and both got all day pass wrists bands. They loved the Roller Coaster, Go Karts and our daughter went on several rides with them. They fed the Alligators, and we spoke to (1) of the Parrots, the white one. The food was pretty good, l had a funnel cake & ordered it with cinnamon, and she gave me white powdered sugar that was all over my pants. There was a Police man watching over the crowd. I almost forgot to mention Lance at the South Gate that greeted us with Joy & helped direct us for our wristband. The boys definitely want to return next year. The park closes at 9p. they never wanted to leave.

Christopher S.

Yelp
Good rides, low wait times and decent prices. However, the clientele is not good, lots of rude people, and they don't enforce their rules. We also went back when covid was at its worst and they weren't taking any precautions back then.

Yelp
Funoween at Fun Spot America Orlando! This themed event is offered with specialty food items, up close encounters with alligators, new merchandise and some ride theming.

Yelp
I have been to fun spot a few times but my boyfriend and I finally decided to do the sky coaster on a recent trip. We got the tickets and went up there but it was a bit confusing finding exactly where to go and then it took a while for someone to come up there. My bf actually had to go find someone and get them to send someone up. The sky coaster itself was a lot of fun and overall the park wasn't too busy so I could see myself going back!

Yelp
This has become such a fun staple in our family. My daughter came here with her camp. She was so excited to tell me about this place that We ended up coming a week later to see for ourselves. We rode every go cart track at least 10x. That alone was the price of admission (FYI admission is free. It's Pay to Play). We enjoy coming so much We ended up getting an annual pass. It is such a good deal because the lines are Short the park is open late and it's free to get in if you don't wanna ride. They have Johnny Rockets, a full bar, lots of seats, and it's free to park!

Yelp
We came here because of their ad for their 25th anniversary and it stated free admission and free parking -- can't beat that right? We went on a Saturday morning and the parking lot was almost empty. That's always a plus for me cause that means no lines but it could also mean it's not a fun place. This place can get expensive, regardless if you get a wristband or a money card. They don't charge by age or height, they charge by ride -- smart business move but not for the consumer. For 2 adults and a 2 year old toddler wristbands and their 3 souvenir cups, the total came out to be $215+. My son could only ride maybe 3 rides total because he wasn't tall enough for most rides, even the ones with an adult. Not worth the $60 wristband. Don't forget to mention a discount from the website, it's a $5 discount but it's something! The park isn't big and the rides are limited. I would say a money card would save you more money in the long run. One of the roller-coasters was down too so it's one less ride. Go-karts were fun and super cool but there's no direction on which lane is for which since they have 3 different tracks. Overall, I would go again since I have the souvenir cup and it's free to get in. Their wooden rollercoaster wasn't that exciting but still fun. It's better at night because it's not as hot and it gives me fair vibes and I love it! Staff are great and tentative. I'm coming back!

Yelp
This place was a pleasant surprise for us. Been seeing this place every time we go to Orlando but never tried it. This weekend we tried this place for the first time. For starters, the parking was free and there were not a lot of line going to the rides. We came around noontime and place was not busy. The staff was attentive to our needs. The kids had so much fun with the rides especiallly the go karts and wooden rollercoaster. For the price 1/3 of of what Disney cost, this place was worth it.

Yelp
I had so much fun here with my siblings! I recommend this place if you ever visit Orlando! Make sure to check out "old town"

Yelp
This is a cheaper alternative to take kids for a fun night out . There are go karts which seems to be the most in use. Lots of rides were not operative while I was there. Overall there are food options to grab something while there as well as a kids area. Free Parking and admission so that is a good thing . Would return once everything is running.

