Excellent place to visit. Easy access to site bus and car. In the caves, listen to the factual audio guide. The story version is to made up for my liking. The audio talks of a museum, but it is not on any sign post or on any map on site. So confused as to what has happened to it. There is a nice restaurant on site. But some eating places off site too.

Great walking area in the middle of nature. The dogs loved it! It's a hike to the main recreation area, but you don't have to go that far to enjoy the surroundings. Parking just at the entrance to Nerja caves. It gets busy so best to go earlier rather than later.

Fantastic thing to see but you have to be capable of negotiating hundreds of steps to get you down into the caves. very safe but hard work. We are in our 70s and a bit arthritic but we made it, just go steady. Several other on site attractions plus a nice restaurant/cafeteria. Good chargeable parking and very reasonable. Has electric points to charge up. You can get a little red road train up from Nerja. A must if in the area.

The cave is absolutely beautiful and my friend and I really enjoyed the audio guide about Pepita’s life. There was also a very awesome virtual reality portion that was included in our ticket. It felt like you were floating inside of the cave . I thoroughly enjoyed myself, although at one point I was concerned about being around the mold for so long and inhaling it. Otherwise, excellent visit. And the city of Nerja has gorgeous views of the ocean.

Phenomenal natural attraction. The discovery of this cave system in the late 50s was an absolute landmark for geology, archaeology and our understanding of early human development in this area. Brilliantly presented,a great visit, very warm inside, even in December,it us a must see. Combine it with a ticket to the museum and little train that connects to Nerja town. The best day of my weeks holiday.

Dec. 2, 2024 @€17.50pp. Fabulous experience! From entry - young lad was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, explained everything (Mondays the museum is closed but our ticket is valid there for the next 10 days), and I did go back to share just how awesome the virtual experience was! Los Servicios were impeccably clean, both times! Grounds were lovely. Quality of experience was excellent (have visited both Chauvet and Lascaux, FR). The shop was excellent, with quality options, high end items, right down to pencils & magnets under €3 for all budgets. And folks, we do love our Shoulder & Low seasons for tourist destinations! As 🇨🇦, we do appreciate our elbow room 😂 Enjoy!

A great place to visit. Buy your tickets from their website as they charge an extra 2€ per person at the ticket office. Tickets have a timed entry so it’s not too busy inside. Spectacular. It’s not cold inside, just cool. Lots of steps up and down to get around. A couple of spots to sit and admire the caves. The place is really well kept, clean toilets, lovely gift shop.

Great visit and very impressive caves. We went to one of the earlier slots in the day and it wasn't too busy which was great. Incredible caves to walk through. It's incredibly humid down there though so you don't need to have a jumper. The cafe near the entrance wasn't anything special and the service wasn't great, otherwise, worth visiting.