Yelp

Yelp
I will start this by saying if you are looking to just do go-karts this is a good value for that. If you're looking for a fun day out with the family you may be better off going somewhere else. I was disappointed that there were no signs or mention of the closed attractions at the ticket counter. You kind of had to figure out what was open as you walked through the park. Since they have two coasters my kids were disappointed that the yellow one was closed the entire time we were there. The fun house had a couple areas that didn't work. One of the areas looked like the floor was meant to spin but it didn't. So it's mostly just walking through with a slide at the end. The bumper car is also had quite a few of the cars that didn't work. So while in line we watched people not be able to move. One of the employees noticed and just told the girl she wasn't driving the car properly. When it happened again to the next person it didn't seem like a driver error. The go-karts were fun. We did see a girl who slammed into the back of the other karts and they put an x on her band. So it was reassuring to see they do something if people drive recklessly. There were water fountains placed throughout the park. I do wish there were fans at the ride entrances to help battle the Florida heat. I know my kids and I would appreciate it! The employees overall were very pleasant and clapped at the end of every ride.

Yelp
My son chose to come here to celebrate his VPK. graduation. We have been here numerous times as we live close by and he absolutely loves it. Financially, it makes more sense to purchase a season fun pass for the year than to purchase a one day all you can ride wristband. If you go just twice in the year it ends up being worth it. With the season fun pass, it includes a "buddy" pass so if there any rides he can't ride alone due to being too short, I can ride along with him. I'd say the best rides are the go karts! We have such a blast on them. I do think that this fun spot is a little run down and some rides could really use an update. As a frequent Disney goer, you can see the big difference, so don't expect the magic of Disney, but it's still a lot of fun for smaller kids. The rides don't have long lines but it is a little annoying how not every ride has an attendant so sometimes you're waiting for one to come over from another ride. All in all, it's a fun time but make sure to stay hydrated because there is not a lot of shade and during the summer it gets super hot!
google avatar

Noel N.

Yelp
I had a great time the lines weren't long and all the rides were thrilling and fun service was good and it wasn't crowded, if your looking for a thrill for your first time go on white lighting but parking is small but its there for 10am to 12 am so thats great the rides aren't that scary so it's more fun then being scared out of your whizz. For this I give it 5 stars

Yelp
Marianna at Kissimmee is a true gem. You can tell she puts dedication into her job, especially with the fresh squeeze lemonade.

Yelp
I Think That Fun Spot Was Extremely Well Amazing And The Rides Were Well Put Together And The Cotton Candy Tasted Excellent, As Well As The Other Foods. The Staff Was Also Great. Thank You So Much, Jason Payne.

Yelp
Wow. The employees at Fun Spot Orlando are surprisingly awesome, helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make sure we had a good time. It is not normal of other parks. Every employee we met went above the normal call of duty to assist us. All the way down to a Park Manager asking us if we had any questions to which my son wanted to ride the sky coaster over an hour before it was even suppose to start operating, yet he (Jose) made sure it happened for my son. Making a memory for my son he will never forget. And he made sure it was as safe as possible to do so. Totally great experience, mostly thanks to the employees.

Yelp
Fun and overall amazing. Had a blast with my friends we rode all of the rides with the exception of children ride The food was nice too, I got the fries, with bacon bits and cheese which equal

Yelp
On a recent family vacation, we decided to skip the 'big parks' and do something else instead. Enter Fun Spot. We had an absolute blast. Admission is free, with ride packages that you can purchase - I think it was around $25 per person, and that included unlimited rides. The attractions were well run and there were hardly any lines. The wooden roller coaster was great, and we literally got off and went right back on over and over. The staff were all friendly, and the park was very clean. Our other favorite part was the Go Karts - they have three different tracks for different driving abilities. Food was good, too. There is a Johnny Rockets and Sbarro, plus lots of carnival types of stands with funnel cake, pretzels, ice cream, etc. The only thing I thought could be improved on was that a few of the rides were closed or had no attendant at them. The park seems short staffed, at one point there was a young lady doing some sweeping who stopped and let us on a ride that we were standing in front of. She was basically doing double duty of ride operator and janitorial. All in all, we had a great day and would absolutely visit again if in the area.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday and had a blast! it was also at night so the lights made it even prettier. Only problem was the waiting in line for the green go carts. I feel like the employees were tired and bored (reasonable because it was like 8:00pm on a Friday night). Overall, I totally recommend the place.

Yelp
This place lives up to its name! Have never been here before and found out about this place from a friend. Tickets for the two kids were circa $100 and adults got to chaperone on certain rides. I got here around 11am and place was pretty quiet. No lines and parking was nice and easy (and also free!). You can buy refill cups - beer cups at $9 initially then $3 for refills thereafter. The cups can be used throughout 2021. Few good choices - aunty Annie's pretzels, pizza, chicken tenders, burgers, fries, dipping dots - plenty to choose from. My favorite ride was the go-kart. Never been on a go-kart before and I went when it was raining - what an experience! Plenty of rides that are toddler friendly too with short wait times. Definitely had an amazing time here. Made the most out of the unlimited pass and ended spending 10 hours of the day here. Truly recommend checking it out if you are into rides!

Yelp
We have season passes and what a great purchase! If you can go at least 4 times it's so worth it! My kiddos love the sky coaster which is a few more dollars but so worth it! I have noticed you walk into all the rides at fun spot (maybe a few minutes more) for the go karts. They are crazy!!! If you go during the week not everything is open... but it's still fun!

Yelp
I like trying out local festivals and celebrations and I was delighted to see there was a Mardi Gras celebration at Fun Spot. They had a menu of yummy sounding Louisiana style food, decorations, kids parade, music and an escape room for the Nawlins excitement. I started getting a feeling of being had as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Their entry sign directs guests away from the parking lot near the entrance of the park as that is the employees only parking lot. I mean, why would a place want easy access for its guests? "No, no, no! You people that keep showing up each day to bother us at work need to go park on the very, very back. Where is that you ask? Well, when you think you've gone too far, keep going. Once you drive past the end of the pavement, you can no longer see the attractions, and you've reached the grass, THAT'S where we want you people to park." Hope everyone has on their good walking shoes! Later found out there is another entrance, so perhaps the sign makers could instead put up a sign that says "Main Entrance This Way". I made everyone wear purple shirts in support of Mardi Gras colors, because after all, this was supposed to be a Mardi Gras themed festivity. Guess what guys - we were the most Mardi Gras themed attraction there. -_- I had to search out the party decorations, as they were not obvious upon arrival, and did find some colored flags strung through the air. Yayyy..... The "Fat Tuesday Funnel Cake" had zero to do with Mardi Gras - zip, zero, nada. I was probably the only one there that knew they had called their standard funnel cake something different online. The little taped up signs in the food spot windows, which again, I had to search for, were leaving much to be desired. Listen, I did not have high expectations when I went because I know it's a tourist spot. But COME ON GUYS! Even those low expectations didn't even come close to being met.

Yelp
As a 20 year old adult I was told I needed someone 21+ to enter the park. Had no clue before hand because i've never heard of that in my lifetime of living in Orlando, wasted my time driving down here. They are limiting everything nowadays can't even go to funspot like I used to.
google avatar

Lachelle C.

Yelp
My family and I visited the park in April on a Thursday. We arrived about 5pm and the park was not crowded. My girls ages 4 had about 9 options for rides that were for under 44 inches. My 10 year old had about 7 additional rides she could enjoy including the the other 10. The pizza truck was nice and had 1 slice for $4.99 or 2 slice or $8.99. They also had a soft serve ice cream stand and the prices were about $5 but it wasn't good. We got the unlimited ride bands and they were worth it. We stayed for about 5 hours and they rode the rides over and over.

Yelp
This place puts the "U" in fun . Decent of rides, family fun, and a great alternative to the other high priced parks, pick a weekday when the tourists and locals are gone and you'll maximize your experience. Staffing is less to be desired and the heat is real, but the fun is always a few steps away...so hold on to your loose articles and enjoy the ride/s

Yelp
A group of us came to Fun Spot Orlando at the end of October 2020 to celebrate my wife's birthday. Fun Spot provided FREE admission for my wife and a 1st responder discount (21% off) for the rest of us because our friend Darlene is a firefighter (Thank You, Darlene!). Today was my second time visiting the Orlando location; looking back, I remember having a total blast the last time we were here. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, the park is limited on staff, causing multiple rides to be turned off or operated at half capacity. The staff would open rides when prompted; however, one ride would be shut down to start another one. One of the main reasons we enjoy Fun Spot is because of the go-cart tracks. On this visit, only two of the four go-cart tracks were open, with a maximum of seven carts operating per ride. The limited riding capacity was causing lines to build up, which in my opinion, is worse than putting more riders on the track. Although Covid-19 screwed the overall fun factor of our visit, we were still able to have a good time. Fun Spot's rides are on a much smaller scale when compared to Universal or Disney, but they still make for a great time with friends. The staff are friendly and allowed our group to experience the same ride multiple times back-to-back as long as no one else was waiting, which we appreciate. With all the Covid-19 protective measures in place, it is difficult to let loose and have a good time here. The customer is not getting a bang for their buck. All of the outdoor food vendors were closed, customers are required to seek out staff to open rides, and day passes are $52. I highly recommend coming here for a fun day out with friends; however, it might be best to hold off until Covid-19 takes a hike. Pricing: The Fun Spot America website is currently offering discounts to buy tickets online: - Single-day fun pass: $49.95 (reg: $51.95) - Single-day MEGA fun pass: $53.95 (reg: 59.95) (includes 1 Sky Coaster flight) - 2021 3-park season pass: $99.95 (reg:149.95) Note: The 3-park season pass provides unlimited visits to all three Fun Spot parks (Orlando, Kissimmee, & Atlanta); With the amenities of the single-day pass.

Yelp
Fun Spot is a great alternative to the huge theme parks here in Orlando. I've been here several times with family and friends and it's always a good experience. I've seen this place pretty dead, like almost nobody there and it's kind of fun to see the employees run from ride to ride to help you. I've also seen this place extremely packed, but even when it's super busy, the lines for rides still aren't crazy. Longest line was probably the line to buy a wristband at the entrance. I purchased a ticket online and an employee over the phone told me I was able to redeem it in the back of the arcade! Great tip! Rides here are pretty similar to fair rides and two (smaller than usual) roller coasters are here too. The wooden one is shaky and a touch violent but that's a wooden roller coaster for ya! Rides are all pretty safe and the different go kart tracks are awesome. There's bumper cars, an arcade, a mini Gatorland area, and a couple rides that look super scary and are fun for people like me! There isn't a theme to anything really besides "Fun Spot" of course so it doesn't have the same magical themed stuff like Disney or Universal, but it's still all the same fun as them, minus water rides and people in giant costumes. Also parking is free! For the price of $50, a lot is included. Check it out y'all!

Yelp
Decided to come here on a whim with my little boy for a mommy and baby night out. I got in line for tickets, which was pretty long, but then again, it was a Friday night. I purchased my tickets in my phone while in line and when I went to the window, the attendant was super friendly and quick about printing our ticket. I just purchased an admission for my son, as it comes with a companion ticket. The companion ticket allows a parent to ride with their child on attractions they don't meet the solo rider height requirement for. This was truly a money saver. Overall, the ride attendants were all super nice and friendly and they all applauded at the end of each ride. I'm assuming that's part of their work culture, but it truly made a difference for my son, as it made him even happier about riding. Side note: if you purchase a souvenir drink cup for $10, you get free refills for the rest of the year. Great value!

Yelp
I've been a little apprehensive about going to theme parks since COVID, but had a Groupon for Fun Spot, so figured we'd start small and see how it goes. They have done a fairly decent job of ensuring everyone is wearing a mask and physically distancing. Of course there's only so much control they can have over patrons when it comes to that. They are pretty good about sanitizing in between rides, seating every other row, and having markers in place for distancing. It was a beautiful day to be outside and at the park. Wasn't too crowded and the rides are pretty enjoyable. Great fun for the entire family. They have a section for the kiddie rides and a chauffeur pass is included with the ticket if you need to ride with the kids. They have a pretty good selection of rides. And a park that has a wooden roller coaster always wins! White Lightning is the best ride, hands down!! You can plan to spend the day or just a few hours. And bringing your own food is also an option! So if Disney or Universal isn't quite in the budget, Fun Spot is a good alternative. Be sure to save some money and get the Groupon if it's available!

Yelp
Value was great along with the rides being a blast with my family. Very little wait time and a blast on the Go-Karts.

Yelp
Sad to say that fun spot wasn't much fun. The rides are a bit sketchy. It's basically an amusement park made with carnival rides, which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't charge so much. If you don't want to buy the unlimited wrist band starting at 65 per person, it costs 10-12 dollars per ride. You're not allowed to bring in any outside food or snacks yet food options are very limited. I tried so hard to get my nephew something to eat and couldn't find a decent option. It was 4p and we tried the funnel cake stand and they had no toppings available. Went to the fries and corn dog truck and it there was no one in there manning it. The lemonade stand and other carts also closed. Getting to the point of looking like an amusement ghost town. Maybe this works for other families but just wanted our cup of tea. I don't think we'll be back. The Pro is that they don't charge for parking and you don't have to worry about getting lost in a crowd or waiting in long lines.

Yelp
Very disappointed there rides are very limited when asked at the front desk about children under 5 they were not very fourth coming and made no suggestions . We brought our visiting family here and it was drizzling and not all the rides were available. At 60 A ticket I really feel u need to rethink before you step up spend your money at Disney , Universal and sea world for the extra bucks . I guess you get what I pay for !!! I not worth the dollars

Yelp
The fact it's free is good because just walking around I knew this place wouldn't be worth $60 the best things here are the 1to 2 roller coasters they have that I didn't even bother riding cause it looked that lame compared to all the theme parks Disney offers . The go-karts were the only thing that was packed in this park and the indoor arcade corner . The nachos are bland and blah not even worth the $7 and when I came most of the food places that it states it has weren't operating .

Yelp
Not the roaches all over the Sbarro/Johnny rockets. Felt like Joe's apartment. Avoid at all costs

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Fun Spot! My initial impression was that it wasn't very busy. I was surprised that many of the dining options were not open at it was already noon. Our only food options became rather limited, so we settled for Johnny Rockets & the pizza place inside there. There did seem like there was a variety of rides running. The go karts seemed popular. The arcade was very small, but had some fun options. I did have to get my car re-loaded several times for games not working. There was a nice variety of prizes to choose from. The ticket redemption values seemed very high for how difficult it was to earn tickets at these particular games. My favorite game was the duck game or the fish one. The staff overall was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The park overall seemed pretty clean as well.

Yelp
Traded in our one day passes for annual passes. This location has security check point at entrance. The security guard did not seem happy to be working. This location has 4/5 go-kart tracks. We came on a Tuesday night and it was quiet and that's nice. Every ride was open, just short staffed. We also checked out the Kissimmee location a week later and this is the bigger location.

Yelp
Haven't been here in the last 15 years. Decided to take my niece and nephew to fun spot for after Christmas fun! It's $65 for an unlimited pass per person. If not- it's about $12 per ride which I think its very expensive. The girl who we were buying tickets from had no clue what she was doing. She didn't understand how much we would need on a card for 2 rides?? Lol she wanted us to tell her how much to put on the card? The competence just wasn't quite there. Besides that, I would recommend just paying for the unlimited pass so it makes it worth it. My niece and nephew had fun which was all that matters.

Yelp
This five star review is specifically for the brand new Santa's Workshop. We had received an email saying that Santa's workshop has moved from Milennia Mall (where we met Santa for the first time last year) to a new place at Fun Spot. After going to Milennia and being told about a two hour wait with no reservations allowed, we decided to look up this new Santa's Workshop we were emailed about. Making a reservation is super easy and I was able to do it in minutes on my phone. They require a $20 deposit to hold your reservation time, and the deposit goes towards your photo package. We made a 10:05am appointment for this morning, and we were the first ones in the park. There was ample parking, and easy to find via GPS. Santa's workshop is in the back of the park, and the entrance has signs, decorated Christmas trees, and other holiday decor leading to the door. Inside the workshop is all set up with a fireplace, Santa's work table with toys, beautiful Christmas trees covered in kid friendly ornaments, sensory balls, and teddy bears. The staff was friendly, extremely patient, and professional. They gave us time for my 20 month old toddler to adjust to the room and the new scene, and Santa. I was allowed to sit on the bench and hold my daughter while they took pics with Santa. I was covered with a blanket and held my daughter under her dress, so you were unable to see me in the pics, but my daughter was comfortable sitting with me and Santa. The photographer had toys to distract and direct my child to get some super cute photos. I was thoroughly impressed with their organization and ability to capture some great images with a less than cooperative toddler. Santa looked more than legit! After the professional pics were taken, Santa came over to the fireplace set up, where I was encouraged to take as many pics with my phone as my child could tolerate! We ordered two prints and a USB drive of over 40 high quality images we can share with friends and family. I had such a pleasant experience at Santa's Workshop, and being able to make a set reservation online was a HUGE PLUS. I highly recommend this place for your Santa pics! We will definitely be back here next year to see Santa, and when my daughter is a little older, we will come back and ride the bigger rides in the park!

Yelp
Horrible accident!!!! 8/3/2023 at around 3:30pm as we were walking out when we heard this load scream from a mother covering her kids eyes, as I turned around and left my 3 girls with the mom, I started walking towards them, as I approach the fence where the mom left screaming, I saw the reason behind that horrible scream, the body of a person that had fallen from the ride!!! My wife, other people and the family members start screaming for the workers to stop the ride!! After a little of back and forth with the workers myself and another gentleman decided to jump the fence of the ride and attended the injured... all I know is we pray for the person to safe and okay after the paramedics arrived. Please do not take your loved ones to this establishment without precautions......

Yelp
Glorified bad neighborhood carnival at most. Half of everything was broken. $60+ for a bracelet they sell in the early morning when rides didn't open til after 3 that was cute. No one wants to bake in the sun looking at broken things til 9pm but drink refills are free. Get your $60 worth of juice.

Yelp
This was a hidden gem for us on our last day in Orlando. There were so many options to choose from but most of them would have cost my family over $700. However, based upon a tip from a local friend, we ended up at FUN SPOT and let me tell you; our kids LOVED it. It was very decent priced for the unlimited admission. We didn't choose the option with the sky coaster, just the cheaper unlimited option. The park and employees were so laid back and fun. Very nice people! The food was better priced than all the other theme parks around. It did rain off and on (June 2021) and they would close some rides until the lightning passed as most do, but would keep an eye on things to open them back up. Most of the go karts kept going which made it fun. FREE PARKING close to the building. Easy to get around the park. Free water stations from the IGLOO coolers. But who cares! It didn't cost $15 a bottle! If you are choosing based upon how perfect a park is in everything, then you might not be a fun human. If you simply want your kids (or even you) to experience laughter, time together, decent park food, and basic needed Amenities, this this is the place. There are picky people out there who leave reviews. Don't listen to them. Come here and stay all day! It's great!

Yelp
Best Go-Karts ever. A season pass gets you free multi level go karts for an entire year (and 4 tracks!) Me and my family go to Florida once a year and me and my dad always get Fun Spot season passes to ride these Go-Karts. Fantastic rides, fantastic staff, you have to go to Fun Spot. (Also try their other location in Kissimmee!)

Yelp
First time visiting, large party! We had A BALL! This is a hidden gem. Very clean so much to do, love the 4 different go cart tracks. We will be back. Was not crowded and for the price and it not being a Disney park it was excellent!

Yelp
After 9pm the fun pass is discounted to around $30. If you're going with little ones, you can also buy them a pass and it cones with a "chaperone" pass included. Meaning for the price of one ticket, you can go on rides with your child so long as they are not tall enough to go by themselves. We did the go carts, carousel, bumper cars, roller coaster (the wooden one) and the ferris wheel and enjoyed all. We also did the fun house but a lot of the features were broken/not working. All in all we had a short but jam packed evening of fun.
